Description of Work: I could not even get ADT to come out to my house. I just wanted a price on a complete home security system and after trying over and over again I gave up! I did get a hold of one rep. but was told he needed a credit card and would bill me $100 before he could even send someone out to give me a price. Have since gone to "Simplisafe" but only recently installed it so cannot really comment on how well it works but it has easily installed as they said it would and the cost is VERY reasonable. About $500 for entire system and easy to install and only $25 per month!

Description of Work: My dad died, I'm disabled veteran, mom needed help with bills and mortgage, my landlord released me from my lease, ADT did not, mom already had protection 1. Now I have 800$ on my credit report. Screw ADT

Description of Work: could not service my security unit on weekends claims it is against the law in Nevada. Only services units Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5. Will not call ahead and gives you a two hur window. Looking for a new company.
