CarePro Carpet Cleaning

Roman and his Samuel treated my carpet for pet stains and used a black light to make sure everything was perfect. They were right on time and made my old carpeting look like new and smell fresh and clean! On my recommendation a neighbor has used them because they do such fabulous work. I'll keep using their services. My carpet always looks and feels new!

Gentleman, named Roman, was on time, got right to work, and was very cautious about not making a mess. The job was thorough and the old carpeting looked brand new! He left my home as neat as when he arrived.

Two gentlemen, who were clean cut and very polite showed up when they said they would came over and went over what was to be done. They did an excellent job. Carpet came very clean, especially the high traffic areas.

This is the third time I have used this company (first time was an offer I purchased through Angie's List) and I am very happy with their service. They arrived on time, as always. We confirmed the pricing and they got to the job. I have two dogs that track in dirt and unfortunately one doesn't always remember where the potty is and the pet treatment helps with that issue. I was a little concerned about how long it would take for the carpet to dry out due to the weather, but they did a great job of getting the wetness out. I did need to run my ceiling fans, but the carpets did definitely dry out. Carpet looks great! Love the job they do! Thanks CarePro!

Cleaning people were on time and friendly. Happy with how great the carpet and tiles came out looking so nice. The heavier soiled areas were quite wet and took all day to dry, which I assume is natural. I would use them again in the future.

He did a good job on white pile carpet. The only complaint was yellow streaks on underside of stairs. [I cleaned those up myself.]

This was a big deal. It turned out great. This is the second time I have used them and they did a good job. I had it all ready for them. My carpet is about 10 years old and we have dogs so it just needed a nice, good cleaning. I am going to call them to come out again before Thanksgiving. The only thing I would say was one of them who came out was a younger fellow and I thought he left the upstairs and the stairs a little damper so it took about a day and a half for it to dry, which I did not have before. Other than that it turned out great.

Care-Pro Carpet Cleaning Company cleaned my carpets a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. They arrived on time, the technicians were courteous and personable. They quoted the price which was reasonable and went to work. My carpets have never been so clean or looked so good. However, the way they made me a customer for life only had a little to do with their job of cleaning my carpet. As they were gathering their equipment, they told me that they wanted to show me something in my office ? that there was a problem. One of the technicians had accidentally broken glass that was part of my desk. They were apologetic and assured me that their company would take care of the damages. I said okay, but was a little concerned. Later that same day, a glass company representative came to my home to measure the glass for replacement. It was an odd shaped piece and difficult to manufacture. Gustavo, the owner of Care-Pro Carpet Cleaning, followed up with several phone calls to make sure I was comfortable with the progress and eventually the outcome. The problem was solved without hesitation on his part. I am a customer for life. Great job, Gustavo and Care-Pro.

Had never had carpets professionally cleaned; always just used a carpet cleaner like a Bissell. I wasn't sure what to expect from a professional but I had just bought a house and the carpets were really, really bad. The carpets ended up looking amazing. Reasonable cost, great service, what more could ya' ask for!

I paid for the deal and was never contacted. I have since moved. Quite frankly I forgot about it until I was looking thru my account for another deal.

I just moved into a home. Needed the carpet cleaned due to the heavy traffic of workers and people viewing the home while it was up for sale. Care Pro did a fantastic job of removing the stains and the dirt. Worker was very friendly and the person that set up the appointment was very nice. Appointment was set up within two days.

I was really satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end! I spoke to Gustavo and schedule an appointment right away and they came to my house and did an awesome job in washing my entire carpet. I ended up removing all the furniture from the areas to make the process a little bit faster. The two men Christian and Alex worked really hard in removing all the stains from my carpet and finished within 2 hours. I definitely plan on using them again and would recommend them to everyone! The service providers were very professional, they were respectful of my home and spoke excellent English.

They were just about right on time and got straight to work. We had already completely removed all furniture from the areas. The two guys worked fast and seemed to have a good system down. We left the windows open all day (it was about 90 degrees outside) and had fans in each room, and the carpet was almost completely dry in about 6 hours, but some spots took a little longer. I had read on one review that they fixed visible seams in other people's carpet, but they didn't at our house. Some of the seems are actually more noticeable now, but that's probably due to the carpet being a few years old and not great quality to begin with. Overall, the carpet looks much better than it did before, especially around the doors where we take our shoes off, and any stains that were there (some for at least two years) are completely gone with no trace.

Contacted Care Pro carpet cleaning through Angie's List messaging board. In no time Gustavo replied with answers to our questions about replacing the carpet on five steps, two from the front door area and three from the family room up into the kitchen area. We followed up with a phone call, received a quote and scheduled the work to be done. Gustavo arrived on time and very quickly got to work replacing the carpet on the steps. Luckily we had some carpet left over from the initial installation years ago. He worked his magic and now the steps look fantastic. We had asked him about replacing carpet on the stairway leading to the second floor. He said that cleaning process would make them look new. He was absolutely right. The entire cleaning job went smoothly and now the carpet not only looks great it has a nice clean scent. In addition he made quick work of a red stain that was in the living room. Good job. Overall we could not be happier with the results and Gustavo is a very pleasant and knowledgable young man. He knew his job and completed the tasks in reasonable time. We would highly recommend Care Pro LV to our friends and family.

Took some back and forth on the bulletin board to set a mutually acceptable date/time. Once that was set, everything went smoothly. Crew arrived on time, quickly assessed the tasks, and set to work. The one repair task was added for a nominal additional cost. When done, carpets were clean and bright, (No, they don't "look like new," but you can't expect that with 18 year old carpet). Crew was professional and easy to work with throughout. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to a neighbor.

They were great; he was really good. It was great. They were professional and they arrived on time. They provided the services as described. They have excellent customer service. I was pretty happy because there were six places where there are carpets so it's three bedrooms, small living room, small dining room and a big family room. He was great.

It is the first time since I have lived (about 14 years) here in Las Vegas I felt like the carpets where cleaned right. I have been a co owner of a carpet cleaning busy in the past and feel I know how the carpets should be cleaned. They moved the furniture in the living room with great care even putting it back like they found it. They where very courteous.
