I called and spoke to Bret on Monday, September 30th, after reading their reviews on Angie's List. I asked him for a ballpark price on planting the three palm trees. He gave me a price that I thought was fair (he was the first and only call I made) and asked me if I had mix to plant the trees with. I told him that I did not have any. He said he would send some with the crew tomorrow. I asked him to have someone from the crew call me with a time window of when they would be arriving as I have dogs and wanted to make sure they were taken out before the crew arrived. Bret's foreman called me at about 10am to let me know they would be there between 11 and 11:30am. They arrived at about 11:15am. I showed the foreman where I wanted the trees and brought them out a cooler with ice water then let them do their thing. They planted all three trees perfectly and even ran drip lines, from the main irrigation line, without me even having had to ask them. The foreman even set up the irrigation programming timer for me (I just moved here from the east coast in June). I paid the foreman for the job and asked him if they had eaten lunch yet? He said no but that that was their next stop. I gave him money to buy them lunch on me for the fine job they did.

I am super pleased with the new landscape and the work done by Cacti Landscape. Bret was extremely knowledgable about what plants would do well in my yard. The crew came on time and worked through the day. The yard looks wonderful. I am planning to use Cacti Landscape for monthly maintainence work to keep my home looking nice.

Seemed like a nice enough guy that I would have done business with, however his landscaping service did not include grass cutting, which was a deal-breaker for me.

Bret came to look at the backyard to give us an estimate, made suggestions, and worked within our budget. He was reasonable in price. He created a design for the backyard and sent it to us thru email to review. Bret and his crew were very professional and were right on time to start the work that day. We were very happy with the outcome. He suggested using 2 different rocks.. the gold to trim around the bamboo plants along the back wall and along the pathway we had going to our cabana. It was a great suggestion, and really made it look special. The plant and flower selection were great too. The crew were friendly and professional. They did a great job, and cleaned up in the front of the house very well where they had to dump the rocks. We would recommend his company to others.

All service was performed professionally and quickly. Cacti Landscape has been providing my yard service for the last 4 years and I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

I have a Pool and they are very careful not blow any debris in it.

Everyone and everything about Cati Landscaping is professional and well organized. The use of the website is very easy and convenient.

Overall, these guys were awesome. They came right on time and started working. They were careful when the dug up the trench for the yard and then put everything back so you could barely even notice that they were there. Now our backyard sprinklers have enough pressure to spray the yard. They also ended up having to replace a half dozen heads in the yard that were broken. The only downside is that the estimate was too low so when they got done with the extra work it was more costly than planned but not by too much.

I know they are a busy company and have tons of compliments on Angie's List........not sure why I was ignored.... I still would consider them for my Monthly Maintnenance on my gardens.......but I couldnt wait any longer to have the backyward done so went with someone else.....

Service is done mostly in my absence. However, overall appearance is most satisfactory.

Once again, I can't say enough good things about this company. and Bret, the owner. Bret is extremely responsive, his prices are very reasonable, and his team is the best! This crew came in, went immediately to work and never stopped until it was done, and in 100 degree heat at that. They also cleaned up everything immaculately - even swept, hosed down and air blew the street in front so you never even knew they had been there. I have used Cacti quite a few times and I would never go to another landscaper. Cacti is simply the best! My back yard looks beautiful.

I just started using Cacti for my monthly landscaping maintenance last month. Bret (the owner) was very responsive and executed everything as promised. I love the fact that you can pay online and set up direct pay. Any special requests can be submitted electronically instead of having to call and it automatically shows up on your work order. I have been very frustrated with landscapers in the past. This has been a great experience so far. I would definitely recommend Cacti for anyone looking for landscaping maintenance.

It went pretty good. I got him from Angie’s List. So far so good. Everything had been really good; otherwise, I would not be using them again. I like them and will use them again.

My experience went extremely well. I have retained this company to now do my monthly landscape clean-up and trimming. They had automatic bill pay and it's been easy to facilitate.

Dead plants would be replaced by Cacti but bought by me to keep the prices down. Plants suggested were by Bret (owner). Answered any questions with honest and complete answers. Clean up yard with blowers and rakes. Removed all weeds, rewired supports on trees if needed. Trimmed plants in front yard making them very professional looking. Very efficient!

They are great. They are prompt. They sweep my yard. They have a good working order and anytime I have a question the owner is very receptive to coming out and walking me through my issues, so I think they are great. Their service is awesome.

We signed up with Cacti Landscapes Inc for their annual service. They are on time, very quick, provide the service that they say they will. They bring 3 people and get it done very quickly and do good work.

The crew completes the monthly service in about 15 minutes. Each month the yard is trimmed and cleaned. Other services are provided during the different seasons, i.e. fertilize, pick weeds, etc. They repair minor irrigation issues during the monthly service. They will plant small plants per request during the monthly service. The crew is very accommodating.

Was called when the crew arrived and told the final price. Then they started the job. They were finished before I could get home from work, which was less than 25 minutes, to pay them. Very satisfied with the work performed.

Cacti is alway on time and they do a very good job on cleaning yards, both front and back. Very happy with their work.

Bret said his guys would arrive today before noon, and they arrived shortly before 11:00 a.m. The work was finished in a little under an hour. They not only worked hard, but very efficiently, and when they were through, they totally cleaned up all debris in my yard and left it spotless. This is the 3rd time I've used Cacti Landscape and each time they have done an exceptional job and at reasonable prices. The first time they re-landscaped my entire front yard - removing all of the old rock, installing a great underlay and putting a thick coat of new rocks in, installed a new PBV valve, trimed all bushes, planted 3 Lantana bushes, pulled weeds in backyard, and all for only $2,500. Also, they do not just dump the new rock in the street and make a mess! They literally take the rock right off the truck by the wheelbarrow full, so when they're done, there is no dust on everyone's cars and in the street. Oh, and did I mention? They did all of this in only 6 hours! Unbelievable workers. The second time, I had my purple leaf maple tree in front and a new tree installed, along with one more Lantana plant. And this was only $150. One email to Bret is all it takes - he answers promptly and courteously. I would give this company an A Plus!
