Description of Work: Eddie came out-very professional,prepared to do leak detection. Found water leaking under kitchen sink- as usual -we have had 3 plumbers look at this before. A union plumber last year installed a new faucet , a new Reverse Osmosis , new garbage disposal,yet there was still water leaking , causing a mildew smell that irritated my eyes and throat when I opened the cabinet. Eddie said he could do the official leak detection ( listening for leaks ) but didn't feel we needed it. In his opinion, the new faucet, and Reverse Osmosis gaskets were not really preventing water from getting through. So he caulked around the fixtures ( we had the caulk) , cleaned up nicely and told us to let it dry , not use the dishwasher or sink for 24 hours, a fan to dry it out. He believes this will fix the problem . So we shall see. ! I hope so
