A family member drove the car into the garage door and caused extensive damage to the metal panels. Even though it was Sunday, we took a chance and called. All Access answered and we set up an appointment for 8 AM Monday morning. Josh came out right on time and assured us that just the panels could be replaced because all other parts of the door were still intact. We agree to the price, which seemed fair based on our online research, and scheduled a repair appointment for that same afternoon. Josh called and said he could come early which was great news. Jason and Josh arrived with all the needed supplies and had the job done quickly and professionally. They even replaced the springs for the same price since they were old. The accident happened Sunday afternoon and by noon the next day, the garage door looked great and worked perfectly again. We were incredibly impressed!

Repairman arrived within 20 minutes, and introduced himself and his coworker. Was polite, gave estimate and stuck to it, made the garge door run quieter than it ever has. Did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. Outstanding all the way around! Highly Reccommend!

We called in the afternoon and got an estimate on the phone. He showed up when he said and got to work! He charged exactly what he said and he even replaced the insulation free of charge! The 'big ad' guys were much higher and were going to charge extra for the insulation!

He fixed the garage door and showed me how to keep it woking properly.

I called All Access and was able to get service the same day. They gave me a 2 hour window, but called and asked if they could come early. Upon arrival, the technican spotted the problem with the sensor. He gave me a price estimate that was very reasonable. He rewired the sensor, checked for other problems and did preventative maintenance by lubing al rollers, hinges, springs and motors. The 15 year old garage door works better than ever.

The serviceman looked at the garage door to find out what was wrong and told us, then said how much it would cost. Garage door fixed in no time.

Saturday morning the spring on the garage door broke on our 2 car garage door. Called, set appointment and had them there within 3 hours. Professional and quick.

I used Angie's list to find a contractor to fix a garage door. I had no idea what was wrong. I phoned him and left a message at night when I discovered the door was not working. He phoned back promptly in the morning and we made an appointment (his is a one-man operation) the first available, which was the following day (he offered a referral but I chose to wait for him). Jason arrived promptly (indeed he would have been early but I was unavailable) and diagnosed the problem at once. He quoted a price of $180 which seemed very fair to me. He went at it right away and finished quickly. The door is working just fine now. He knew the company that had installed the door (sticker inside door) and was able to tell me they had gone out of business. I was completely satisfied with Jason's work, price and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

I just closed on a property and needed to obtain garage door remotes for a discontinued model opener. I initially called the phone number on the unit and the door and after being placed on hold several times with the dispatcher coming on to ask if someone had picked up yet, I decided to seek out another company through Angie's list. I called All Access and spoke with Jason who took the time to suggest other less costly solutions to my problem, which I greatly appreciated. I decided to go with All Access and purchase two remotes and a remote key entry to my garage door to be installed later that day. When I arrived at the property, shortly before the appointment time, I found that the garage door had a padlock attached to it with no key. Jason and his associate, Josh, showed up and had the tools necessary to cut the lock, program the new remotes and install the keypad in less than 30 minutes. They even greased up the door and tested it to make sure it ran smoothly. Very professional and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. I would definitely recommend calling All Access for your garage door servicing needs and I will definitely use them again if needed!

So very impressed with the service, quality and professionalism. I called yesterday to get a quote. Very very reasonable AND he was able to install the next morning. He called before he got here, was punctual and completed the work quickly. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anybody.

I submitted an email inquiry last night, Jason called this morning and was out to the house by 10:00 AM. Perfect Job!

They arrived on-time and performed the work as estimated. They are very easy to work with. I was plaeased with the service I recieved.

Arrived on time. Replaced broken springs. Discussed maintenance of rollers, which are metal and may need to be replaced with "teflon" rollers. The operator is a very old Genie, and will need to be replace at some time.

He was early. Did the job quickly and was totally professional. I got a $10 discount through Angies list. Will use them again if I have to.

I had them install a garage door opener that I had purchased at Costco. I had originally intended to install the opener myself, but time went by and I wasn?t getting it done, so I hired All Access to install it for me. Andy came out and had the opener up and running (new installation) in about 35 minutes, so not only can I cross it off my to-do list, but it probably saved me more than a couple of hours trying to figure things out.

They responded quickly to my initial phone call. The job was completed on time for the price specified. I was happy with the service overall!

Garage door seemed to be binding on something and wouldn't open completely. It turned out the opener simply needed an adjustment and lubrication. The friendly technician diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently.

Jason was great! I called All Access after 6:00 pm and left a message. He called me back within 2 minutes. I told him the problem of my broken spring in my garage door. He told me right over the phone that it's a standard repair and it would be $150.00 with tax and labor. That was in my budget so I told him that I would like to set up a time for him to come and do the repair. He said he would be available the next morning. I told him that I am a teacher and it's harder for me to get off of work for the morning and that I leave at 7 AM. So, he stated that he would be there at 6:15 AM and would call at 6:00 AM to let me know he was on his way. Sure enough, I got a call at 6 and he was here at 6:15 on the dot! He was professional and nice. He got to work right away and was done by 6:45! I would recommened All Access to anyone needing garage work done!

From call to completion of the work, the company was professional.
