I can not begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from Shawn. He was fantastic, He was on time, professional, very skilled and so friendly, He could not have treated me better if I had been his very own grandmother. Everything he worked on was done to perfection. I will have him visit my home over and over again. I have not stopped talking about him and the wonderful service I received since he left. I will be telling everyone I know and even strangers in line at Walmart and Home Depot to make sure they visit B and L for the best service in Las Vegas. Thank you Shawn and Lola for doing such an awesome job!

Shower door in main bath rm had fallen off its hinges. B & L Maintenance Janitorial contacted soon after I had submitted the information. There was a question if the door hinges could be repaired/replaced. Replacing the shower was the option if hinges couldn't be replaced, which wasn't something I liked. Fortunately, with a run to Home Depot, the hinges were repaired, and the shower door was reinstalled to its proper operation. I was really impressed that the technician was able to repair the door. and the shower would not have to be replaced, not to mention the enormous cost savings! I would definitely hire B & L again!

It was wonderful working with Lola. She assigned Mike the handyman and he did a wonderful job disassembling our cabinets storage units and bed frame. Thank you

Great phone response to inquiry regarding services, prices and scheduling. Mike did a great job. We had quite a variety of projects which he did professionally and to a high standard. Will definitely hire again as soon as I have a new list of projects to be done.

The interaction with Lola over the phone was super friendly and easy. I was able to schedule within a couple of days. None of my kitchen/bath cabinets had handles. Our handyman Mike was super friendly but rushed through the job.He ended up drilling a whole on the wrong side of the cabinet. He also measured all. Bathroom drawers wrong and all holes for the handles are wrong. Needless to say,I still don't have handles on my drawers

Mike, was professional helpful and made sure I knew how to use my new bike...and took the package out... would highly recommend him.

Office staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. Techs are experienced craftsmen. Be glad and be confident that they will perform at the highest level.

Several companies were contacted on my project but B&L was the most responsive and professional with clear estimates on the cost. The contractor was on time and did a great job.

He was supposed to show at 9 AM and didn't show until 7 PM. He didn't charge the full rate, but it was still surprisingly excessive for 10 minutes worth of work. The people in the office were communicating regularly, apologized, and were very nice.

I just want my money back.

Amber was a pleasure to have help me. She was open to suggestions. Next time I will have her use my spin mop to reduce residue on tile floors.

Work was very poor and sloppy. Any teenager could have done a better job of cleaning. Would not recommend it.

Lola in the office was wonderful. Everything was explained to me when I booked with her. Bella did an outstanding job cleaning my home. And arrived on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Lola from B and L Services was great to deal with. And the handyman, Tony, she sent was absolutely great. His work was very professional and outstanding. And their charges for their service is affordable. I would definitely hire them again!

Mott’s was very accommodating to fit my schedule. The office was pleasant to work with; the house cleaner was timely, efficient and thorough and actually listened and cared about what I needed.
