We called Jason and he immediately set up an appointment. He showed up perfectly on time and did his magic within the span of a few minutes. Jason and his partner Wes are true masters. They are friendly, honest, and professional and provide great value. I am a professor and I give them an A+.

We were very pleased with Jason. He always answers the phone and is very quick to come out to get to work. Our garage door sensors were giving us trouble...it ended up not being the sensors so much as where they were placed. One was always pointing toward a 'sunny' area and therefore not reading properly. Jason figured this out and moved things so that this would not happen. I am not sure that anyone else would have figured this out! I certainly would not have. And, he didn't charge us for coming out again. How refreshing!

Jason was professional and polite. I called a few places. He returned my call promptly and gave one of the best estimates. Since I was unable to get my car in the garage, I wanted someone to come out quick. He came the next day and was early, even called to check if coming early was ok. Had the work done in no time. Charged me exactly the price quote even after doing a little extra. Jason also cleaned up the area after. He hosed the area and put the hose back. Nice surprise. Real customer service. I had a problem with the remote the next day and he was willing to return right away. I fixed the problem(batteries). Called told him he did not need to come back and he still offered to see if it needed to be check. What a nice way to be treated, with professionalism and politeness. Will be the person I use again and will refer to my friends and family.

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, and Jason came out the very next morning. One spring was broken on our 12-year-old garage door, but Jason recommended replacing both springs since torsion springs have a lifespan of about 10 years. After installing two new springs (which are larger and higher quality than the original springs), Jason lubricated the springs and all the hinges and rollers on the garage door. He also adjusted the chain that's attached to the motor. The garage door now operates smoothly and quietly -- a big difference from all the groans, squeaks and rattles it used to make! I can highly recommend All Access Garage Door to anyone who needs a garage door repair.

Everything turned out great. He had the springs in stock on his truck, so he was able to replace them immediately. The price was very competitive, and they are very customer service oriented.

He did a very good job with fixing the dent in the garage door. He came out the same day and he finished the job quickly and the door looks great. His prices were not bad and he made sure to show me the work before he left.

He did not even charge me for the service call. He informed me of the price to replaced the unit and even told me where I could buy the unit. I was very satisfied with the service. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
