Very well. Two technicians checked system thoroughly, then recommended replacement of old defective circuit board and replaced it so that A/C functioned properly. Rather spendy piece of equipment, but necessary to restore heating.

The two service technicians arrived on schedule. They were professional in their demeanor and actions from the time I met them at the door through their departure. I had only identified two furnaces, but they discovered I have three. They serviced the third unit at the special Angie's price without any hesitation. They found nothing significant in their multi-point inspection, and departed. I will likely have them back to service the Air Conditioners in the Spring.

Great. On time. Step by step inspection & explained what they were testing & looking for to make sure my furnace was operating properly. Explained where & how to install filters. Cleaned the furnace. Installed new filter. Provided excellent tips for maintaining good air flow & when to inspect filters. Jacob & Michael did an outstanding job.

Jacob is the leader of the 2 gents that came to my house. They were very professional and extremely thorough. They arrived on time, they went right to work and finished in a timely fashion. Jacob also helped me put up my replacement filters. I am very happy with their service. I will use them again next year.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It turned out great, they were wonderful. He was very quick and short and sweet and to the point so there's not much to share. He came and did his job, and left. I had communicated with them and we wanted to wait until three weeks, so he came the middle part of October. We had communicated between each other. We asked them to wait because we weren't going to be home, we were traveling.

vendor arrived well within the time frame and called when he was on the way. they cleaned my unit and checked to make sure it was working properly. they even changed my filter as I am unable to do it, for no additional charge. They were very polite and efficient and I would use them again if the need arises.

Jacob & Michael showed up on time, were very professional and assisted me with several related questions.

Checked the wiring, coolant levels, and tested the system. Everything was fine, which is what I wanted to know. Even though I have a home warranty. The technician was in and out in under 30 minutes and everything worked just fine. Will definitely be using this contractor to check my heating system prior to this winter and again next spring before the summer hits.

They were fine. They wound up being the same people that the warranty companies use, and they had previously worked on my system, which helped. They were also very responsive. I called them on the 26th with an emergency, and they were supposed to come out by the 28th, but they ended up coming out the same day.

Air Zone Cooling & Heating Inc. were great. I had referred them to other people. The young man they sent was very presentable, knowledgeable and efficient. He told me exactly what he was going to be doing. He did it and was in and out of there. I had my regular air conditioning guys come out later and they said the man from Air Zone had not realized my filter was reusable and he hadn't cleaned it when he cleaned the air ducts.

They were prompt in the servicing...took them about 15 to 20 minutes to do the inspection gave me an explanation of everything including possible future repairs. Very nice person and very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They did a good job. They gave me the service that I paid for. They gave me a receipt with the make and model of my air conditioner which I had no idea what it was. They told me that my air conditioner was exceptionally dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. They told me that I should think about updating it soon because it wasn't functioning totally and it is an old unit.

They were on time, and professional. They cleaned the coils, and told me everything looked great.

They did a good job and serviced both air conditioners quickly. The technicians brought their hoses and cleaned everything out. Everything is good. One of the technicians showed me why he had to put the new part in. This was the first time I used this company. They were great, came right in and started working right away. They were informative, fixed everything and washed and cleaned everything.
