Description of Work: We purchased a home with a LiftMaster garage opener. The remote control would only work within a very close range (within the garage). I worked extensively with the LiftMaster company technical support on the phone, and after several days of trying numerous different things, they finally told me I needed a new (??? I forgot what it was called, but it was expensive, plus the labor...), and I decided to just purchase an entire new system since it wasn't much more in cost. I also talked to another garage door company locally and explained the issues involved. They, also, advised me it may not be worth repairing...just buy a new system. Therefore, I searched Angie's List for a company to install a new system for me. I decided to call All Access Garage Door due to their excellent reviews. When I called and explained the problem, All Access told me they needed to examine the opener during a free estimate visit, but they may be able to fix the problem without me needing to buy a whole new system. This was a refreshing response! The owner, Jason, came and discovered it was just a programming issue! He fixed my remotes and they now work excellent ! I then asked for a programming "lesson" so I could take care of the problem myself in the future. He spent about 10 to 15 minutes just teaching me. When I asked him how much I owed him he said, "nothing". I insisted that I owed him for his time, he said that it is part of their customer service and I didn't owe him anything. In chatting, I found out that he owns the company, his mother handles the office phone, and he has one excellent technician...a small family business. I gave him a $20 tip. Before leaving, he oiled all the tracks, etc., and told me to call him anytime with any questions. A few days later I did just that...I called because I was trying to program another remote and I forgot how he told me to do it. He patiently walked me through the whole process. Incredible customer service!!!!!

Description of Work: Excellant service. I phoned the day before and explained my repair needs. I needed a new receiver because my remotes would not work. My garage door opener was 14 years old. The lady suggested I replace the enitre unit becuase of the age. I went to Lowe's to find the exact same unit that afternoon and made an appointment for next day installation. Travis called the next morning and asked if would be alright to be a little early. He arrived and did a clean install and programed both cars. I paid him the agreed upon $80 and am a very satisfied customer.

Description of Work: The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday afternoon. I called All Access and left a voice mail. Barbara called me back right away and scheduled for Travis to come out Wednesday after I got home from work. Travis called me at 3:45 pm and said he would be there at 4pm and he actually was at my door waiting for me when I drove up--he beat me home!!! Travis was very nice and fixed the spring. He also showed me how to lubricate the hinges & spring to help keep it maintenanced. I as very pleased with the service and definately would recommend All Access & call them back for future work on my garage door if needed.

Description of Work: Travis called to announce his arrival 30 minutes after the phone call, which he did. He immediately identified that I already had nylon rollers already instead of metal ones, which I had mistakenly had mis-identified. He diagnosed the problem as needed adjustments and lubrication and fixed the problems. He also suggested how I should lubricate the rollers and with what product in the future. Great service as described in Angie's list.

Description of Work: Last night the spring on the garage door broke. I called the above company at 8:00 this morning. To my surprise I was informed that Travis would be here between 9 and 11 AM. Travis called at 9:30 asking if it would be convenient for him to be were within 10 minutes. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly and replaced the springs and did a complete safety check of the garage door. My husband and I were very satisfied with the prompt and excellent service we received from Travis at All Access Garage Door Co. Thank You Angie's list. PS The coupon saved me $15.00. Description of Work: One of our garage door springs was split. Apparently it was split before we moved in (about a year ago). We had called All Access to come out to replace both springs even though we thought it might have been another issue. They came out the same day (afternoon) for a look see and found that the split spring that raises the door was in fact the issue. He very quickly replaced both springs with even longer springs than what was originally in place. The repair man was extremely professional and took care in testing and adjusting the way our door rose and closed. We would call them in an instant for any repairs in the future. We were very very satisfied.

Description of Work: Jason and Travis came out and identified my problem immediately in solved the problem in about 1 minute. They took the time to also answer other questions about the sensor and help me with wireless entry and a burnt out light bulb, and then they didn't accept any payment for all of it! That was the best service I've had from any electrician, plumber,landscaper, handyman, etc. in years! I will gladly use them again and I'm a tough critic and they get my highest marks - USE THEM!
