Description of Work: After purchase I was notified that they serviced my area on 1st Saturday of each month. Since that had already passed they came the next week, arrived late,used the leaf blower to get up some leaves, etc., told me they were running late and would do complete job on next visit. I don't think they were here 10 mins. 2nd visit went much better, trimmed larger bushes, cleaned up leaves, debris, etc. My major complaint is they never contacted me after I emailed them from their website to express my discontent with the 1st visit. I just wanted what the described in the offer.

Description of Work: I paid for two hours of service, the guy came and finished in 15 minutes. He didn't explain anything pertaining to how to work the irrigation system and only answered questions when asked. Never again!

Description of Work: I am to sell my house soon. I had a few dead bushes and some sad looking ones, so I asked to have the yard fixed up nice for selling. Bret came out and we worked out a plan. The planted about 20 plants, added the perfect amount of rock, fixed all the drip sprinklers to work with the new plants and remove them for old plants. They came and did exactly what I wanted to for the agreed to price. The yard is so clean and looks great. Bret said they'd clean it all up and frankly it looks better than anytime since the day I moved in. I got exactly what I asked for. No trouble, no worries. All great service and they were here most of the day.

Description of Work: Leaking irrigation supply line to the anti-syphone valve. I needed a new valve so I purchased the valve and called Bret, the owner of Cacti, to have the line repaired and the new valve installed. Called in the morning and he had an irrigation specialist at my house by 3:30 PM the same day. Remember, this was a small job. The line was repaired and the valve installed without any problems. Excellent job, unbelievable response time, and I will use Cacti in the future based on past performance. Thank you Cacti.

Description of Work: fixed 2 sprinklers in drip system

Description of Work: the usual service for grounds maintenance: blow and dispose of fallen leaves, cut back trees and shrubs, check sprinkler system. |they are quite speedy and did the above. only problem they cut back the shrubs that overhung the sidewalk, from top to bottom, leaving them disfigured and really ugly. I have told them not to cut the shrubs back that way again.

Description of Work: They arrived early and did a wonderful job, clean up front and back yard, fixed drip system in the front and sprinkler system in the back. They also pulled out a grape vine and planted four plants and hauled all trash away. Wonderful crew!!!

Description of Work: called this company and left a message. Did not get a reply until the following day. They told me they could not get to my job til Saturday which was 4 days away and they also seemed pricey. One of my stations on my sprinklers would not shut off and 4 days is a long time to wait. I'm glad their business is doing so well that they couldn't do my job right away but there are too many good landscapers in this town where you don't have to wait so long. I went elsewhere.

Description of Work: Cleaned out old rock, weeds, and old plantings. Replaced with fresh new rock and plants. Repaired drip system for irrigation. Team was on time, professional and completed all cleanup, Very satisfied.
