They did a pretty good job. I have no problem with them.

They did a great job and saved us a bundle on water bills! They replaced sprinkler heads and repaired a couple of leaks.

It went so well that I've hired them to do a monthly maintenance and am very satisfied.

They do my regular lawn and yard maintenance. I am very satisfied with them and have used them for several years. They are reasonably priced, as well. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Bret and his team did an amazing job exceeding my expectations! They were great to work with and very accommodating. The rocks, plants, and overall plan transformed our back yard to an oasis we look forward to enjoying. As our plants and trees are blooming, the colors are bright an cheerful. I would highly recommend Bret and Cacti landscapes!

After reading many positive reviews on Angie's List, we decided to call Cacti Landscapes and set up an appointment with Bret. We met with him to discuss a plan to convert our yard from grass and stone to desert landscape. After he reviewed the pictures of plants, shrubs, vines, and trees that we wanted to include in the new project, he advised which would do well in a desert landscape. After agreeing on a complete plan to convert our front, side, and backyard, we received a bid from Bret later that same day. The bid included removing a tree, all plants and shrubs, grass, and stone.....plus installing a new drip system, new red rock, 37 shrubs and plants, and a tree. The team was very prompt and professional. Their attention to detail was excellent, and they were very cooperative when asked to change some plants at my request. They completed the job in two days. We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of the work done on our new landscape, and have already recommended Bret and Cacti Landscapes to our neighbor.

Came out to give me a quote on getting concrete, rocks, trees, drip system and plants. Bret was helpful and professional in discussion of my options. When he left i had a quote in my inbox with in minutes. We choose to put everything i wanted in first and did some trimming to meet my budget. The price was very one of the best i was quoted. I put a $500 deposit, got a drawing for the HOA, and then scheduled an install date. They arrived within 10 mins of scheduled time and brought about 5-8 people and completed the job in 1 day as they had quoted me. The yard came out exactly how we had discussed. A couple days later another contractor came and did the concrete which went well. Cacti came back out and made sure the landscaping around the concrete was fine. The final cost was exactly what i was originally quoted. I was impressed that they took the time to spray down and sweep the street to clean up the mess the rock pile made. All and all a good experience.

Great! Cut our water bill way back to normal.

He arrived about 11:30 and left about 11:38. Walked around, looked at bushes and trees, said everything looked fine. Paid the $60.00 and he left. Not much for $60.00

I've been using them for a couple of years and their service has continually gone downhill. The guys that do the work are rather lazy; say they did things that they did not. Office is less than responsive when you call with issues. I've had a irrigation leak for over 4 weeks, emailed and called the office about it several times, yet no one shows up to do the repair. They were supposed to come again yesterday - no call; no show. Stay away from these guys. I will be firing them today!

Fair Warning........HORRIBLE Spent 40,000.00 for work. Had to spend an additional 7,000.00 to fix what they did wrong. Meaning outdoor lighting had to be redone. He put photo box in garage for walkway lighting.........WHAT. Meaning lights came on around 4:00 when garage got dark but if we opened garage door after that then lights would go off and not come back on. Having to replace 52 plants that have died. Which includes 2 Joshua trees (never got any water) and a huge agave and fig cactus (that bent in half) from getting too much water. So much wrong that I can't write it all. MOST importantly is when I raised concerns about what was going on, our dissatisfaction, the FIRST words from Bret, the owner was "I'll sue you"....... OK.....do I need to keep going ? I will. We had tons of new rock put in and he did not add any weed blocker......guess what. Our yard is and will continue to have a MAJOR weed problem. More expense and headache. This guy is not in business for the right reasons, he personally does none of the work. Talks to his staff poorly, to the point of embarrassing. I just gave you fair warning.....

Third time I have used Cacti Landscapers. I have always been pleased with their service.

It went exceptionally well. The guys working were very patient with me while I watched what they were doing with string and alignment to be sure I’d get the correct pitch for drainage problems.

I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, then a rep called later and said they had to move me to Friday. They gave me a window of 10-2 for the irrigation man to come. At 2 p.m. no one showed up after I sat at my house waiting all that time. I called to find out he was stuck at another job and couldn’t get to my house until 3:30. No one called to tell me this, and they charged me 70 dollars up front to even schedule the service. So I wasted all this time, time from work when I could have gone with another company who would have actually shown up or given me the courtesy to call me.

Good except yard cleanup broke one of the sprinklers they the irrigation guy fixed, but it was corrected.

The work (irrigation system evaluation) was done professionally and efficiently -- including some minor repairs (replacing a piece of drip line that was obstructed by plant roots). I purchased a new home and needed to know what I had in the irrigation system. The technician (Gary) explained everything very well after inspecting the system and making repairs. He also set up the system for proper operation. The only issue was the responsiveness of office staff. I purchased a "deal" on Angie's List on Friday morning and immediately sent an email to the company's office with a copy of the Angie's List certificate, requesting to schedule the service. Not having a response, I re-sent the email on Monday and got a call later that afternoon, explaining that the office staff would contact me the following morning to schedule my service. She did and the service was scheduled for that afternoon. From that point, everything went well.

I have lived in the Vegas area now for 10 years. I had a mediocre single gardener for 6 of those years (not at this location), and ultimately had to let him go. We had seen some good reviews for Cacti, so thought we'd give them a shot. They have been completely reliable and professional since we have been using them. Just like clockwork, the team (same 3 guys) shows up and works for 45 minutes (what we have contracted for). Victor is the lead of the team, and he is a great guy. Very good at communication and always brings anything to our attention that requires it. Occasionally we will have irrigation issues, and they have a specialist for this (Jerry). He is great, too, and very quickly gets to the source of the problem and repairs it. I particularly like that even during holiday weeks, they still come (a day later, usually). I would say they need to work a little bit more on the admin side of things, as communicating with the "front office" can be challenging at times, but once things are up and running, we are super happy with the actual service these guys provide.

We love having Cacti do our yard every month! They are quick, skilled, and affordable. Its not worth trying to do ourselves anymore. We have received compliments from neighbors and friends about how our yard looks so great. Highly highly recommend them to anyone.

When I moved into my current home, the previous owner used Cacti Landscapes to maintain their yard. Cacti continued the service after I was in the home since there was a prepaid contract. Once the contract was up, I decided to continue to use their services. I purchase the monthly landscape maintenance service and have used them for the full 3 years I've been in the home.. I have been extremely happy with their work. Cacti assigns a specific day and week every month and they come faithfully. My shrubs are trimmed and leaves and other debris are cleaned up and my yard looks great. Minor irrigation repairs are also included in the package and the times I've asked them to look at something they were quick to make the repair. Their crews are hard working and polite. Every interaction with them has been positive. Recently, I asked them to make a repair on a large leak in the irrigation system. The technician evaluated the problem, gave us a quote, and the repair was made the next week. I also purchased for an additional fee the optional fertilizer and weed control services in addition to the monthly maintenance plan. Communication with the office has been great. Their staff respond timely to phone calls and email. Overall, they are consistent and do a nice job. The approximate cost I listed is the annual cost of monthly maintenance plan. If you prepay the entire year a discount is provided.

They are the best! I have referred many people to Cacti Landscaping. Their prices are excellent. They are dependable and consistently do great work. I highly recommend them!

The special service are performed by Gerry. He is professional and very experienced. He has completed all of our special projects for us. We are very happy with his work.
