The carpets look great!! They were very dirty. They did a great job. I did not expect them to get so clean.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! First let me point out that I'm an OCD type person (extremely neat, etc.) and very hard to please, but I just can't say enough about Gustavo, his helper and his cleaning methods. Bottom line: My carpets have NEVER looked better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! OUTSTANDING WORK!

I first contacted Gustavo to have my carpets cleaned. He was on time, professional and did an excellent job. I was so pleased that I had him come back and clean my tile floor, the tile and grout looks great.

The cleaning process was good, but the grout sealing compound was spread over the tiles, which gives them a dull dirty appearance. I am still trying to clean this residue off, and return the tile to its original semigloss appearance.

My husband and I are very pleased with Care Pro and Gustavo (who did the work). We had a hole in the bedroom carpet (down to the wood) as a result of our dog trying to dig her way out of the room. Gustavo brought the pad and we supplied the carpet. You cannot tell it is patched. The landing had a stain and was replaced. Again, you cannot tell the difference from the existing carpet.

They showed up on time and even helped move a few pieces of furniture that my husband couldn't move on his own. they cleaned all the carpet in my house 3 months ago and it still looks great. I have had my carpets cleaned by other providers before and after about a week some stains reappear that hasn't happened. I am so happy with the job that was done.

I had carpet shampooing done by another company the previous day. Unfortunately the guy used a bit too much water during the shampooing so the carpets all wrinkled. I thought drying would make them go back to being flat but that was only partially true. I knew I had to get someone to stretch them because my in-laws are visiting next week and I don't want anybody to trip and fall. I found Care-Pro on Angieslist and called and talked to Gustavo at 9:40AM. He told me it would take him about an hour to an hour and a half to come out and he arrived at 11:20AM. That's pretty good in my book. He and a partner went though the house and did everything I asked for and gave me a fair price. I guess next time I will be calling Gustavo to clean my carpet so I don't have to worry about having the carpet fixed after being cleaned.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out very well. They called to tell me they were going to be a little late.

The service was great. It was an excellent experience, and he did the best job cleaning the tiles than I have ever had. I recommend him.

Crew was on-time, professional, worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB . . . carpet was dry and ready for action within five hours. We will use them on a regular basis for all our carpet care needs.

Very good results. I need to clarify that the reason for the B on punctuality was that Gustavo was heading to my residence, instead of the other listed address for service. After thinking about it, I shouldn't penalize him on the overall score....So, I have updated my overall score. He was also able to do a small carpet replacement which came out quite well.

They cleaned three rooms of carpeted areas, then cleaned Sofa (love-seat) and Recliner. One room had area of moderate soiling. They cleaning like new again. All areas deodorized as well. They arrived as promised, and I added the two pieces of furniture upon arrival, with no complaints. They were positive and professional at all times. Excellent work will be definitely use them again for my tiled areas.

They did a great job. My wife primarily dealt with them and the experience was good. They were on time, professional, and nice to work with.

Gustavo walked through with us and told us exactly what he would be doing to the carpets. He and his helper then went right to work. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! They both wore booties over their shoes while inside. They completely cleaned up after themselves. Other than how beautiful the carpets looked, you couldn't tell they had been here. I will very definitely be calling them again and recommending them to anyone who will listen!

It was great and they were really good. There were additional charges because I did have them do an area rug. They also cleaned the living room, family room and my four bedrooms. They were good, they were on time and they dealt with the appointment right away. They were fast and they were clean.

Gustavo fit me in on short notice to clean the carpets in a rental home I was vacating. On the day of, shortly before the arrival time, he called to ask if we could move the service back a few hours. I told him that my schedule was tight that day and that if he needed to we could work around it but it wasn't ideal. He called back moments later and stated that we would keep the scheduled time and he would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived with one other employee and both were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and the price was fair for a 2200 sq. ft. home with stairs. We would use again!

Their work was done to PERFECTION! First they pulled out my old carpet and vacuumed all around the tack strips and the cement (I provided the vacuum). They suggested the padding with the plastic covering due to my dogs. They laid out the padding in full long strips UNLIKE the previous installers who used pieces all over. The carpet was installed in long strips and they made sure that the grain of the carpet went in the same direction. Gustavo also wanted to make sure that I chose where the seam of the carpet would be. He suggested it be under the furniture so it would not be seen...however, they did such a great job you cannot even see the seam. Additionally they repaired my carpet at the top of my stairs perfectly. The only way you can tell that it was done is that the new carpet piece is cleaner. So, I will be scheduling them soon to return to clean my old carpet to look like my new carpet. Thanks Care Pro Carpet (Gustavo and Jose)...You guys are truly pros!

We are extremely pleased with Gustavo and his cleaning of our Berber carpets. We did not think that they would come so beautifully clean. Gustavo was polite, efficient and hardworking. He and his employee came into our home and protected our carpet and furniture as if it were there own. Before he left, we made an appointment for him to come back in 6 months. We highly recommend this young man and his company.

I called on a Friday, desperate to have the carpets cleaned as soon as possible in my new rental house. Gustavo was able to schedule me for Monday and he and an employee of his arrived on time and got right to work. The high traffic areas looked amazing when they were finished - so much better than I expected. They were able to remove several gray/brown stains which I assumed were permanent, and even made significant improvements on some redish stains which I never thought would look any better. They were finished within a few hours on a fairly large space - 5 bedrooms, staircase, and entire main floor. I would definitely recommend them for the quality of the work and for the price, and I will certainly hire them in the future.

I purchased the special 149.00 .Gustavo and his tech arrived on the agreed time. All carpets and stairs were done in a professional manner. Very friendly crew even threw in some additional cleaning for free. When the house was completed they gave us booties to wear while the carpet dried. The carpet looks GREAT! If you need carpets Gustavo is the guy. He is the owner and operator of CARE-PRO. I would recommend and use them again.

Remarkable deal and service! We moved into the house and it had badly stained carpeting in the living room and master bedroom. On top of that we have a dog and two cats that SHED like crazy. The carpets had been given a basic vacuuming, but needed a cleaning desperately. I had them cleaned once before and, although they looked better, the staining still came through. The gentleman who owns the business came in on fairly short notice (I was moving and nothing had gone right, and I just forgot about carpet cleaning!) First, he immediately responded after I purchased the Big Deal (this has not been the case with a few other Big Deals that I have purchased.) Secondly, he squeezed me in at the end of his day. Third, he was very punctual, which was great since I had been working hard since 4 a.m. with the moving company. Finally, he went through that house in just under an hour and the carpets looked phenomenal! Quite the pro! The next day I had my walk-through and the property manager (who knew the carpets needed to be replaced) was delighted! I'm getting my entire security deposit back and I believe that the cleanliness of the carpets had a lot to do with it! The place looked great! He also DIDN'T try to upsell me with add-ons and told me that his Big Deal price gave be had even if you call him directly. Pretty good deal.
