TWO MAN CREW CLEANED OUT DUCTS AND VENTS. COMPANY OWNER WAS PART OF CREW. HE WAS HONEST (OUR VENTS WERE NOT THAT BAD TURNS OUT), GAVE PRICE OPTIONS AND OFFERED GOOD PACKAGES. THE WORK WAS FAST, THEY WERE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL.

Overall, it went very well. The reps were professional, caring, and competent. Brandon took a picture of my furnace and recommended cleaning (for additional charge). I could see the high collection of dust and agreed to have it cleaned. The complete process, duct and furnace cleaning, took only one hour. Equipment seemed to be state of the art, too. Only one criticism: they didn't ensure each of the vents remained opened after replacing the duct covers. I wondered why the house wasn't cooling down. I adjusted each of the covers so air would pass through. Not a deal breaker. I would recommend this company and I would request to have these reps return to my house the next time I need duct cleaning.

This company was on-time, informative, and upfront about all costs. We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned and system inspected. Their work was professional, thorough and efficient. They took the time to explain (with pictures) any and all issues. I would recommend and hire again without any hesitation.

He did a good job, explained what he was doing and was very professional. However, it cost me $199.00 plus the $52 advertised. I was told the $52 price was not good because it had been more than 10 years since I had them cleaned.

There are hidden charges! I didn't realize how they count the number of vents. Ended up that they doubled the number. I thought the cost is $52 or maybe a little more. But I ended paid $215 extra for the basic cleaning (blowing) service. :(

Brandon was patient and professional. Hopefully cleaning the vents will have the desire effect and we may schedule the furnace cleaning in the future with them; however, be informed before you book and make sure you know everything involved. I don't think I was and so I had sticker shock. All in all I was happy with the service and the professionalism of the crew. I would use them again--hopefully they will do a deal for furnace cleaning.

After receiving email confirmation of my order and waiting to be contacted by Allergy Allegiance for two days, I finally called to schedule an appointment. The call was answered by Brandon Fraiser who claimed to have tried to call me (he lied). Mr. Fraiser then said that he didn't have a purchase order for me but after some time "found" it. He scheduled an appointment for May 8th between 12 and 2pm but no one showed up, nor did anyone email, text, or call me to cancel or reschedule. This is unprofessional and disrespectful behavior for an "Angie's List" recommended provider.

It went beautifully. The technicians/owner were very professional and thorough. I would definitely hire again. I have two units, one upstairs and one down and the cleaning resulted in spotless ducts throughout.

Brandon was extremely professional and informative. Reviewed video of the duct system before and after cleaning. Pricing was clearly explained with very little up selling. Upon reviewing video prior to cleaning decided on more extensive service. I would definitely recommend Allergy Allegiance Air Duct Cleaning.

Brandon is extremely polite and professional. He explained the entire process before he started. He took before and after images of each unit and vent. I was amazed at how much less dust there was in the house was after Brandon was done.

Brandon is a true professional and truly knows his business. He took the time to explain the process and took before-and-after videos of the ducts and furnace to show how well his cleaning process works. I like the idea of taking "before" videos so you can make a decision on whether the cleaning is really warranted. For me, it was definitely needed! Some may feel it a bit pricey when you consider the add-on packages but I thought it was worth every penny as I now have peace of mind knowing I have much cleaner air blowing throughout my home.
