I had a problem with my furnace and was worried that it might be the igniter. When I described the noises the furnace made, Brad suggested that it might be dirty filters causing the "kaboom!". I changed the filters myself and the noise is gone. Brad was the only person that tried to help me without incurring expense. I am impressed beyond words. Brad was polite, informative!, and was in no hurry to get rid of a possible non paying customer. When my AC or furnace does have a problem that I can't fix, who am I going to call? Brad at A-tech, without a doubt!

My furnace was not heating the house at approximately 4:00 PM 12,12 12. I found the name of three companies that were familiar with my brand of furnace. I calledA-Teck Heating , and was greeted by tech. Brad Dworkin ( Lic. # 0076949) , who asked certain questions pertaining to the mal- function of the furnace. After a short conversation , Brad stated that he would be here in 30 minutes. After arrival he showed me the problem , and fixed it. He tried the furnace about 10 times before we were both convinced that the problem had been taken care of.. The furnace went out at 3 AM I called ,and my furnace was serviced at 3:30, Problem resolved.

Received call immediately after my request for service. Brad came out the next day and found problem, ordered part and my furnace was fixed by the following day. Great Service and very Honest! Thank You Brad! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Quick and $200 less than the competition!

I looked up on internet on Saturday evening, within minutes I had a call on my home phone from Brad with A-Tech, he said he could come out Sunday around 10 am, he was on time, fixed my problem immediately. Brad was very professional, reiiable and I was extremely satisfied with his work and especially his price. He even cleaned up the insulation that had come down from the attic.I would recommend this company to friends, family or anyone that need a reliable, professional A/C service or duck/vent work done. Very satisfied.

Brad is excellent. He diagnosed and repaired my problem, plus checked other system components for future. He also worked with my hectic schedule not making me put my life on hold for a 2-3 hour show up window the other company wanted. It was all very convenient and pleasant considering I was without AC until Brad arrived. I am very happy I chose Brad instead of another company, and I will now only use him for all my future AC & heating work. He is very professional. He cleaned up after himself and even gave a 25% discount for the repair. My advice to anyone looking to hire this guy is to definitely do so. He is well worth it! :)
