Benny did a amazing job fixing my problems with my kitchen sink faucet. Benny was efficient knowledgeable and quick do its work and move on.

Called to make an appointment for my tub drain an got a same day appointment. Johnathan showed up earlier then promised and was very professional. Price was about the same as they all charge. No getting around that.I will be using them in the future.

Martin came out same day and on time, was able to track his arrival. Appointment time was between 12 and 4, he was here at 12:30. Checked my bathtub drain which was loose so I could not install the drain cover, showed him the clean out on the side of the house, he was able to access the drain and tightened the drain pipe fitting so drain is tight, he is coming back to install the new drain cover when I receive it in a few days. Great problem solver and price great

David came the same day, he was quick and fixed our sink. Price was reasonable especially factoring in same day service.

Hired to unclog a drain. After the plumber left, the drain was still backing up and taking a long time to drain. I immediately sent videos to the Boss Plumbing customer service line, no one responded. I called the office and another technician was scheduled to arrive, but he no call no showed and I waited for hours for him to come. This company wasted hours and hours of my time and I m awaiting a refund.

Very happy with this Company-Had a water heater replaced as it was leaking. Would recommend to others.My service man was Benny Mendez & would definitely ask for him again

Plumber called and asked additional questions (he had a picture of the leak) and did not understand had I know more about the leak I would not have needed a plumber. I had him prepare the leak not wanting ot go through this process again. My main problem with the repair was he had to use a little PVC glue, it took 20 minutes start to finish and cost 195, seems too high. Then he suggested leaving the water off for at least two hours, which I did. We went out came back four hours later and I attempted to turn the water back on, the way he described, and it did not go back on. I called the companies number explained my situation on a recording but never got a call back. I did eventually figure out how to get the main back on.

My major leak (water meter to house) was repaired. Upon completion another leak was detected by the repairman (Jonathon) he immediately found the cause & took action to repair. This fix was delayed by a faulty replacement part. The next day Jonathon installed another part, which again was faulty. Not giving up, the third time another replacement was installed, it worked. I must commend Jonathon for not giving up & realizing the part he was installing was defective. He mentioned this matter will be brought to the attention of his superiors. Pricing & quality of work was superb!

Where do I begin? Had Boss Plumbing out to my house twice to fix a leak in our upstairs bathroom. 2nd time they cut a hole in the ceiling said it was fixed, we repaired our ceiling and two days later both things that were fixed were leaking through our ceiling and onto the floor. David came out and fixed both leaks again and Boss Plumbing said they would repair our ceiling but would not let us use the same contractor that we had fix it the first time. Jaime did not want to be bothered with us. Would not return our calls. Now we are stuck with an uneven lumpy ceiling because they did not want to pay a licensed drywall repair company.

Jonathan and Benny were very efficient. They settle all issues about plumbing. Good job.

Benny was great and so was the office staff.. Plan on hiring them to do a couple more projects around my house
