Description of Work: I highly recommend Care-Pro, I was very happy with their service. They not only left the carpet looking like new but also took great care in protecting all other adjoining surfaces. I asked if they could replace the padding due to "puppy abuse" in one of the rooms and they did. When they finished it looked perfect, they had even corrected a seam at the door that had been unraveled by the pup and it was like new! They worked quickly and efficiently. Their attitude was professional and friendly. I also appreciated that the owner himself always answered my calls immediately and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.

Description of Work: For 1500 sq ft of very dirty light color carpet including the stairs, this is a great deal. They showed up on time, worked hard and did a great job. The only stain that didn't come out are bleach stain and certain paint stain which is understandable. The only minor complaint I have is about the measurement of the size of the area to be cleaned. I know my upstairs plus the stairs is slightly less than 1500 sq ft by reliable sources but the lead person asked for $50 more AFTERWARD saying it was more than 1800 sq ft but accepted $150 soon after. So if your job is over 1200 sq ft you should take a accurate measurement before hand.

Description of Work: Gustavo was a true professional. He was clear and accurate in his estimate and set very clear expectations for our cleaning. The carpets are beautiful. We had a renter that damaged them with pet stains and bleach. The bleach stain was repaired with a patch and looks beautiful. The cleaning team did their very best to clean the carpets without removing the padding. However, they did make it clear and provided accurate justification for pricing if we chose to remove the padding and clean the backside of the carpet to make sure the odor of the dogs was removed. We chose not to at this time, but they assured us that they would return to complete that work if we changed our minds. Very professional, very courteous, very sympathetic in understanding the stress caused by our renter. Definitely will use them again!

Description of Work: I was very pleased with my overall experience with Care-Pro Carpet Care. I had to change my appointment two times. On both occasions, they were very easy to work with. They made my white carpet look as good as new. They arrived promptly, they were very courteous, and they were very efficient. I would definitely use their services again, and with white carpeting, it is very likely that I will.

Description of Work: Stretched carpet in the Master Bedroom, Spare Bedroom and cleaned the carpet in the Master Bedroon. There were 1/2 hour late but did a fantastic job. All humps in the carpet are now gone and the cleaning was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had a great experience working with Care-Pro Carpet Care. The technician, Gustavo, was very friendly and efficient. He answered all my questions about my concerns and even included cleaning extra areas like my mom's room walk ways which had stains on it.I never thought that after a while of not cleaning my carpet was goin to come out like that. I was impressed! And the carpet only took a couple hours to dry. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!
