I did not like them putting a set amount time that the maid service would occupy. Starting at 3 hours or more.

The maid that came was very respectful, friendly, and thorough. I enjoyed having her there.

Cheryl was simply great! She was willing to please and is a meticulous cleaner. I have set up to have her as my regular housekeeper. Love her!!!!

Charged me $140 for 1 person for 3hr. She could only get half of my house cleaned. My previous service ( which I am currently on a waiting list for) charged $150 for 2 people who cleaned the whole house.

Unprofessional. Didn?t show up, rescheduled. Was told I would only need one girl, who could have done the work in a day. Instead they brought two girls, doubled my expense and only stayed for three hours. Didn?t really finish any job in any room or clean anything thoroughly. I shouldn?t have to clean after paid housekeepers leave.

The SP did not complete the job they were hired to do. The work done was unsatisfactory.

I made it clear I needed move out cleaning and the person they sent did not even try to clean the tubs. She said they were stained I was able to clean them myself. She did an pretty good job on the refrigerator just leaving a few bits not cleaned. I am not happy she only stayed 3 hours I was told every hour after that was an extra charge and was ready to pay for that but after the tub excuse she gave I just told her she could go. I am very disappointed.

Mike came to my home and took care of a multitude of things in my home, including replacing my speaker/door bell, my kitchen cupboard hinges, my screen door and several other things. He was extremely fast and efficient and did excellent work. I highly recommend Mott's Maintenance.
