Amazing, professional, quick service. Gustavo was quick to schedule my appointment. His very professional crew showed up on time and got right to work cleaning my very used and abused carpet. In no time the guys were done restoring the carpet to near-new condition. I couldn't be happier and would make CarePro my first and only call for my future needs.

Initially, there was an issue and they didn't have us on the schedule even though we made the appointment over two weeks ago. However, they were able to come out immediately and were only about 30 minutes late for the original appointment. They honored the deal we purchased through Angie's List with no additional fees. They cleaned all of the carpets and even mopped up after themselves so they didn't leave any footprints behind. We would hire CarePro again. Very professional.

They showed up on time. They were dressed professionally, and their van was equipped with heavy duty cleaning equipment. My carpets had been installed 3 years ago by Lowes with good quality Stain Master carpet and pad. (Poor original installation it was their "free install"gimmick-I got what I paid for) The guys from CarePro cleaned the carpets and went to work fixing the mess left by Lowes. I couldn't be more pleased. They really WORKED at making it look outstanding. I think they under bid the job. I gave them a $30 tip. I would recommend them!

I moved all furniture out of the way myself prior to them getting here to help them out. They showed up on time and looked over the areas that I wanted cleaned. He then said that the 4 bedrooms, Hallway, and staircase counted as 6 areas and it would cost extra for the area rug. I said the deal doesn't mention anything about 6 areas, it just says up to 1500 sq ft including a staircase. I have maybe 1000sq ft at the most. I offered to show him the printed out deal but he said no they would go ahead and do it all for the deal price. He acted like he was doing me a favor, no I'm just getting what I paid for. That was the only negative, after getting past that they did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in a quick manner.

They did a good job. I don't think that the pricing is as straightforward as it should be. They did the basic and added the additional after they got here. They set the appointment. They came out the following week on a Saturday. They clean five rooms, hallway and stairs. They did help move some furniture.

Gustavo was great to work with. His employees did an excellent job on our carpet repairs. Gustavo and his team were professional and the price was great. I highly recommend him and his team.

Everything was great. They showed on time, they did the work as promised, and they were able to come out on the day that I had wanted them to come out.

These guys were great. We had very soiled carpet in our rental house and feared we would have to replace it before renting it out again. The special price quoted was $90. I requested they do whatever necessary to remove all the stains and soil from the high traffic areas. They said no problem but it would be $120. That was fine with me since they were confident they could remove all the dirt. Not only did they remove all the dirt, I can honestly say the carpet actually looks new !! I couldn't believe it. Would highly recommend them.

They did a good job. They did just the downstairs. We were very happy with the job they did. They showed up when they were supposed to.

Great. They did such a good job, I will later have to have them do the rest of the house as the places they cleaned look awesome and makes the other carpet look like it really needs cleaning also.

They called at 8:30 and wanted to come at 9:30 which I did not mind since they were not to arrive at my home until 11. So I appreciate them coming early. They came in and looked around at what needed to be cleaned. They started cleaning and the chemicals they were using started to make me and my family members cough the smell was very strong on what they were putting on the floor. They were here about an hour or so. What I was surprised by though is that they did not try to move little stuff, they cleaned around it so some of my carpet was not cleaned. For example, I had a small box next to my steps and they left it right there so that area was not cleaned. The little things they did not move they just cleaned around them and some items they did not get under like coffee tables, I moved the big items. However, they did get my stains up so that is a plus. UPDATE: The owner came and saw and he fixed the issues. So I am extremely happy.

The only negative was that one of their scrubbers left little black balls from the brushes in a few places that were perfectly clean before. The stairs and other areas came out well.

Providers were professional, punctual and did a terrific job. My carpets were really dirty and they came out very clean. Never would have expected them to turn out as clean and nice. I had called to request a specific date for service and they responded quickly and even called to see if they could come ahead of time. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

The two gentlemen(Christian and Nacho) that came were excellent. My carpets looked perfect when they finished. They were very professional. This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again.

They did a very good job. They where on time, professional and fast. They were in and out in less than an hour. Of course, we helped a little by moving our dining room table and chairs to a non-carpet area. I was concerned at first, because about a year ago we had our carpet cleaned with one of those no water - low res companies that are always advertised. When that company finished it was still wet (no water??) and took all day to dry. Then 2 weeks later the carpet was dirty again...like it attracted dirt. I waited to put my review on Care-Pro because I wanted to make sure it stood up. It is just about 4 weeks now and the carpet still looks great. Also, it only took about 3-4 hours to dry and it is cooler than it was with the previous company. So we were very happy with Care-Pro and if you need your carpet cleaned I would consider them a very good option.

Staff (2) were prompt and right on time, surveyed our home, moved chairs and other light objects (throw rugs, small decorative end tables, rug runners etc.) sprayed detergent/cleaner over entire rug with special attention to areas of heavy traffic. They used a heavy duty commercial buffing type machine to scrub all carpets including the stairs fronts and edges. Most other services just spray on some type of cleaner and squeegee it off. These guys used the buffer to scrub the carpets first (and did the stairs including the faces and edges) before removing the residue. Extremely impressed with their performance as compared to the two popular services you see advertised on TV all the time.

These guys are really great. They cleaned and stretched my main home carpet about a month ago and I told the wife the carpet was shot and they would never get them cleaned. WOW... I'm amazed every time I walk into any carpeted room how they ever got them that clean. In any case, I was so thrilled that I called them back to do a rental for me. The carpets were already cleaned by another company, but when we walked on them with white socks we saw dirt so we hired CarePro to redo the carpet and to also clean the grout on the floor and kitchen counter tops. The grout was literally black with grime so I held out little hope they would ever get it back to whatever the original color was --- well again, another WOW! The grout appears to be an antique white type color and I can't believe they actually brought out the original color -- you really would've had to to see them to understand what a miracle they worked to get it that clean again. Same with the kitchen counter tops. And, of course, the carpets looked incredible. Bottom line is that you won't regret hiring these guys. In a nutshell..... fast, courteous, on-time, neat, and very professional.
