They original date they confirmed didnt happen because they messed up scheduling. The morning of the move before they do anything you have to pay the full estimate up front. The movers worked hard for a few hours but after a couple hours three of them would be hiding in the truck one would be in the house then go back to the truck and then a different one would come out of the truck, It seemed just to stretch out the time for the pay. At the end of the move you have to wait for the next few days to get a refund. When we contacted the company about the refund they got angry that we would even be calling them. they would not go over the charges with us, could not give us specific rates as what we were being charged just wanted us to be happy with what they charged us. but based on their rates we showed a much lower bill. We continued to ask for a written or explained bill so we could all be on the same page, the owner of the company walter and his asst. roger threatened us and our home, told us they new where we lived and had a back up plan. They continued screaming and badgering us for 10 minutes. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

aweful. refused to unload until paid in full, and upcharged the price ten fold. when i refused to pay they said they'd hold my items. i told them that was illegal and would call the police...only then did they settle on the original invoice price. they broke my end tables, they scratched my brand new leather couches, they did not know how to move washing machine/dryer. they packed my storage unit like a jigsaw puzzle on crack. it was a mess. because everything went into storage i did not know they stole nearly 3 grand worth of tools from me, and not everything made it to the storage unit. when i went to file a claim, they refused. i have turned them in to everyone under the sun with no resolution. these people are aweful. i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. if you value your stuff please move on...

They were very good, did it under 4 hours, and were very affordable. We packed and moved the little things. They were well organized, did excellent followup, and were careful with our things and home. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.

They broke a lamp, and damaged the walls. When I called the company they said they would send me the paper work to fill out and that I did not need to keep the lamp, so my brother threw the lamp away. I later find out that I needed to take pictures so they did not reimburse me.

They didn't know how to load (ie: the moved the refigerator by laying it on its back. I had to pay for that repair), they were not careful with anything, they provided a low-ball quote, lied to me about the ability and quality of their work, stole items of great value to me and tripled the charge for the work. They broke my antique stove which cost me $800 to repair, they broke an antique hutch which is still being repaired at a high price, the loss of antique dishes and collectables that just didn't arrive at all is even a bigger loss. I asked the company for a claim form to define my losses. To this day they haven't provided one. I am reporting them to the Attorney General, the Nevada Transportation Authority, Nevada Dept of Business and Industry, North Las Vegas License Division, the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. Do not hire this company.

All My Son's Moving & Storage was a terrible moving company to work with as they broke half of our belongings during the move. When asked about the damage, they pretty much said that it is too bad, you're moved and we are done. They were nice when we first dealt with them; however their attitudes changed once they were paid and our belongings were damaged.
