CarePro Carpet Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were wonderful. The carpets turned out wonderful and I would use them again. They also did a great job on the area rug. They were great. They did a wonderful job and they were very professional. I paid additional for the area rug. They were on time. I would definitely have them again.

Carepro was excellent. They arrived on time as promised, provided an estimate and did the work in 35 minutes. The carpets looked great and smell very clean! They only charged me what was estimated with a $2 credit card surcharge, which was disclosed up front. I would totally use them again. Thanks Gustavo!

Went very will they arrived on time and went right to work on the floors

The 2 men came out to clean 4 rooms in my home. The office was by far the dirtiest and the carpet came out like new. In fact in all 4 areas of my home the carpet looks like new. My only issue is the carpet is not soft. It is crunchy. I would use them again as the carpet did look like new, I just wish they had gotten all of the cleaner out of the carpet so it wouldn't be crunchy.

Care- Pro Carpet Care showed professionalism, great customer service, and top notch work. I liked that Gustavo, the owner, called ahead of time to let me know that Christian was on his way and he arrived on time. Christian introduced himself and shook my hand before entering the house and starting his work. He worked very h****** his own as his co-worker called in sick. He explained everything he was going to do, saying it was easier to stretch the carpet when it was wet. I had put off getting the carpet stretched for 2 years because I thought it would be a pain to move the furniture but Christian moved the furniture easily with sliders he put under the legs of the furniture. I also like that he didn't pressure me to buy any extra service. The carpet looks brand new! I would definitely use Care-Pro Carpet Care again!

It was fine. Scheduling was excellent. Gustavo and his helper were both excellent to work with. They got rid of a number of difficult stains in the carpeting.

They were very great and very professional. I did have to call them back for an issue that I had, and within a day or two. They did a great job with no complaints. I highly recommend them.

They showed up an hour early without a call, no big deal, but still... They cleaned everything pretty well, still can see a few pet pee spots, but again, no big deal. The problem is the day after they cleaned I noticed my grass was looking yellow in a few places where their equipment was. A few days later I have several large dead areas of grass from their equipment/chemicals. I am sure the grass will eventually grow back, but why are they not more careful to make sure they don't get on the grass? I have used them twice and this did not happen last time. Will not be using them again. Careless behavior to say the least. I did not feel the need to contact them because there is no solution to this problem. The grass is already dead. Update: 9/9/14 After writing my review, the owner called me to apologize and ask if there was anything he could do to make me change my review as it is his business and I am hurting him with my review. I will not change my review. However, I will say, he was very professional and offered to refund my money, which I declined as I do not feel that is appropriate since the cleaning service was adequate and the guys worked hard, plus it will not make my grass grow back...so, what's the point? He did send me a coupon for a free cleaning which was very nice. He did all he could do. His employees were careless, that is all. Will I use them again? Probably not, even with the coupon. Update 11/02/15 I sold my home and decided to use the free coupon the owner offered for the mistakes on their previous cleaning. Guess what? Said owner would NOT UPHOLD HIS OFFER. He stated that the free cleaning was only valid "IF YOU CHANGED YOUR REVIEW". So, people of Angies List, now we know how he has such impeccable reviews. He bribes his customers to change their reviews with a free cleaning. If they don't change the review and POST LIES, they are not eligible for the free cleaning. Maybe a practice Angies List needs to look into. Just a suggestion.

Wow! What a surprise I got from the Big Deal. CarePro was superb. I have too many untrained dogs and stains everywhere. They not only got out all the stains, but were so kind as well. We had moved most of the furniture - but they moved it back. What a geat deal this was. Yes I would call them again.

This is the second time I have used this company, the first was for carpet cleaning and stretching. I highly recommend them. Christian and Nacho are very professional and do a great job. The owner, Gustavo, also does a great job.

Everything turned out pretty good. They were fast and on time. Scheduling was easy. It took a couple of hours for the carpets to dry.

We purchased the carpet cleaning through an Angie's big deal. Through an electronic snafu we were billed twice. Upon contacting Angie's to have one charge removed both were, so the job was cancelled. We didn't realize this until my husband called Care-Pro when they were a half-hour late on the scheduled morning. This put us in a real bind because the movers were due the next day. But Care-Pro was very accommodating and had their people there that afternoon. They did a great job on four rooms, a hallway and a staircase. They used a plastic rake to raise the nap when they were done. The carpets look great and we were more than pleased with their work.

Would absolutely use this company again. They were on time, professional, quick and my carpets never looked better. Very pleased with this service!

Fast to schedule appointment. They were delayed the day of service but did a great job keeping me in the loop of estimated time of arrival and reason for delay. Even after showing up late, they did not seem rushed for a Friday night. My carpets were FILTHY and hadn't been professionally cleaned in a year. I have three big dogs that don't help either. The carpets look AMAZING even after they said they were unsure if they could get pet stains out. They were fast and friendly and cleaned up as they went. I will be using them again!

Paid for the service thought the Big Deal and was very prompt on scheduling a time to do the job. Great communitcation and called to see if they could show up earlier than planned. Cleaned all carpet in house. They were fast, efficient and thourough. Will call them again and will gladly refer them.

They requested to schedule earlier than I had planned it was not a problem. Arrived on time, worked promptly and were able to vitalize our carpet (over 6 years old - builder grade). Worked to solve a problem with do dog odor, and were able to accomplish that at about a 90% success - not their issue by any means. Nice folks, quick, thorough including the stairways.

Carpeting was about 11 years old and after water damage was remediated I was told by the company that did the job that the carpeting is too old to stretch and as a result, the seams they had cut were very visible and un slightly. I decided to call Gustavo to see if he could make those seams go away. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he disagreed with what the other company told me, the carpeting was repaired, re stretched and looks like new...he did not even need extra carpeting to do it, which was good because the remnant piece I had was new, carpet is old, repair would have been very noticeable. The way Gustavo did it, you would never know anything happened to the carpeting in the first place. Very nice to know there are still "craftsmen" who take pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.

they were professional, on time and knocked it out in under 2 hours, the quality of the work was top notch as they got everything out of the carpets and I have a six year old. Amazing job.

Care-Pro Carpet Care actually cared. they arrived on time. Scrubbed the carpet and extracted the water. I have had the carpet cleaned by other companies several previous times and the traffic areas never really got clean. Care-Pro was able to get the traffic areas clean. The carpet looked like new and the dirt did not reappear. I will definitely use them again. Len C

I purchased the deal on Angie's List. They we're prompt, courteous and really delivered on the carpet cleaning. I would definitely use this company after seeing their quality of work on our home.

Gustavo has been the best carpet cleaner I've ever had. He cleaned the carpets so that they looked like new (They're 16 years old so they're a challenge). He was professional , courteous, and easy to talk to. When he finished, my daughter was so impressed that she asked him to clean all of the carpets in her home. Her carpets looked great, too. Arrived punctually. Evaluated carpets and informed me that I would need to pay for an additional area of 30.00. Allowed service to proceed. A few spots that did not come out, not sure if they will. They worked very h****** the whole house and did a great job on my stairway. Very pleased overall and very clean and neat.
