Description of Work: Purchased $100/2 hr sprinkler. This was a first experience with Angies List--not impressed. Cacti Landscapes should not be rated "A" as they are totally unprofessional. No calls, no contact, but they got my credit card payment.

Description of Work: Team showed up on time and did an Ok job on the clean -up of my yard. They were polite, uniformed and fast however, they didn't really listen to my instructions very well. I signed up for monthly service over three weeks ago and never heard a word back from their office. The business-side (office) of this company seems slow, unprofessional and a bit inept.

Description of Work: Replaced/relocated about 20 sprinkler heads and a broken water line! Great job!

Description of Work: Cacti Landscaping installed unique underground drip system for a lane of our lawn to avoid pool patio overspray. Also trimmed all scrubs in the yard. Timely work, completed as advertised. So far, the lawn is holding up well.

Description of Work: Bought big deal for $100 for sprinkler evaluation and repair. Fantastic job, very knowledgeable and fixed broken sprinklers, made adjustments, swapped out pop ups and reset timer. Great service.

Description of Work: We purchased the deal service. They checked our drip system in the front and back yard. They reprogrammed and repaired most of the broken tubes that was leaking except a major one which requires going under the driveway and the leak was costing us a huge water bill. After the repair, our water bill went down a lot. They were supposed to be here for 2 hours, but they were here until they completed the work without extra charge. We were very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Paid $499 credit card off of Angies list for 5 tons rock installed in July of 2015. Few weeks later got a date for end of August on their calendar. I cancelled the date in August 2015 since not through my HOA board approval at that time and had to go to NJ for parent. I called them and got refund finally when returned which went through and got the rocks elsewhere within a week. The big issue was the owner calling and threating to call his lawyer if any negative thing was written on Angies List. Well as I understand Angies List is where the customer writes reviews not the contractor allowed to threaten lawsuit if opinion not what they want. He may reply and others judge for themselves. I would never use them again since threatened with his lawyers for my opinion - which is my truth. I can not judge their work since never done through them.

Description of Work: They went a tad over an hour, but fixed some additional leaks that had become apparent while fixing others. Good guys, honest, and worth the money.

Description of Work: Cacti redid my back yard pavers as a couple of trees had raised the pavers making the patio uneven. They removed a large section, put in more sand, leveled the area, and replace the pavers. It looks like new now.
