Description of Work: They removed some plants and planted new ones and then just cleaned up the yard overall. Everything looks great, it just seemed to be a lack of communication. They arrived early for their original appointment, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but I work from home and was in the midst of a meeting. Then they never confirmed what time they would be at my house to complete the work and arrived almost an hour late and almost making me late to my appointment that evening. Considering it was the first time I used them, I would have expected someone would have tried to work with me on a regular maintenance plan for the yard. I am still looking for a reliable landscaper.

Description of Work: I did not use them since they are only available to give estimates Monday through Friday 8 to 5 (which is when I work) and wanted me to pay them $10 in advance for an estimate 2 weeks away. I have no flexibility on my job hours but you are gardeners basically in business for yourselves so I would think you could have been a little flexible and met me at 5:30. Also charging for estimated is ridiculous I would never higher anyone to do work on my house that charges for estimates.

Description of Work: Replaced anti-siphon valve and broken solenoid. Replaced clogged portion of irrigation system. Excellent work. I have since recommended them to my neighbors who also were very happy with their work.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned my yard. The first crew that came out cleaned really well , but did not trim the smaller trees as advertised in the offer and never said a word to me , and they got leaves and stuff in the pool and didn't clean it up . The second crew that came knocked on the door and told me that they were there and trimmed the small tree in my yard the also cleaned up the pool . The yard looked great both times and I will extend the service as I bought the three mont deal .

Description of Work: It was three yard clean ups for $85.00. Still have 2 more to go. Ask about fixing sprinkler system will do it the second weekend of April. Left with out letting me know they were done. I went out to see their progress and they had left. If I needed anything else from them I could not have told them at that time. I'll see them in a month.
