This was the only company in my area that worked Sunday without an extra charge. And the repairman had all replacement parts in his truck! He worked hard to get the door up and running. Very professional and I recommend him and this company.

After inspection by technician, he recommended replacing spring but said the rollers were in excellent shape and would have replaced with same type of rollers. He offered recommendations to make door as quiet as possible and lubrecated all moving parts. Would hire again.

Travis was very punctual and very courteous. He completed the job in about 30 minues.

We received the best possible service and recommendations. Because the unit was over 10 years old, we figured we would need a new one. Instead, we were able to have the sensors replaced and the light sockets fixed for 1/4 of the price it would have taken to replace the unit. The work was done quickly....... plus, they oiled the garage door so it no longer squeaks and it is now like having a brand new unit. We couldn't have asked for more. This company is the BEST!

Great! On the phone, Barbara worked hard to predict exactly when Matt would arrive. Matt arrived on schedule. He was friendly and polite. He explained what was probably wrong and fixed it. He also looked over the whole set up and straightened and tightened up a few things, all for the base service visit charge.

They had to replace the motherboard on the opener... it now works fine.

They were great. The guy was very helpful on troubleshooting ourselves in the future if we ran into problems. He explained if this happens. He was just very professional and helpful.

Travis showed up. He's very cordial. He opened the door and heard a pop. The other company told me that the pop was my door going out and needed to be replaced. Travis said the pop was due to the cables crossing over each other. And I don't need a new door. He reset the cables and spring and lubed the door, cables and springs. The door operates perfect now. He just charged for a service call which was $65. Kudos to Travis and All Access Garage door for their honesty. I was ready to fork out $900 for a new door. We will definitely recommend them to friends.

I wrote to the company through Angie's List. They responded within an hour on a Sunday night. Barbara said she would call at 8AM, but called at 7:30am. She said that their technician, Matt, would arrive by 1PM, and he was here by then. He determined quickly what needed to be done, and proceeded to do the work. He was finished within 30 minutes, and was on his way. He was pleasant and professional.

Travis knew exactly what has to done right away and gave me exact cost, then started work.

Everything was completed in a timely manner. Gave a 2 year parts & labor warranty. He honored the Angie's List discount. Everything was great! Wish everyone could be like this.

The tech show up on time. Told me he could fix my garage rollers right there. He even made sure my garage was rolling up and down smoothly and made some minor adjustments and lubricants all the joints. I even ask if he could install a new lock on my 2nd garage. He took the parts out of his truck and installed it less than 15 mins. Everything went very smoothly and fast. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again

The unit was installed very quickly and the garage door was tuned up. The unit safety features were tested and the installer gave a tutorial of the system.

Matt did a great job, using process of elimination to isolate the problem and offering different options to fix it. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He also seemed to genuinely enjoy what he does...he had energy and a good attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Our garage doors were very noisy from not being greased in a while causing our garage motor to work that much harder. We called All-Access garage doors to check our three garage doors and grease the appropriate parts for a quieter operation. Not only were they on time they performed the job quickly and with out any mess. At the end of the job they did the job for free citing a promotion they were running but I would have gladly paid them the going rate for such work. I can see why they have 400+ reviews on Angie's List. I will not hesitate to call All-Access in the future.
