Description of Work: Wanted to charge a 25 dollar trip fee just to come out and give an estimate which I wasn't impressed with. I did not even have them come out and do the estimate.

Description of Work: I was dogsitting and the dogs decided to make the living room rug their potty room. I was very distressed. CarePro arrived on time, where very professional and did a great job, even getting a blue marker stain out of the rug. I was very pleased. Would definitely use them again. You get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet,sofa and two chairs,cleaned tile and also 2 large rugs and did a fantastic job...Returned the next day and sealed the grout..The whole experience was very satisfying and would recommend this company to everyone.

Description of Work: Cleaned approx. 1000sf of light colored carpet, incld. stairs. They also stretched the carpet in several places to get rid of rolls that had been there for at least 8 years. The carpet hadn't looked that great since it was brand new 10 years ago. If I'd known about this company before, I'd never have waited as long to have the work done. I figured it was a lost cause.

Description of Work: Have used this company before and they were right on time. I only gave them a C for punctuality this time because they were late, however they did contact us and let us know. Hey, stuff happens. They are the best carpet cleaning company we've ever used and I wouldn't let a one time lateness keep me from using them again. Great work!

Two men had the house cleaned by 1:00 as promised (approx. 4 hours for six rooms, stairs, landing area, closets and upholstery). It looks great and we are very satisfied with the work

Description of Work: I was very impressed all around. They scheduled my appt for the day after I purchased the voucher but when they had a cancellation for later the same day they phoned me to see if I wanted that appointment, which I did! They arrived right on time and were very thorough. They were cleaning the carpet in a rental home that I honestly thought would have to be replaced because it looked so bad but when they were done it was fine. I could not believe it or have been more pleased. On top of that, no pressure, no up-selling and I even got a phone call following the service to make sure I was happy. I will certainly use them for any future carpet cleaning needs.
