I purchased a Big Deal for $66.00 for Air Cond. Diagnostic testing. I called the company on Saturday knowing I was leaving a message but a girl picked up the call and said she had just ran in to get grab something and I told her we were without air because the unit had stopped working, it sounded horrible so we turned it off. She was truly concerned and told me that she would try to get them out there between 10a-2pm on Monday morning. They were here right at 10a.m. I was impressed already. The 2 gentleman absolutely blew me away. They treated me like I was their mother, so nice, courteous, and respectful. The could have easily told me I needed a new unit which we were expecting anyway and they said no we didnt need one right now, they did a tune-up, checked the permanent filter, took it outside washed it, dried, and put it back in, they replaced the other filter also. Absolutely amazing service, they were so honest and felt they truly cared about customer satisfaction and not trying to take my money unnecessarily. I would never use anyone else again. Clearly, they were the most professional, honest, decent guys I have ever dealt with.

It was fine and I had no problems. I was very happy with the service overall. Jacob, the tech that came out, was very good and I was impressed with him.

Prompt, professional, and honest. My AC unit is about 6 years old and I had not had it serviced, so I figured it was time. Air Zone had run a "Big Deal" for $59, but it had expired before I got around to purchasing. I saw they were highly rated, so I called the office to see if they offered any discounts for Angie's List members and the woman who answered told me they were running a special on Angie's List for only a few dollars more ($66). She told me to purchase it online and went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. I agree with other comments that I would prefer a smaller time window, but a minor point. Jacob called when they were on their way. They performed the service professionally and did not try to upsell any services. I had had a leak in the ceiling in the area of the return. The roofing company had said was due to a leak in a seam where the intake meets the ac unit on my roof - I had it patched by another AC company but had seen some water come through the return after a recent rain. Jacob looked at it for me and said that it looked like the prior AC company had done a good patching job and told me where he thought the problem was and what to tell the roofer. Very pleased and would use them again.

It went well. The owner came himself. They were on time and did more than the deal stated. Overall, I was happy with them.

Overall, it went well. They said I need a part that cost $96 but that it wasn’t an immediate need, but would need to be addressed in the future. I’m unfamiliar with A/C units to know if they were correct.

They were very, very good. I would certainly hire them again. They were polite and clean. The work they did was thorough; they were up there for an hour and a half.

Everything worked out very well. They came in and did what they needed to do and left. They explained everything along the way and explained that everything was in good shape.

First of all, Jacob and his assistant from Air Zone were right on time (something I always appreciate). They were quick to get to work, performed a very thorough inspection, and then - once my units were inspected - didn't try to up-sell us on services and repairs we didn't need. They were very knowledgeable on my systems, and gave me tips on how to keep things running smoothly. I even asked for some opinions on high-tech thermostats, and Jacob had information on many of the thermostats I'd been researching. I would not hesitate to use Air Zone again

They arrived right on time. They then checked the cooling system in the house and then went outside. They ten pronounced that the system was original but was in good condition still. that was good news. Very nice and professional explained everthing as they were doing it the work. Great job will use them again

Jacob and the other technician arrived on-time and was quick to get on the roof to perform the inspection. I had this inspection done for peace of mind from when the unit was serviced by another company in 2011. I would definitely recommend AIR ZONE COOLING & HEATING INC and hire their services in the future. I also found out they work with Old Republic (ORHP) so I can request them in the event of a breakdown. They also have a nice website.

We use them for heater and A/C maintenance. They come twice a year and we pay $180.00 per year. It's a good deal for we have two heaters and two A/C's. They do a good job and they call us when it is time to do the service.

I woke up on Thursday morning, July 12, to hot air blowing from my central a/c system. (Our house has three separate units/zones, and only one was malfunctioning.) Since I have a home warranty through Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP), I called them and they provided me with a work order number and the name and phone number of Air Zone, and said that Air Zone would contact me to schedule an appointment. Rather than wait for that phone call, I called Air Zone myself after about 30 minutes (I wanted to give ORHP enough time to enter the work order into their system.) I was advised that the first available appointment wasn't until the following afternoon, and I was given a four-hour window from noon - 4:00pm in which they would arrive. Although I wasn't happy having to wait a day and a half for service, I do understand that this being summer in the desert with 100+ temperatures, this is their busy season. I also wasn't happy with being provided a 4-hr window rather than a set appointment or even a smaller window, but I do realize that this seems to be the norm with service contracters. The following day, I received a phone call about 3:00pm advising me that the service team was on their way. Again, although unhappy with having to deal with a four-hour window, I was pleased that Air Zone did arrive within that window. I get very perturbed when businesses schedule an overly-ample window and then still can't manage to arrive during that time period. Jacob and his assistant arrived at my house shortly after the phone call and went right to work. Jacob was very professional in his handling of the repair. As a side note, I also appreciate that he was concerned about the white carpet in our living room where the thermostat is located and took extra precations not to get it dirty. Jacob diagnosed the problem right away and he and his assistant took care of the repair immediately. (I should note that I had a similar problem two years ago, and although the firm sent out by ORHP at that time diagnosed the problem immediately, they had to order the replacement motor.) I was very pleased that Air Zone had the requisite parts on their truck and was able to complete the repair in one trip. Under my contract with ORHP, the only payment for which I was responsible was a $60 service call fee. However, I asked Jacob how much the repair would have cost and he told me it would have been $400. Even that amount seemed low to me. I would not hesitate to call Air Zone again with any type of HVAC problem, regardless of whether I have a home warranty at the time. In fact, even if I have a warranty, I will request that Air Zone be the firm to handle the repair.

These guys are honest. I had a good idea of what was wrong to begin with. Jacob confirmed what I had suspected and didn't try to upsell me something that I didn't need. He simply stated this is what it will take to fix it. He let me know what he was willing to repair and what he wasn't and referred me to a person that he was confident would treat me right. His Father. Once again I can't recomend these guys enough. I strongly suggest you consider them especially if you are looking at any major repair.

Overall the service was excellent. Jacob was professional, knowledgable, friendly and showed up on time. He had the supplies to do the repair on site. He looked at our overall system which includes two systems and gave us advice.
