they answered my request, showed up on time and finished repairing my leaky faucet. the only negative thing i can say is like ALL plumbers they NEVER have the part on the truck. otherwise completely satisfied and if i ever need a plumber again, i will call them.

They were courteous and efficient. Although the web indicated that I couldn't make an appointment until two days later, they called me to inquire as to the problem. Once they found out I was without water, they managed to respond within an hour and a half. Great job Jaime!

When I made the appt on Home Advisor, they called to confirm an 11:00 am appt. When the repairman didn't show up by 11:30 am, I called and found out it was an 11 - 1 pm window. I didn't know that. As far as the repairman though, he was very polite and did his job very well. Very pleased with the outcome.

I had to find help from out of town for my tenants who are difficult to contact. They stuck with it and fixed the problem. I had already paid Better Plumbing who said there was nothing wrong and charged an exorbitant fee for that! Happy to find this courteous competent company.

They fixed a leaking bathroom tub faucet and put new drains in the two tubs . They were fast , polite and the price was right.

Boss was the Boss! I called over 5 different places to help me with an emergency to repair a broken outdoor copper pipe. They were the only ones to call me back. The free estimate is a value in its self and the quality of work was also great. Alex the tech was knowledgeable, skilled and arrived at the time he said he would. Prompt and courteous service. Very flexible on added work to fix another problem that arose after he started on the initial problem. I had a toilet leak from the bottom flexible water pipe. I asked Jaime to also install a new toilet kit. Then, I noticed water on the bottom floor of my master bathroom faucet. Water leak was from the faucet. He replaced both faucets. Then, my wife's bathroom faucet had a slow drip. Jaime suggested a quick fix on it. I said to replace the faucet. Nice work. Three new faucets and a brand new toilet. Jaime gave us a price break on the toilet parts and the faucets. My wife and I are very happy with his professional work.

They gave me a 3 hour pocket, and was able to make it within a hour which was great because I had told Irene that I was without water. Tech was very polite, took off shoes and clean up then finished.
