They came out to the house for an estimate and answered our questions. They were able to schedule the install shortly after we gave our approval. The entire process took less than a week from quote to installation. They made a new frame for holding the two roof-top units that I could tell was well constructed. They were able to open up the cage we had over the old units to prevent the pigeons from nesting without having to dismantle it and reconnected it when they were done. This saved us a good sum of money. They took care of renting the crane and hauled away the old units. We got estimates from four different companies and felt his price was reasonable. Although they were not the cheapest, the quality of the service and his professionalism outdid the other companies. Bridget was great at keeping us informed and processed the warranties for us. We had researched the HVAC brands and selected one of the top rated brands. They cleaned up everything when they were done and there were no surprises. Since we are unable to get up on the roof, they advised us we had a few broken tiles and recommended someone who could replace them. While it has only been a few days, the new units are working great. They are much quieter and the house seems to keep a more even temperature. We would definitely recommend them and will utilize them for future service and maintenance calls.

From the very first conversation, I could tell this company takes pride in their work and knows what they are doing. They worked with our busy schedule for the estimate and work. During the estimate all my questions were answered with confidence and there was no waste of time or pushy sales. The workers were early and so were the delivery truck and crane. Everything worked on schedule and the job was completed on the early side of the 3 hour estimate. The price never changed even though I asked for a new thermostat to be installed after the original negotiation. Bridgette even filled out the warrantee papers and emailed a copy without me having to ask. This family run business is a sure bet.

This company is awesome! This is the second service I had from them. The first was in the summer on both my AC Units and they did not charge me for two visits to service both my units like other companies wanted to do. Today's service was on my upstairs Heating Unit. The gentleman was able to diagnose and fix identify that it was a pressure pump. He cleaned it and that was all it took and I was only charged the minimum service charge. I feel this company has an enormous amount of integrity and they do not gouge you for extra work or parts. I will always use this company for my home service!

Michael showed up on time and I was present while he performed all advertised work efficiently and in a professional manner. He explained all the work he did and pointed out several items that I'll be following up on in the future. We are very pleased with all aspects of Air Zone's preventive maintenance and inspection service.

It went well. The price was average. Everything worked so it was good. They did a good job. It worked well.

Technician cleaned out my return vent air filters and checked the outdoor compressors for whatever they check and gave my system a clean bill of health, this is a requirement for my home warranty. The A/C system is only covered for failure if annual inspections and services are performed.

A different provider quoted me $2000+ to correct the problem. Air Zone confirmed that the other diagnosis was completely wrong. Air Zone corrected the issue and all has worked fine since their work. I plan to set up an annual maintenance program with them.

I was able to secure an appointment for the next morning following the evening the compressor stopped working. Jacob arrived early for the appointment. He quickly pinpointed the problem and installed a capacitor booster. This booster immediately corrected the problem. Jacob completed the work in less than 30 minutes.

Air conditioning is function better than it did for the last 4 years of house ownership. The house is much cooler in our upstairs bedroom. House cools an hour faster when returning from vacation. Saving $50 a month in electricity (in the summer) with the new unit.

Air Zone is a great company to work with. Naturally things go bad in the summer season when everyone is really busy. Not a problem with Air Zone. They came over promptly and we discussed our options. We decided on new units. They faxed us a quote. We signed it. They ordered the units. They called with an installation date and time. They always called before coming over, which makes it nice. Jacob and Michael installed both units. They know what they are doing. The unit at our house had a problem with the motor. Jacob didn't like the way it sounded. He left and came back with a brand new motor. He took out the bad motor and put in the new one. They loaded up the old units, cleaned up, and moved on to their next job. They did an excellent job at both houses.

Had a fantastic experience working with Air Zone Cooling & Heating. They performed a general diagnostic of my entire HVAC system and made sure to take care of the minor issues they found. They also provided really helpful advice about how to keep my system healthy, which was definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend these guys - they're great!

I gave these guys a call after a bad experience with a different heating & cooling company, and I'm so glad I went back to these guys. Their technician Michael was able to come out the next day to confirm the issue and then was able to come back the day after with the special-ordered part to install it. He worked super fast to replace the blown motor and everything works like a dream now! So excited to have my A/C back. Many thanks and high recommendations to Air Zone. These guys rock!

You'd think that it would be a simple task, but I called all over the valley to order 2 new return grilles and have a contractor install them and 5 HVAC companies off the top of Angie's List told me that they did not provide the type of service that I need and told me to try elsewhere. When I finally found and called Air Zone, Jacob, the owner, told me that it was no problem and that he could get the grilles and come out the next day. He came out with his brother/partner Michael and they were both very polite, friendly and professional. The quality of the grilles were very good, exactly what I had asked for, and the job was done fairly quick. They removed and disposed of the old grilles and gave me tips on how to maintain the life of the new grilles and suggestions on filter types. After a few days, I even received a follow-up call from Bridget in the office to see how everything was working. I would definately use Air Zone again for my HVAC needs and would recommend their services to anyone.

They'll definitely upsell you. I bought a service and one pound of Freon. Five pounds of Freon later, it ended up costing me $300, plus the cost of the coupon for something I could have paid $65 for under my home warranty

Performed what was expected

While on vacation in the middle of the Alaskian Tundra the management company advised that the tenant, in the midst 0f 110 degree heat, was without air conditioning. The mgmt co sent "THEIR" a/c company out and a quote was received for $3,400.00. Since we have used Air Zone before and been VERY happy with their service they were contacted and the emergency situation explained. They responded and fixed the unit in 15 minutes and the bill was around $300.00. It is refreshing to find a company that is honest, fixes what is ACTUALLY wrong and bills accordingly. I cannot thank Air Zone and its office staff for the prompt, reliable and HONEST work they do. GREAT JOB !!!!!

After our AC went out, I checked Angie's list and called several companies including the one we usually use, but no one could get out until the next day. When I called Air Zone Brigitte was so helpful & managed to schedule us for that morning. Jacob came out, identified the problems and repaired the unit. He was friendly & professional. We were so glad to be cool again!

The technician arrived at the time they said they would when service was scheduled. He was polite and professional. He explained what the steps in the process for inspecting our two air conditioning units would be and he seemed completely at ease as I watched what he was doing on our units (I was curious!). All of the connections were checked, the units were cleaned out and everything was declared in good health. But he gave me an idea of some of the common problems people have and what "age" their A/C is when these happen frequently. I was impressed with every bit of the service, from the scheduling to the completed inspection. I have saved them in my phone and will use this company for future inspections or for problems that may arise.

Jacob arrived on time. He immediately set to work. He found a defective capacitor and removed and replaced it. Then he tested the system to ensure it was operating correctly. He then completed routine preventive maintenance on all three systems. I purchased a service deal through Angies list saving me $125 for the three preventive maintenance tasks.

The gentleman notified us that he would arrive in about 15 minutes and he was on time. He checked both units and also changed the filters inside the house. Very professional and friendly. Would use them again.

Prompt and professional. Very polite when answering all of my questions. Since this is my first time doing a check up on my air conditioner it seems to have gone very well.

Very professional and efficient. Found nothing wrong with units and even hosed them down to remove dust accumulated in the filter screening. Came inside to check register vent air temperatures and noticed my air filters needed changing and offered to do them as well.
