The inspection fee for these guys was about $20 higher than the other HomeAdvisor group that called, but I had already scheduled the inspection and decided not to cancel. That being said, they were very professional and I felt like the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I would most likely hire them again.

Brad responded on a Sunday to our call for service. He provided a very accurate timetable in which he would be able to come to the house to look at our a/c unit. He telephoned us within that estimated timetable to explain that he was on his way. Communication is a key to successful service and Brad excels in this! Brad explained our options/costs. Once we agreed on the service we wanted, he was able to assist us the very next morning. Not only did Brad ensure the unit was working successfully, he left the area immaculately clean. And he has followed up to ensure we are 100% satisfied.

My house was reaching about 90 degrees F, so it was absolutely wonderful that Brad was able to come out within a few hours the same day that I searched on Home Advisor! And it was a Saturday! I can recall getting completely ripped off because of weekend service calls for AC before. He was very professional and the cost was absolutely what I expected to pay. Thanks Brad!!

Brad was a wonderful technician. He was out within an hour on a Friday night. He was courteous and even great with our puppy. He was very efficient and had our a/c running again in an hour. We are very happy with his service!

I live in California, and just purchased a home in Henderson as a rental I asked brad if he would perform a preventive maintenance check for me he said yes I gave him the codes to get onto the property. the inspection was scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 AM this morning at 9:30 AM he called me at my home and reported that everything was in good operating condition. Another A/C repair company (Elite Heating & Air) called first and set up an appointment. They never showed. I called Brad at A-Tech and he rearranged his scheduled to get to us as soon as possible. Fixed our a/c quickly at a very fair price. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

My experience with A-Tech was excellent. The tech who replaced my thermostat was very knowledgeable, accurate and informative. The service and the new thermostat were top notch. A-Tech gets my highest rating.

Can't say enough about Brad and A-Tech. Very professional and timely, I even got same day service. I had just had smart thermostat controllers installed by the power company. As a result, the technician failed to hook up a wire from my main unit to the condenser. Brad was very up front and honest, told me about the wire and even went so far as to say, if the power company had any doubts or questions, they could call him and he would confirm the wire was never hooked up. Honesty in my book goes a long way in telling me about a company. A-Tech is spot on and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me.

I called 3 different companies for estimates on removing and replacing all the old duct work. For whatever reason I felt like I could trust Brad and he wouldn't overcharge me. I always prefer to go with owner-operators because their reputation is invested in their work. I'm have no regrets about my decision. The work was very well done with attention to detail and even though in the contract we'd agreed that the price might go up once the ductwork was exposed, Brad actually charged me less. Of how many Vegas companies can you say that? Anyhow, I'd recommend A-tech without reservation based on integrity alone.

Brad is fantastic. He is very knowledgable and personable. He identified the problem quickly and thouroughly explaned the problem to me so I could understand. Although he didn't have the replacement part redily available he purchased one immediately and installed it quickly. The many high recommendations are definately warranted!!!!!

I needed an estimate on replacing the ductwork. After a through examinaion, the technician could NOT find any reason to have the work done. Then he proceded to explain why I only needed pleated filters to save me even more money. This visit did not cost me anything and he saved me thousands of dollars. He is HONEST!

This company lives up to its other great reviews - which is why I chose them. Also purchased an annual maintenance contract for a very reasonable price. No need to call anyone else.
