We used for years and years and years. They come twice a year. We love them. We have only very positive encounters with them. They check everything. Just great. Nice people, knowledgeable. Absolutely perfect. They are very reasonable for price.

Quality service from first contact. I recently purchased a condo and called Air Zone (after reading many positive reviews on Angie's List) to inquire if the water flow from my condensation drain was “normal”. Brigitte patiently answered my questions and I requested a service call to have the unit checked. A 3-hour appointment window was given, but Brigitte called me when the technicians were on the way. Jacob & Mike arrived shortly thereafter and were professional, knowledgeable, and personable as they checked the unit. Turns out that there was a small clog in the main drainage line, which was cleared out. Jacob also made an adjustment to the pitch of the drain line to help the water flow. The unit's Freon level was low, so that was also taken care of during the service call. Throughout the process both Jacob and Mike explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. I will call them to perform my A/C and Heating maintenance.

Did a good job in checking the units and then indicating what preventative maintenance could be done. No pressure, and seemed honest regarding what should be done now and what could be deferred. Seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy in my opinion.

They were punctual, professional and reasonably priced. They found a capacitor that needed replaced, but brought it into the house to show me that it was not reading on the meter- before they actually replaced it..... I have referred them to several people, including my sister, who used them as well, and was as pleased as I was. I signed up for the twice yearly maintenance contract.

Michael showed up and looked at my unit and found a bad motor. He replaced it and my dog and I slept wonderful. Referred them to my neighbor and Jacob came out to fix his and now he is happy too, we all know the heat brings out the worst in people. Great Team that Air Zone!! Give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Their prices are fair and, more importantly, they are honest. This is really important for out-of-the-area small landlords like us, especially since it is so easy for some HVAC contractors to take unfair advantage of us.

They come twice a year for the air conditioning in the spring and the furnace in the fall. We have a contract with them and they call us about a week ahead, and then they come out and they do really really a good job.

They were amazing. Came out right away and tried to give me cost options on my non-working downstairs unit, in case I wasn't able to simply replace it. Their price for replacement was good compared to a previous estimate, and they were able to start the next day or so. The owner and his brother came out to do the work, they were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They seemed to be careful in their work, and take their time. No surprise expenses. I actually waited several months before posting this, like I usually do with big work you have to try out. The system and the work they did is working perfectly, there was just 1 small issue I found later, and they came out and fixed it the next day, no hassle, as part of their labor warranty. I need to replace my upstairs unit as well, when I can budget it in. I'm definitely looking toward using them again.

It was good. The air conditioner worked. It was a good service call. We basically had them come out to tell us what was wrong so we could go through our warranty service to fix it. We had to go through the warranty service to get it fixed.

It went great! Everything from Brigitte in the office to sending out Michael who was professional, knowledgeable, and informed me every step of the way on what repairs I needed. Air Zone is diffently my go to AC repair company and I refer them to anyone I hear that needs ac help. Awesome company/team!

Great. Jacob was a consummate professional that knew his stuff and tried hard to fix the problem cheap. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. He gave me a few options. This was my first attempt to fix my problem, and I will of course get a second opinion. If they are within a few hundred dollars, I'll pick Jacob and Air Zone just because he didn't BS me. This was just a diagnostic, so don't let the low dollar price dissuade you.

Replaced burned wiring terminal and capacitors. Checked overall operation. Repairs were covered by "Home Warranty" but $50 deductible. Thank you Michael!

OMG! I am absolutely thrilled with Air Zone. I recently moved into a townhouse and the a/c airflow downstairs was okay - not great, but okay - however, the airflow going upstairs was practically non-existent. I called for an appointment and Michael came out the next day. He called when he was on his way, came within 10 minutes, and was exactly on time for the scheduled appointment. Although I was told the a/c unit was serviced just before I moved in 2 months ago, when Michael took off the panel it was obvious that the unit hadn't been serviced in a very long time, if ever! Gross beyond belief!! The inside was absolutely filthy and, more importantly, the coils were completed matted with black gunk, making it impossible for the a/c to work properly. Michael got to work! He carefully (and completely) cleaned off the coils and the entire inside and outside of the unit in the garage, and even vacuumed the area surrounding the unit. He then moved on to the condenser outside. He adjusted the blades (no more clanking), checked the coolant, the wiring and everything you can think of that needed attention. The noise level was significantly reduced - I was actually amazed at the difference. Michael then moved inside to check the return in the apartment. The previous tenant had installed a filter inside the return, which isn't supposed to have a filter. Needless to say, the filter was disgustingly filthy. Michael removed it and vacuumed the inside and outside of the return, including the grate and dining room floor! (Hmmm, I wonder if he does windows!) Honestly, I can't tell you the difference in the airflow upstairs - it's strong, cold and the funky, dusty smell is gone, gone, gone!! What more can I say? Michael's expertise and attention to detail completely saved a 20-year-old system from the garbage. I highly recommend Air Zone - can't think of hiring anyone else!!

Michael arrived well within the promised time window. He remembers visiting us for service previously, and made a very specific comment making it clear he truly remembered. Our Angie's List membership earned us a generous discount. Michael was courteous, thorough and trust worthy

We had a great experience with this vendor! Just as the weather in Las Vegas was heating up, our air conditioner stopped moving cool air around the house. With two working parents and three kids in school - time is a premium. Imagine our surprise when Air Zone came the day we called them, were able to schedule an early appointment, showed up on time, had all the parts in their truck that were necessary to fix the problem, and completed the repairs within the price quoted and within a reasonable amount of time. They even followed up to make sure everything was OK. Kudos to everyone from the dispatcher to the repairman for a job well-done! We will definitely use Air Zone again!

I had become disillusioned with 1-Hr Air after they were bought out by an Arizona company. All service requests went through an Arizona call center. There was no longer any contact with anyone in Las Vegas, unless they were sent to your house, and their prices went up every time I called them. When I asked for the spring startup, they quoted a high price! I said everyone thinks Las Vegas has money. The money is on the strip, not in the homes of the people who work for the casinos! The customer service representative offered me some money off, but it wasn't down to $59. I refused the offer. I believe in buying and employing locally, so I used the spring special to try out a new vendor. Found Air Zone on Angies List with the $59 special (of course). Everything was spelled out on a separate sheet describing exactly what the pkg included. Jacob showed it to me, I signed and paid, and he went to work. He was surprised that my unit was still under warranty and asked if his service would validate the warranty. I asked if he knew the equipment, and he said yes. So I said go ahead. I need someone locally I can depend on. Two months later I got a call from 1-Hr. Air, offering me a $59 spring startup special. Ha! I told them I had tried to use them and they didn't have that special in March so I used someone else. She said my warranty was still in effect as long as he followed the recommended service protocol. So I was all good. Jacob was polite and charming, answered all my questions and concerns, and I even bought the year's agreement that will include the Fall Heating Startup as well. I have a new AC/H company. And it's local and family run. Thanks Angies List!

The tech showed up exactly on time and didn't need to call for directions or clarification. I was, at the same time, having all of my furniture delivered but he worked around the movers without complaint or issue. He provided full information, in writing, as to the condition of my units, recommended against replacing one that, in his words, "will fail either this summer or next", because it functions for the little-occupied mother-in-law suite and proactively replacing it means it would fall outside the scope of my home warranty. There was zero upsell/repair/replace pressure, he mentioned that the units were original (11 yrs old) but the 5 ton for the home was in good working order, if not the most efficient of systems. Overall I feel extremely comfortable knowing that all refrigerant levels are correct, power is good, function is good, etc., for the Las Vegas summer (save the 1 issue with my small 1.5 ton unit) and got good advice on what to do when (if?) I have issues with my A/C units. Of particular note, and much appreciated, was the advice on changing my filters every 3-4 months with, "Just get whatever Lowe's or Home Depot has on sale, I think a 3 pack of plain white filters is under $10 each." It's nice not to be given some BS story about using special filters and whatnot. Anyway, was very satisfied, hopefully I don't need to use them again this year, but if I do, I will give them a call.

Mike was very polite young man knowledgeable .did everything that they said will be done.

Service technician, Michael, arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He went through the entire 20-Point inspection checklist explaining the observed status of every checklist item in lay terms. He also made recommendations on what to watch for in the future as demands on the A/C system increases during the hotter summer months. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.
