The whole process from start to finish was like a well-oiled machine. I called Barbara and explained what I needed and she was great. So friendly and eager to address all my questions and concerns. She sent Travis out to provide an estimate and he was also kind, patient and willing to answer all my questions. I had quotes from three other companies but Travis was the most professional and sincere. I set up an appointment with Barbara and within a few days Travis arrived to install my new door and remote system. He did an amazing job. He took away all the old materials and left the garage area spotless. All Access will always have my business and can rely on my recommendation to all my family, friends and neighbors. I called mid-afternoon on a Friday. They were able to schedule me for early Saturday morning, which was great. Matt called when he was on his way, and was on time. 20 minutes later our garage door was repaired and working again. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

Great. Matt put door back on track after broomstick fell behind rail during closing. Suggested I replace springs, since they appeared to be originals and dated. I did not receive any "hardsell" to replace springs, but decided to replace springs anyway. Had AllAccess before, and will continue to use them.

On a Tuesday morning I called for service because we could not open the garage door with the opener, only manually. When my call was returned in less than 15 minutes, I was offered a time that afternoon. I requested and received a time for Wednesday morning. Tuesday evening we noticed a clicking sound coming from the opener so we unplugged it. In the morning Matt called me 10 minutes before our appointment and arrived on time. When we went out to the garage, we told him about the clicking noise and he quickly diagnosed the problem - a burned out circuit board. We also had a problem with the gear mechanism. Matt explained our options - repair or replacement - and the associated prices. We decided to replace the entire system with a new unit. Matt installed the new belt-driven system, lubricated all moving parts, installed and aligned the new door sensors, and programmed our two new remotes. He cleaned up all of the boxes and packing materials and took our old system away. Matt maintained appropriate social distancing throughout the service. He was professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. Because of their dependability, honesty, and fair prices, I would strongly recommend All Access for any garage door issue!

Matt explained what to expect from new door and what not to expect. Installation was made in a timely manner as communication provided was excellent. Door exceeded our expectations and would recommend All-Access to anyone needing professional installation or repair. Matt’s explanation of new door components and how to maintain working parts was much appreciated.

We knew the line for the automatic door opener had snapped. The service rep not only redid the "bar" above the garage door, but also hung a new line, and even included a handle at the end of it. Friendly, efficient, professional.

I chose this company through Angie's List because they were highly rated. I sent a request for information in the evening. I received an email that same night from them stating that they would call me in the morning. I received a call the next day at about 8:00 a.m. A gentleman from the company coordinated with my tenant to do a service call the same afternoon. I received a call at around 2:00 p.m. from the service provider. He was able to replace the hinge and do the repair for $75.00. I expected the bill to be over $100, and I expected that he would not be able to do the repair that same day. On both cases I was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this company; and i will use them again when needed.

I have used All Access Garage Door several times before. Barbara is a pleasure to deal with on the phone. She even keeps a record of the make and year of your garage door opener. Jason arrived on time. He is very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to solve our problem quickly. He even took the time to lubricate the garage door. He is really a gentleman. All Access contacted me promptly and set up a service call for an estimate the next day. The pro arrived on time, did a thorough and fair evaluation, and provided an immediate bid. Because I’d gotten other bids on the phone, and AA was in line with them, I gave him the go-ahead, and he immediately replaced the opener and PIN pad. Sadly, my (also 30 year old) spring broke that night, but I called AA the next morning and they were able to be there within a couple hours to fix the problem. This was vital, since I was moving into the house that day as well. I couldn’t be happier with the service or results. Highly recommended.

Matt showed up early (I had agreed to that when we scheduled, so it was perfect). He looked at what I needed done and told me that I didn’t need some of the repairs a previous company had said needed to be done. I was also told by others that i needed the garage door opener itself replaced. We agreed on a price for the springs and the unit and he got right to work. He replaced the springs and then tried the unit, which worked! He explained why it works now when it wouldn’t before (too much for it with the spring broken) and let me know that it didn’t need to be replaced at this time, which saved me a good amount of money. I appreciate his honesty, courtesy and professionalism. I will use All Access for all my garage door needs from now on!

All Access Garage Door Co., is one of the best experiences I've had with an installation/repair job. A new garage door had to be installed and they were super; came out the same day I called; evaluated the situation; gave me a price (very fair indeed!); fixed the existing door so it could be opened and closed; was there the next day in the a.m.; about 1-1/2 hours later the job was done better than what I expected. All Access is everything you want in a company performing a service.

The gentleman from All Access came out the day after I called. Very prompt, very professional. Took less than an hour. Price was more than reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Needed spring replacement (broke). Gave a quote with response to message on Angie's List (unlike others who wanted to send someone and take up my valuable time). Came on time and rapidly performed the work.

Showed up less than one hour after I called. Tech got the door back on track and made numerous adjustments very rapidly. The man was clearly very experienced and an expert in his field. I rated the price as a "B" but, to be fair, I don't know what the competitors charge for this service. They might even be underpriced considering the rapid response and expertise.

This company is amazing. We called at 9 am and they were here within an hour. Repairs were done expertly, technician noticed some minor problems and fixed for free. Hire this company, they are certified (we have liftmaster garage door openers) but they fix all kinds. They also gave a $15 discount for finding them on Angie's list.

This is an amazing company. Barbara, in the office, is customer focused to the max. Her installer, Travis, who handles Henderson, is outstanding, amazing and whatever other superlatives you wish to use. I called on a Thursday afternoon, and they responded the next morning. Travis called to see if could come earlier than promised. He did, and he was finished quickly. Great clean up. They're the best. End of story.
