called Sunday and left a message to call me back monday morning as my ac wasn't working they called at 755 am and said repair man would be there between noon and 4 pm he called a little past 11 am and Michael was at my house at 1130 he diagnosed and fixed the problem all in about 1/2 hour house is cool again

They called right away to schedule our appointment. Showed up in time! Very polite and very knowledgeable. Our A/C's were okay except for needing a little freeon. I'll definitely use them again. Finding a good and honest AC company is as important as finding a good and honest auto mechanic, dentist or physician. We found ours!!!

Mike came here on time...and called me 30 minutes in advance. Mike was the nicest, most thorough service person I've ever had! I can't say enough about him. He even offered to change my filter. Let me just say that I'm a single lady with a Mercedes in my garage...so I'm use to being taken on prices and receiving an attitude. Mike was a definite breath of fresh air. From now on, I'm only using him!!!!!!!!

The appt. was scheduled from 8:00 to 11:00. I was called 30 minutes prior to the technician coming to the house, which was very considerate. When he arrived, he was polite & started checking the A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable & explained what he was doing so I could understand.

They were absolutely great!!! I am covered by a home warranty, however, the first company came and put me off for a week! Air Zone came quickly and immediately fixed the A/C. They were perfect in every way!

Arrived during scheduled window (8-11) and diagnosed problem. Replaced the fan motor and checked refrigerant levels on the the unit serviced and my other AC unit. Pleased with their service.

Jacob and helper came out to diagnose problem with 5 year old furnace. Furnace burner would cut off after about 6 min run time. After about 45 min of testing, Jacob declared that the Gas Valve was bad. His office would get back to me about repair price. I paid the reasonable $49 service call fee. The next day a young lady called to tell me repair would be $385. I asked how much was labor and how much was the part and she would not tell me. Only that the flat rate repair is $385. I bought the part locally for $125 and installed it myself. That was not the problem. Jacob had also said that if it wasn't the gas valve, it was the Control Board. So I called the local parts shop for price and availability. Price was $160, and he would have to order it. I found it on line for $90 including priority shipping. I installed the Control Board myself. (Note that I am a retired telephone company tech and have installed many $10,000 circuit boards. Not a big deal.) I am not a HVAC Tech, but I understand troubleshooting. The Control Board diagnoses problems in the HVAC system. I checked those codes and found that the thermocouple had faulted. I cleaned the thermocouple. (This is probably a twenty dollar part, cleaning was free.) System seems to be running fine now. Moral of the story is the diagnostics service by this company was incorrect and cost me a lot of money replacing expensive parts that were just fine.

My tenant did not use her credit card except one time. After using a credit card, fraudulent charges immediately began showing up on my tenant's card. My tenant is not amused. The company believes the fraud charges, from the only use of the card, are not the responsibility of this company. I concur. It could have been a source other than this company. Thus, I am upgrading my grade of 'C' all the way up to 'B'.

Mike was AWESOME!!! He called when he was on the way. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He walked me thru the house and taught me about the vents, air conditioning, and how to keep everything in check. He found a leak in the one unit's coolant valve so he replaced that and added the needed coolant. That was the reason for the extra cost. I got the service for both units which was $59 each. The coolant was an additional $100. This was SO worth it. I will use them now twice a year to service my air / heating units.

It was okay. They're not finished. They're going to come out again. The cost of the service was just the big deal price. They seem to be pretty good. They're going to come back and look at the air conditioner stuff in a week or so. They haven't performed any work yet. I think they're just average.

Tech showed up clean and professional and went straight to work. Check the thermostat, then checked the unit itself, bearing, oil, coolant, pressure, motor. Cleaned & washed out the unit and gave me tips on what to look and listen for should I have any problems. Gave the unit a clean bill of health. Other than calling me "Bruh", was super professional, easy to talk to and ask questions and seemed very knowledgeable about this and other A/C products. Did NOT try to sell me unneeded service, which means when I do need another unit or another inspection I WILL call Air Zone. Highly recommended!

They were very prompt getting to the house and did so in the time frame estimated. Very knowledgable and was able to indentify the problem quickly. It was not an easy fix, but they were able to leave and return with the necessary part the same day. Excellent communication and service. Would recommend again.

We were contacted right away to set up an appointment time and they easily accommodated our schedule. We were able to schedule within a week of first contact. We were given a few hour window for the day of our appointment, and Michael called to alert us he was on his way and was very prompt, arriving early within the window. He was polite, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Based on this experience, we are very pleased with Air Zone Cooling & Heating and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I was contacted by Air Zone the same day I purchased the Big Deal to schedule an appointment. Appointment was scheduled for the next day and 2 professionals showed up exactly as scheduled. They were courteous and efficient and explained everything they found. No repairs were required, but they pointed out areas of wear due to the age of my A/C and explained what to watch for that would indicate trouble. They even changed the air filter for me. I was delighted with their service and will use them in the fall for preventative maintenance on my furnace.

Michael was great. He went above and beyond! Would definitely use them again.

technician arrived on time, He identified himself, found out what I wanted and got right to work. He cleaned and tested my system, cleaned up after himself and told me everything he did. I have used this company before, and I was very pleased once again that he didn't try to sell me anything. He did what I wanted and was on his way.

I would use them again in a heart beat. Honesty is the best policy and I feel this company believes in that concept.
