Excellent customer service and work! Was recommended A-Tech through a friend. Every time I called, Brad picked up right away. His lead tech Jarod was always on time and did great work as did all Brad's techs. Best price and offered more equipment than 4 other quotes for full furnace replacement.

I just want to say Kevin was amazing. Very professional and honest. I needed repairs done and they were so great at the cost and service. This is a great company. Scheduling with Brad was very easy. Highly recommend for fast service, honesty, and integrity. I had an AC issue and they came out the same day. Instead of trying to charge thousands, the repairman told us our broken part was still covered under warranty and we only had to pay $35 for the part. With so many other AC places overcharging, I was impressed by their honesty. They worked fast to resolve our issue and I will use them again! I recommend them to anyone needing AC repair.

Fair Pricing: No price gouging; Honest information: The TRUTH! if Brad says ""it's going to be $$"", that's what it is. Period. No questions, No ups, no add-on's. Truth in HVAC: what a concept!! 3. They stand behind their work, no matter what. Above and beyond does not EVEN START to apply. They make it right. They follow-up to make sure it's right. They look to see ""what is going to go wrong"", rather than wait for things to break that ""WILL"" go wrong (and cost you more in the long run). They recommend Preventative Maintenance, not to make more money, but to keep your system up, dependable, and running, and to keep you happy as a long-term and satisfied customer. 4. Dependable: On-Time, and constant updates on location. No guessing about where they are, or when they'll be there. 4. They make me feel like Friends and Family. And Family is NUMBER ONE! They were very punctual, professional and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with them. I would defiantly use them in future and I am happy I found a reliable company to use.

Very honest and affordable

The tech who came out was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Even though they weren't able to complete the replacement of our system they were nice enough to look over everything, give advice on what to expect from other companies and didn't even charge for the consult. Any of my maintenance concerns or future issues I will be going with them. I just got a great feeling from them, very genuine and trustworthy.

I read the Home Advisor reviews on many different HVAC companies and settled on A-Tech. I called and left a message, and Brad (the owner) called me right back and scheduled an appointment for the next day, and he even quoted the cost of the work I needed done. His employee (Jared) arrived on time, did exactly what I needed, explained everything as he did it, and charged me exactly what was quoted. If you need anything related to heating and cooling, look no further than A-Tech. I could not be happier with their work, their prices, their expertise, their customer service and their workmanship!!!

They offered suggestions and took on a project started by someone else. Very reasonable and efficient. I will certainly use them again.

james accommodated my schedule on a Sunday. I arrived in Las Vegas Saturday, an hour late for my appointment He already left but made a point to have somebody replace my thermostat. The technician made sure everything is alright, gave me a price that is reasonable/fair before he left. Very professional. Highly recommended.
