They broke my dining room table and only want to give me $240 for a $4000 table. I told them this table means everything to me but they broke it because of negligence. This was a family heirloom and I 100% regret not going with a different company. If you're debating between two companies go with the other one because the claims department is horrible and will rip you off and leave you to pick up the pieces... Literally... This table is irreplaceable and the piece of glass is $2500+ to replace with something that will not be equal to what I have Don't trust them with your precious family heirlooms

Quoted $620 and was charged a $100 deposit. Then was informed that it would be $720 plus supplies. Howard the manager said he sets prices not the people who quote prices. Beware of this company!

It was excellent! They were fast, and the guys that did the work were nice. The communication was great throughout the process.

Nette had made arrangements for the movers to arrive at 4:00 pm - when the delivery truck was to arrive. Nette rec'd a call at 1:23 pm indicating that the movers were available at that time but would not be available at 4:00 pm. She was told that they had finished early and they weren't going to have their workers sit and wait until 4:00 pm for her job. Nette called 6 other moving companies the day, no one else was available on such short notice. As Nette, her sister and a 77 year old gentleman were trying to decide how to unload the truck, the original moving company did show up and completed unloading, at 5:05 pm.

Jerry's Crew were on-time, polite, professional, sharing of knowledge, and problem solvers who adjusted their schedules to accommodate a three-day rather than two-day move. The 1925 sf house, plus patio and garage was ready to be unloaded at the storage unit across town--unfortunately I did not have the right keys and despite running back to see if I could find the actual keys--it was still the wrong set. Upon opening each storage unit, the crew would remove any discarded items and sweep. So as these gentlemen worked tirelessly in the muggy heat, they kept their sense of humor. Jerry was a wonderful leader and worked on cost-effective solutions throughout the move. Will call Jerry's Crew in a few months when we are ready to move permanently! Thanks

They got us, they cheated us out of 300 dollars. They quoted a price then went way over that price. We had movers who were near incompetent (it took them an hour plus to removed a door and put it back on) but mostly just stood around arguing all the time. I wouldn't even say they have customer service- the person I talked to essentially told me tough luck there was nothing I could do to dispute the charges that were unfairly added. During the move, one of the guys refused to work ("I'm not going to get fired") and at one point decided they didn't want to move the refrigerator upstairs period. Unprofessional at best, a scam at worst.

You couldn’t pay me enough to rehire these guys. The movers intimidate you into paying them cash for “tips” in which they are not allowed to. Also items moved mysteriously “disappear”. It was our first real moving company aside from the military. At least if anything went missing the military would compensating the missing item. We only had to 700 but somehow was conned into paying the extra 500 cash. Be careful when hiring this company. You don’t know who you are getting to move you.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! BE CAREFUL CHOOSING THIS COMPANY!!! I just wanted EVERYONE know that I was really disappointed with my move. I was quoted a lot cheaper from other companies, but I chose yours because I was given this amazing demonstration on how much care was going into my move and how All My Sons was a family company. I especially liked that my house would be protected and that my things would be treated as if they were their own. I was given a quote for 4 people originally and after discussing how that was outside of my budget, was given a reasonable estimate that would only include 3 movers. I was reassured that there would be 2 men moving and one in the truck organizing to make things more productive and that all my things would get moved in the time allotted. We decided to wrap our furniture ourselves. We got rid of multiple items including the large dining table and 8 chairs, the buffet, a barbeque, and a large shoe rack closet. We also broke down all the furniture with the exception of the master bed. I asked that if I took out items from the move if it would be cheaper and I was told that it was. Or that if I had extra boxes, they could take those in place. Neither of these things took place and I was still charged the same. The movers stated they finished a little early, but I was not credited any money. The movers that moved took a really long time because there was only one person moving (at a slow pace) and two people that stayed in the truck for most of the move. I've moved multiple times and have never seen movers leave almost the entire labor up to one person. Then I was also charged material fees even though we wrapped most of our own so they didn't wrap them and they didn't even use mattress bags to move our mattresses even though I specifically asked for that. I was charged $85 for this service that really was only used to wrap a couple of items and provide a cardboard protection for my TVs. My computer table, the couches, all of the beds, and the outdoor furniture were not wrapped at all. I was told that all my furniture would be wrapped to protect from traveling and sliding around just in case. Then at my home, the carpet, the door jamb protectors, and the stair case protection was not used either. I am extremely disappointed because I just moved 3 years ago with Warren Movers and I paid less and I felt like the movers cared a lot more about my things. I only chose All My Son's because I was so impressed with the demonstration that really was not even implemented in my move and the fact that it could be less than what was quoted, if we took some steps to speed the process. So even with everything we did in advance (including eliminating a fair amount of furniture that would need to be moved), they still didn't take any of the boxes, they didn't take time to protect our home or furniture, and we still had to pay the same amount. I wouldn't even feel so unsatisfied if I felt that they were working really hard and just genuinely ran out of time, but I had movers moving multiple large appliances that same day from Best Buy and they did such an amazing job, working hard and fast and time did not even matter in their case. They also cared about how they moved my furniture in my home, being careful not to drag any furniture across my wood flooring. I'm really disappointed in this experience and saddened that a company that prides themselves on being family-oriented and caring, hires employees that don't follow through with these ideals. I REALLY liked the up-front meeting- it was really friendly and positive. It made me feel good, like someone was helping me out with my move, not that I was paying someone for a service. However, the actual move was so far from this and the resulting feeling was more like I was being taken advantage of because I was already locked in for that time and price. At this moment, I would not recommend this company or wish this experience on anyone as moving is hard enough. I hope this company can improve their follow-through in the future.

We had 3 movers and they did an excellent job. They moved everything in a timely manner as quoted. They were polite and friendly. When we got to the moved location, they unloaded what was to be put in the home, and then drove next door, set the ramp up again and unloaded all the garage items.

It went good. But want happy that they turned one of my antiques upside down to put on top of other.

Good - they moved everything up to the second floor and only charged a minimal additional fee even though I underestimated the time.

Six young men showed up with two trucks and did an amazing job at getting everything loaded up and over to the new house. They were very careful with our furniture and boxes and extremely respectful.

throughout the whole move they took multiple cigarette breaks. I bought breakfast and lunch , thinking that they would work a little harder after they ate. it got worse.

Having moved a few times in Las Vegas , I have always been hesitant to hire movers, feeling I always get ripped off. I had the compete opposite experience! The cost was so much less than quoted, 2 hours less time, and had positive experience.

They are rated A+ actually. The only thing I didn't understand was when I called them, I told them I was a member of Angie's List and they were supposed to give me a discount but they didn't. That's why I gave them a B on price.

set up move well in advance explained clearly what move involved includeing the disassembly of a home made bunk bed that is the centerpiece of my autistic sons life. explained that although the majority of the boxing up would be done some light boxing up would be nessisary, was qouted a price site unseen by them (last time I had moved someone came to do an estimate and understand what I needed ) people arrive 40 min late, take a look about look at the bed, talked on phone for about 15 min then told me they were refunding me my deposit and leaving....... extremely unprofessional behavior, and by takeing contract site unseen they caused the problem left me completely screwed and cost me a days work plus problem of finding another mover....... would NEVER consider these people again

Their window for arrival was scheduled for between 11am-3pm on Saturday 1/14 with a 30min call ahead. I spent hours moving stuff around in the garage in preparation for their arrival so when 2:00pm rolled around and I hadn't heard from them, I called in to their office and spoke with Dylan. He explained the issues they'd been having with crew members having to go home sick that day. He told me it might be after 3pm when they would arrive. Probably around 2:30 he called me back to say they had a 4 man crew finishing up a move near by and he could send them my however, he would have to charge me $149/per hour instead of the $89 per hour I was quoted for the 2 man crew, which is all I need. Of course I wasn't gonna agree to incur extra costs because of their operational issues so I refused that "generous" offer. The next option Dylan offered was to reschedule me for the following day, Sunday as a "first hanger"....whatever the heck that means. As i'm starting to asking about what time they could be there on Sunday, his manager chimed-in in the background to tell him that they no longer had any availability on Sunday but he could schedule me for first thing Monday morning. WTH?!!! These guys pretty much wasted my weekend.

It's been excellent! The crew showed up on time, went over the documentation and walk-through, and got to work right away. The work quality and professionalism have been excellent. I've been very happy with everyone from the company, as well as the crew they sent!

It was good! I think, I took more time, so I paid a little more. Everything was perfectly good with them. The workers were awesome!

Do NOT use this company - you never know what kind of team you're going to get & it's not worth the gamble!!!! I used this company about 2 years ago & had a great experience so I called them when we needed to move again this last August. FIRST MISTAKE! The crew showed up & made sure we understood their unhappiness with the size & organization of our household goods... even though I explained everything in great length to the person that booked me - that we were downsizing, I needed lots of my boxes stacked in the new garage, I was due to have a baby on the 13th & we were moving on the 15th - that being said, I would REALLY need the team to follow directions b/c I'd be in no condition to fix anything later or help much the day of. The booking guy said instead of 4 guys like the original move, we would be just fine with 3 since we were going from 2,300 sq ft to 1,200 AND the team would be there less time than the first team who took about 4 hrs. Lengthy discussion during booking aside, when the team arrived they had us call their office for another guy to come (bc apparently 3 men wasn't enough). They took almost twice as long as the first move with the exact same amount of items but with less to do b/c we had a lot of it going into the new garage, rather than into rooms. Well, even though I spent HOURS labeling boxes/bags & literally drawing diagrams for where things needed to be placed in the new house, they didn't follow any of it. In fact, when I tried to give verbal direction, each guy would pass the buck & would say "oh, tell him" & point to someone else. When I would go to the next guy, he'd nod, I'd walk away thinking the item was being properly placed, & I'd move on to the next item or sit down (remember, I just had a baby!).... but come to find out - NONE of them were listening or reading the labels! We realized within a few days of trying to unpack that they totally screwed us by stacking random boxes in the wrong places. Boxes labeled "upstairs kitchen" were in the far corner of the downstairs garage under heavy tools & other random things. "Nursery downstairs" boxes were taken to the upstairs master. "Garage crafts downstairs" were left in the upstairs living room. It was AWFUL & b/c I physically couldn't lift anything - I was stuck without half of my household for 8 wks until I was cleared by my dr for physical activity. My husband & I were just now able to pull everything out of the garage, restack, & relocate everything today. The worst part of that day was that we were charged $1,200 (the first move was about $650). Like I mentioned before, b/c there were so many boxes due to going from such large house to a much smaller house that we didn't realize the full extent of how terrible of a job they did for several days - so when we were asked to rate the team's service, we gave him high marks & $25 tip each. I feel like a fool. As soon as we realized just how bad everything was, I called the local office to talk to a manager (less that a week later). I was directed to email a customer service person, which I did & sent pictures. No reply. I waited & called again - I was told it could take some time to get a reply. So I waited a few weeks, still no reply. I called again & was directed to talk to the operations manager. He didn't answer but I believe I spoke with a sales manager who told me that if I wanted to have my house fixed (I asked to have someone help me rearrange the garage b/c I literally could not even fit my trash can in it & things were thrown around so crazy) & he said I'd have to pay $89 per hr. even after I explained the whole thing. He said the guys were probably following my directions & probably stacked the boxes the best they could in a small space. "Probabbbbbly" - this man irritated me to no end. I didn't want to hear his "probablys" anymore. I was shocked that he wasn't even a little bit empathetic/ apologetic. He said he'd discuss it with the local owner & call me back, but no surprise, I haven't heard anything via phone or email.
