Cacti owner, Brett responded promptly to my inquiry and scheduled consultation appointment. Very respectful of owner's work schedule, he arrived early and listened to owner's ideas, interjected his professional opinions. Proposal/plan was e-mailed that evening. Any questions were responded to quickly, factually and resulted with a scheduled project date set within 3-weeks. A yard touch-up was done to bridge the time-frame. The morning of the work project, Cacti owner and crew arrived early for introductions and to review the plan: watering, plants, rock color, boulder size, paths, trees, and when owner needed to be there. Mine was a several day job and followed the same pattern, early start and checking-in with me. At the conclusion, clean-up was immaculate. Anything I asked was answered or done. Super service, will be a loyal customer.

Excellent. I had them do a major cleanup, top off stone, and then monthly maintenance. The crew was always on site as scheduled, and used their time on site effectively. Whenever I needed something extra (more than what was considered monthly maintenance) done, a call to Brett was all it took. He priced the extra jobs fairly, and his crew worked hard to get the job done right the first time, and without wasting time. A first rate company. Licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board, bonded and insured.

I have his monthly landscaping maintenance for only $33.00/mo. There have only been 2 reasons to call him bc the crew left something undone (in 2 1/2 yrs.). But I notified him in the evening after I got home, and don't you know it, there was one of his crews, the next morning!!! I have also used the landscaping section of his business and they did so well, I'm having them do some more work in the next month or so! Bret's a great guy that started and is running his own business with his wife, and together, they have done a very good job and have built a reliable business! Gretchen

I subsequently have employed them to maintain the property on a momthly basis and they do an excellent job. The owner is just a phone call or email away and easy to work with. I would highly recomment this organization for your landscaping needs

As stated, it went perfect! Choose them and your landscape work will be perfect.

I paid them monthly for the trimming and weeding and related landscaping duties but I do not use them any more. I stopped using them because every time you call them you have to leave a message and then they call you back after hours. I would hire them again in the future.

Brett and his crew did a great job with both our front and back yards. We met him initially through the company contracted to do the pool, patio and landscape for backyard. We were so impressed with the work they did in the back that we asked them to do the front yard as well. He and all his employees were polite, professional, always on time, hard working, responsive to our requests, questions, changes, etc.We hired them again last summer to make changes/additions to the landscape and once again, have been very pleased with their work. One of the additional things that has impressed us each time we have worked with them is how quickly they finish the job once they start.

We have hired them for monthly maintenance. It was great service. We are going to keep them every month. We have used them only once.

Bret and his crew were on time and professional from start to finish. We described to Bret what we wanted and his recommendations really added to the overall beauty of our backyard. He understood our HOA rules and helped us design a landscape that was accepted. Cacti Landscapes exceeded our expectations and will be our first call for future services.

Work quality seems acceptable for a reasonable price, but after numerous phone calls to get a receipt with no response, I finally got one via email, with half of the information wrong. He didn't even total up the price, so it was basically unusable as a tax voucher. I tried to establish a monthly service contract, but we couldn't even establish one. Multiple unreturned phone calls... forgotten conversations... after all the effort, I had the feeling that they were too busy and too unorganized to provide dependable service

It was amazing, everyone with this company were courteous and prompt. The only negative was our HOA, it took 3 months to be approved. . . . . . unbelievable! Well we went from the Kopecks to Us. We are proud of our home and love the look. Bret designed it all! Thank you Bret and all your staff for our beautiful landscaping.

I had my back yard landscaped about 2 years ago by Cacti. They did an excellent job at an excellent price. The workers were polite and professional and Bret let me help with the design. Recently I needed some dead shrubs removed, and they came all the way out to my house removed them and hauled them away, quickly and for without charge, as a favor to an old customer. They have amazing customer service and would recommend them to anyone.

First let me start by saying, I am a very particular person and when I want something done I seek out the best to accomplish the job. To make a long story short, Cacti Landscapes exceeded my expectations! I emailed a very detailed inquiry and Bret (the owner) responded quickly. I liked what he proposed and we arranged a day for him to look at the yard firsthand so that he could give me an accurate quote. After meeting with Bret and having a chance to compare Cacti Landscapes price quote against several others, I chose to go with them. Although their quote was the lowest, it was Bret's punctuality and character that ultimately tipped the scales in Cacti Landscapes favor. The other Landscapers that I contacted either didn't return calls, took several days to reply to email, or their quotes were excessive (considering what I wanted and the size yard I have). As for the crew, they arrived on time every morning and they worked hard, quickly, and efficiently. The crew was not only focused on the work at hand, they were very conscious of creating the backyard environment that "I" wanted. On occasions the crew manager would even ask me where I wanted a particular flowering shrub or if I was satisfied with the placement of my jasmine vines. I truly appreciate how considerate Bret and his crew were of my ideas. In the end, they produced "exactly" what I wanted.

I found his work to be very professional. Completed on time and he also gave guarantees. Shortly after our work there was a freeze and he replanted a tree for us at not additional cost.
