It worked out fine. It was good. I didn't have to pay for the call visit. It was on time and it was done quick. It was a little bit cheaper than what I thought it was going to be. It turned out great. It worked right away. I had good interactions with them. They answered the phone when I called to make the appointment. They showed up on time.

Jacob and Mike showed up at 10 am, right on time, and started right to work. The new unit and the crane were here by noon and they had the old unit removed and the new one on the roof by 1PM. They did a wonderful job! They were very professional,and friendly. Jacob tested all the vents in the house to make sure the unit was working properly and answered all my questions. They cleaned up all the mess and the whole job was completed by 2:30 PM. We found their price to be competitive with other companies.They advertise a 10% discount for seniors, but being such a large job they could not give us that discount which was disappointment, but they did give us a discount of $50. They registered the warranty for us and are mailing it to us so we didn't have to deal with that. Much appreciated! We would use this company again, and will for our yearly maintenance. We would recommend this company to our friends and neighbors. j

first off I did not hear my phone ring when they called to make sure that I was home and they came by the house anyway right on time. they were very friendly and polite. They went up into the attic and came down 5 minutes later. They asked me is anyone had been up there lately and I explained that NV energy had been here about a month ago. Here is where it gets good. They could have told me anything! I don't know much about heating systems. I was expecting a $500 bill. They could have told me the switch was bad, or the coil, etc. instead they told me that when NV energy was here the turned off the gas to that unit. They turned it back on and since I had paid for the service call up front they didn't charge me a cent!!!! they were even apologetic that I had to waste my $49! We laughed and they left. THEY COLUD HAVE BURNED ME BIG AND DIDN'T! these are the people you want to call.

called on 12/29/14 to have someone check why I wasn't getting heat in my house Jacob came out in about 3 hrs and told me my combustion motor was locked up an I needed a new one he took the old one with him and returned the next day with his brother Michael and installed the new one so far the heat is working perfect

Jacob and Mike arrived on time and got right to work. I purchased this home a year ago and evidently did not understand the HVAC system which has a zone damper system. Mike identified the possible trouble right away. His hunch was correct. It was pretty much operator error. He explained to me how the system works. We located the mystery "3rd Thermostat" which I didn't believe I had. It was a wireless unit and the batteries were dead. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a wireless thermostat. System is working properly now. Fee was the basic $50 Angie's list special. Wow! That was the best $50 I have spent in a long time. I highly recommend Air Zone and if I have any more HVAC troubles, I will certainly use them again.

Service provider was on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. Owner gave me an honest evaluation of my old system. I requested a quote for a new system because I wanted to replace old one. The work was completed efficiently and to my total satisfaction. Office staff was friendly and helpful during phone conversations. This was a good experience!

Jacob and Michael were fabulous! These guys were not only very proficient at their trade but had great customer skills. They explained everything they were doing in detail...and in English. Probably the best HVAC experience I have had. Would highly recommend this firm and these guys in particular. We are new to town and have our new HVAC company.

I had great service. There were two workers, and they did a fine job. They looked at the filters and said they were marginal, so they went ahead and took care of that, and told me that if I had any problems, I should call them, but I haven't. I would recommend them.

Heater went out during these cold days... and on the New Year's holiday, no less. Called 8am January 2, and dispatcher gave me a same-day service window of 9am-1pm. She asked how I heard of them, and when I mentioned Angie's List, she said she'd give a discounted $49 service fee. :) Jacob called me 10:30 that he was en route, and he and his assistant arrived 20 minutes later. Before even ringing the doorbell, I noticed through the window they had gotten to work doing some light recon outside, learning that I have a heat pump and where copper service lines were entering the house. He introduced himself professionally and quickly got to work. He noticed the sluggish start-up of the blower motor and immediately pointed out the bulging capacitor. He exchanged it quickly and the motor started up like a champ. OK, that's a pretty standard fix. Here's where it paid to be informed myself. I know my system has some auxiliary heating coils (Em Heat), but I was puzzled why they weren't turning on the previous day - that would have nothing to do with the motor moving or not moving. I asked Jacob to check that they're turning on. He clamped on an ammeter and confirmed that they weren't. He got to look at the wiring and noticed a signal wire connected to the wrong terminal. Quick change, current starts flowing, elements heat up, and we smell that lovely stale heater smell. Lastly, he went to check the refrigerant pressure in the heat pump outside and added a couple pounds of refrigerant. He came back in and checked the air temp at the registers. All good. I was relieved to see that Jacob is a very helpful, knowledgeable guy. And just as importantly, willing to share his knowledge. He gave duct tape recommendations and said they'd have caught these small problems during an autumn check-up. I know my system is an ancient retrofit, so I asked if he'd recommend a replacement (so I can start budgeting before summer). He said no, estimated it's about 15 years old but still has plenty to give. He kept me informed of the costs of service every step of the way. He came equipped with the right tools of the trade - didn't have to "go back to the shop" for anything. Ultimately, I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service and quality of repair. I don't feel ripped off, and I'm confident I've found "my guy" for any of my HVAC needs.

Although we did not get them through Angie's List, we are very happy with them.If we have a problem, obviously, they do the necessary work. They're not too expensive. They're always on time. They're really responsive, just really a good company. They know what they're doing.

Michael showed up on time and completed his work in a timely, professional manner. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing at various stages. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. In all, a very pleasant experience.

I called three other companies all with A ratings Jacob was the only one to respond with promptness and professionalism. He showed up on time and as promised. I would definitely trust this company because of him.

Customer services is outstanding. I have a very busy schedule and the representative was very patient with me while I was trying to find a time that fit my schedule. I was surprised that they have service calls after 5pm. Very quick response time. I called at 2pm and they had appointments available for the next morning. Technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival time. He arrived within 3 hour appointment time. Technician was very professional. Services was completed in less than an hour. He even cleaned the vents!! There was a misunderstanding regarding the Angie's Deal that I purchased. Air Zone was very accommodating and corrected the situation to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Michael was very prompt and professional and showed up earlier than expected. He was through and explained the problem immediately and had the parts available on his truck. Would definitely use them again in the future. Ask for Michael!

I first called a company that I usually use and was told they would not be able to come for 2 days. I then called Air Zone and they were able to come the same day. Jacob showed up about 1 1/2 hours later. He assessed the problem and installed a new motor. The air conditioner was working within 2 hours of my call requesting service. Jacob was likable and professional. I am very happy with their service. From now on, I will be using Air Zone for my heating and air conditioning needs.

Can't say anything, I was at work when the work went down. My girlfriend was at home. She is not very computer litterate. I am, but as I went online , the directions for programming seem harder than they need to be. Overall I am still happy I don't have those old school thermostats, that give you a "rough idea" what the temp in the house is.

Within a day after the purchase an appointment was scheduled by Air Zone Cooling. The owner and his assistant were very punctual (arriving on time) and were very professional. Everything they did was explained to me and all work was performed per the agreement on Angie's list. I was completely satisified with their service and eventually purchased a yearly maintenance agreement with Air Zone for my A/C and Heating.

It was refreshing to have excellent service, attitude and genuine caring from a service company! Very knowledgeable with long family history in HVAC services. Jacob really knew his stuff and was so nice to work with. I like doing business with a smaller company that has more personalized service. I have already recommended them to friends at work. Arrived on time, professional, experienced, friendly, helpful and answered all questions. I will definitely use them as needed in the future!!

The two people who put the unit in were great. They came on time and it did not take long to install the unit. They took the old unit out and clean up the area. The new unit works great and comes with a five year warranty. I would recommend this company again.
