I was amazed how promptly the work was done. I was running errands and when I got back my husband showed off how the quietly the new door opener worked. We would use this company again and recommend to our friends without any hesitation. The company's responsiveness was a huge convenience for us.

I own a vacation home in Las Vegas and contacted Jason at All Access from my home in Ohio for assistance in determining the problem with my garage opener in Vegas. He sent Andrew the following morning to meet with my property manager, he assessed the problem and replaced the old deteriorated system with a new up-to-date one. My property manager said the work was done quickly and with excellent quality. The communication I had between Jason and Andrew was extremely professional and courteous. I could not have asked for better service from a company when I am 1,800 miles away.

Initial phone call went well. Gave me a time when the individual would come out and called me to let me know he could be out earlier as he finished previous work. It was great with me since I could go on with other things. He arrived, I explained the issue, he inspected the door and made some adjustments to the opener. He also made adjustments to the sensor which was loose and had been moving during the operation. We talked about some ideas I had regarding the garage door and gave great information on dealing with the heat and put insulation on the door. Because of the age of the door, any issues with panels would require complete replacement. He suggested putting a brace across the middle portion of the door to keep it from sagging. He had a lot of other great ideas. I intend to go back to them to install the brace and insulation. Very helpful, informative, spoke English, and just great service!

We called Jason at All Access Garage Door Co and we are so glad we did! He promptly returned all of our phone calls and when we described the problem he knew exactly what the problem was. He gave us a couple of options and the prices for each. He looked over the garage door the very next day and was ready to install the new one later that day (we had been quoted a 5 week turnaround and a higher price by a large home improvement store, so needless to say we were thrilled!) When we had a question regarding the garage door he took care of our concern quickly. His associate even reprogrammed the current garage door openers for us when they installed the opener.

Showed that our big garage door was underpowered and switched to the single garage door. Put in a larger opener in the double door. Everything works great now.

On Tuesday when I called for service and explained what was happening with my door, Jason knew exactly what needed to be done, gave a price including discounts. Set an appointment for Thursday. Andy was right on time, brought correct materials, did the job quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and answered all questions; even changed light bulbs in the opener unit and checked my remote openers. No surprises. Price right on. All in all, a good experience. I'd use them again.

Jason was very professional and did exactly what he said he would for the price he originally quoted.

The technician that came out to do the repair was finished in twenty minutes. I have no problems with the work. They were great.

They did a nice job and the garage door guy really did try to open my garage door opener since the remote controller was no longer working. However, he gave his best effort and ultimately told me that he had to replace the garage door opener in order to get a remote that would work. It was my secondary garage and the one that I am currently not using for any vehicles. So I asked them not to do it at this time but we did go ahead and got both of the doors replaced. I had received couple of other estimates and I felt that they had the best price. They did a great job in getting it done in a timely manner. I am very picky and I had an issue with one door which wasn?t closing like the other doors. So they fixed it right away and I was totally happy with it. They were very polite and nice. I intend to use their services again when I finally replace my garage door opener.

They gave us a very high estimate and we then found that we had to just put a little bit of grease. They came right out when we called them. They were very polite and I think the guy who came out was extremely professional. He gave us his opinion and told us as to what was better. We were talking about the more expensive part which he didn?t happen to have in the truck. He was very nice too. My overall experience with him was lousy because he should have looked at other options. I probably would have been very happy if he had installed it not knowing that it was something that wasn?t needed. He was very responsive and was punctual since he came out right when he said he would come out. I am not sure if I would use his services again but may use his services for an estimate.

i went right into the house and looked on angie's list and called all access garage door co. i spoke to jason who was truly amazing. he was calm and professional and told me he'd send andy out before 9am. i called him at around 7:45am. andy called to confirm the address, came out assessed the problem, told us what he could do to fix it and by 9:15 the garage door was in working order. i would call them again in a second, wonderful service!

Outstanding. Of course, door spring broke and trapped me in the garage @ 0630. I made the call to ALL Access, left a message and promptly received a call back. The technician called when he was 15 minutes out, arrived early, and was very professional, courteous and quick. The door was repaired in less than 25 minutes and the mess was cleaned up quickly. He noted some rollers in need of replacement but never tried to ?Hard Sell? anything and away he went. What else could you ask for? I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

We were very pleased with him. The job was done very smooth and properly. He came very quickly on a weekend and there have been no problems with the doors.

I called Jason, he was very polite and professional. When I said i needed to call him back as I was getting other estimates, he said no problem, call me when your ready. When i set up the appointment, he said Andy would be my technician. Andy showed up ontime, was very polite and professional. He replaced my springs quickly. He recommended that I change the rollers out. When I said I wanted to do it myself, he said no problem and gave me pointers on how to do it and not hurt myself. Prices were the cheapest I found. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't open garage door, broken spring, checked Angie's List, called All Access. One hour later I had two new springs and 10 new garage door rollers installed and everything working better than ever. Doesn't get much better than this. Nice guy, came right over, went right to work,.and advised me how to take care of the equipment. What did we do before Angie's List?

I called Jason. He set up an appointment within 1 and 1/2 hrs. of my call. He told me Andy would be the technician. Andy arrived early; surveyed the situation and gave me an estimate. I gave the okay for the work to be done and it was completed within half an hour. Professionalism was outstanding. I was happy from call through job finish. Time was important to Andy and Jason realized time is definitely important to customers.

Jason was nothing but professional from start to finish! We are a mililtary family and it is people like Jason who was willing to work directly with our renters that made it that much more pleasant for us. He had no problems dealing directly with the renters, setting up times and explaining what needed to be done and when it would be fixed. He kept us in the loop when the estimate was more then he quoted and made sure that we still wanted the repairs. Our renters were more then pleased with the professionalism and the timely matter that the job was done in. I will be recommended this company to all my friends and family!!

They were on time....I felt comfortable having them work on my doors. Very pleasant. Very professional.

He was great and I plan to use him again if I ever have anything wrong with my garage door.

Jason received my call after 9:00 a.m. Monday and he arrived at approximately 1:00 p.m. the same day to estimate the cost of repair. He called half an hour before arriving to let me know he was enroute and would arrive at the appointed time. Without charge, he adjusted the cable, spring, and track, making the door operable. The door brand is not a stock item and Jason was willing to locate a used panel, if possible, to reduce the cost. Jason called Tuesday saying he'd located a door panel and we set an appointment for installation. Prior to his arrival on Wednesday, I received a call that he was on his way. He and Westin arrived on time to install a "like new" (even better....it's insulated!) panel. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repair.

Jason was very responsive and was available to come out the day after our initial call. In addition to replacing the gears, he lubricated all of the parts. Our door now moves much more quietly than it did before. He also showed us where the next likely repair would be needed, given the age of the home, and gave us an estimate on its cost, but did not try to sell us to do that now. Jason was prompt, professional, and friendly, and we will certainly call All Access Garage Door again in the future.

Called at 8:30 am & received a call back from my voice mail message about 10 minutes later. Told Jason the problem & he said he could come at 3pm the same day (a Saturday). Later in the am I received a call from Weston, saying his schedule cleared somewhat & he could respond right away. He showed up 15 minutes later & got right to work. He was pleasant, polite, efficient & obviously knew what he was doing. After finishing & testing, he explained what he'd done (above & beyond the required service.) I believe the charge for the service was extremely reasonable and would recommend this company to anyone requiring garage door service.

I called Jason late on Thursday afternoon and we planned a time for the next day. He arrived early after a phone call to be sure I was OK with the time change. It took only a minute or two to figure out the problem and about 20 minutes to fix it. I am impressed with this company. Not only is Jason a good communicator but I also felt confident with his expertise. I plan to use All Access again when needed.

They were very polite, helpful, and they answered all of my husband's questions.
