Description of Work: We have a garage door that has some metal fatigue around the hinges, requiring a new type of hinge. We had several hinges replaced. The All Access repairman was prompt, explained the options and fixed our garage door.

Description of Work: The appointment went well I had bent tracks and the service pro showed up on time. He bent the tracks back into place as a temporary solution and I was charged a $65 service fee which is reasonable. However within 5 minutes of him leaving I put the garage door down and the sensor wire got caught in the spring and was cut in half. I called him back and he argued that he never touched that wire I just found it ironic that the side he was working on the wire came loose and snapped. So after a short correspondence with him I called the company's main line and spoke to Barbara again and she sent him back out to fix it. Overall I give them a B but I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Worked me into their schedule on the same day I contacted them. Expeditious spring replacements on both garage doors and even tuned them up while working.

Description of Work: The spring on my garage door opener broke and I couldn't get into my garage and my husband couldn't get out. The company that my home warranty scheduled couldn't come out for 2 days. I called All Access Garage door and they came out in less that 2 hours and replaced the spring. The repairman also pointed out a few other things that will need to be replaced soon and we will be calling them again to do the work.

Description of Work: My garage door suddenly wouldn't open so I called All Access and they gave me an appointment for the same day. Their professional technician arrived. He identified a broken spring and got it working perfectly again in no time. They also gave a warranty on the work which I appreciated. I have used them once before to get a door working in a rental I purchased. I had the same positive experience that time too. I would never consider calling anyone else in the future.

Description of Work: Installed a new double-door garage door with all new tracks, rollers, springs, etc. They offered a door with windows, and with insulation at $200 more per feature, but I chose the most economical, and I'm very satisfied with the final product and with the service as well. A great value all around. The price shown ($675) includes everything including installation and tax. |
