Gustavo arrived on time and introduced himself and co worker. We went over the work to be done beforehand so no misunderstand later, as I have had before with some other vendors. They immediately went to work and was very professional and pleasant.. I have had other cleaners do what they did, but his work was a little better. I had some stains that I had doubts anyone could remove but when they were done, viola, they were gone. My high traffic areas, which showed wear, now looks as good as ever. I would definitely use them again in the future.For those who need someone to repair carpets also, he's your man. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned at a fair price. Who could ask for more?

He arrived on time and was very courteous. Very detail oriented and worked hard to meet expectations.

Update!! The provider did clean the carpets at a rental property. The tenant who is extremely picky called me and was very excited. She said Gustavo did an excellent job. She went on to say of the last four times when I used various vendors, Gustavo was the most courteous and the best.

It was great, the carpet was nice when we got here and they did it when we were gone. They made arrangements with the person who was here to let them in the house, they were on time and they did what they need to do and left everything perfect. I was very happy with them. We weren't here until June 1st, my sister was here; she and a friend arranged to make them, I don't know exactly when it was. Whatever the timing was, they showed up when they were supposed to. It was great, easy to arrange and took their business. I didn't deal with them so I'm assuming they were fine because my husband selected them, my sister let them in and dealt with them and she didn't report any negative so I'm assuming everything was perfect. All I know is when we got here the carpet was great.

Gustavo was very professional and friendly. He performed all of the work himself, and everything came out perfect. He did a better job than any other carpet cleaner I have ever contracted previously, and I plan to use him the next time.

Gustavo, the owner, cleaned and sealed my kitchen tile and grout. It was very dirty, and now it looks clean! Gustavo is a very nice person who is professional and very dependable. He cares about what he's doing and does his best. I will defintely have him clean my tile and grout again.

My carpet hasn't looked this good in years. It's 17 years old, so it's a challenge for carpet cleaners. Gustavo, the owner, was punctual, very professional ,and a nice person. I wil definitely give his name to friends and use his company again.

Purchased a big deal for him to clean my carpets for $95 but we decided we needed new carpeting instead. He had samples with him so I chose the color and gave him a $400 deposit, made appt. for him to lay it 2 days later. He called the morning he was to do the job and said he would be 1 hour late. He arrived, went to work, did an excellent job and I am very happy.

Gustav (the owner) came in amd cleaned all carpet in my house. He was soooo nice and so helpful. He did an amazing job, they look brand new. He will be my carpet cleaner for life!!

This is the best my carpet has ever been cleaned. I've had some big companies clean it, too. He got all of the dark spots out of the carpet and no one else ever did that. I would recommend Care-Pro to EVERYONE!

He came and cleaned a 3800 square foot house. He replaced carpet for me. Did grout work and cealer. He was very professional. He followed up the next day. I had him come back the next week because I was very impressed with what he did.
