brad was called around noon and he gave us a time of 5-7 pm. He arrived around 5:45, extremely pleasant. Took around 2 hrs to troubleshoot problem and replace a relay fan ..... Cost was affordable within the structure of getting a licensed contractor. would recommend and use again

Brad was friendly the whole time he was here. He made sure me and my wife understand the 2 new thermostats after they were installed from program to replacing the batteries and the warranty.

Prompt response to the Home Advisor inquiry. Came out within just a few hours, and solved the problem. Absolutely would use this company again, they are honest and fair. Jared was the tech and he was outstanding.

My property management company had already used 2 different duct companies and I had sent my own regular AC guy and no one could solve this issue. My regular AC guy said the attic was too tight for him to even begin looking. Well, after so many people had attempted to solve this problem, my tenant was positive that we now had a resident poltergeist who was materializing as a white powder and settling over the house. I had explained this to Brad on our first call and he was determined to be my ghost buster to rid me of this phantom "poltergeist" plaguing my tenant. He even brought someone thin enough (Jared) to get into the tight space where the poltergeist was residing. True to his word, within 5 minutes of looking around he had solved the problem. It was a simple fix where the duct was not put in properly by the builder and it was blowing in dust from the dry wall. Everyone else had failed to see it but Brad used his good sense and found the problem immediately. Thanks to Brad no more poltergeist!!

The tech was on time for the appointment. Another tech joined him & neither seemed familiar with my unit, however, they were determined to confirm the problem which they subsequently did, however, they had to return the next day with the part and then had it up and running.

The Tech that came out (Jared) was patient and explained the problem in detail, that a non-HVAC tech (Me) could understand. "Exceptional" yes I will use this company again and recommend to everybody. The pricing was more then fair also.

Quick response time within 30 minutes after my request. Prompt diagnosis and replaced failed capacitor and 2 other components within 45 minutes. Very efficient yet very fair charge on his service. Brain is honest and courteous. After hearing many horrifying stories of rip-off artists in this town, it is refreshing to have a man like Brain to serve us, the seniors. Highly recommended.
