ADT Security Service does a very good job monitoring my alarm system and I have been happy with them. I was very pleased when they respond in a timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone.

ADT has been silently monitoring our system since we moved here to see how responsive they are in a case like that and we haven't had any false alarms. However, because we feel they're charging way too much, we are moving our service to another company.

ADT Security Service had tried to charge for two false alarms. They never tried to call the three contact members that I provided them. I was never even contacted either time as well. I feel according to our contract, they failed to provide the service that I paid for. I do not use them anymore. They did charge me on a quarterly basis.

We're quite pleased with ADT, and have no complaints. If we've had any false alarms, they answer right away. Once they had to make some sort of adjustment from within their office to adjust some code.

ADT Security Service provides good service to us and makes us feel secure with their protection. We like that fact that they test the system about every two months to ensure proper operation. We feel that the staff is very good.

ADT Security Service provides good service. I once tripped my alarm and they called immediately and I was happy that they responded so quickly. It was my own fault, so it was no big deal. I locked in the price with a contract which I thought was good. I really haven't had any other contact with them at all.

ADT Security Service did not do a very good job installing our monitoring system. The installer disconnected my freezer and ruined some of my perishables. Once I called to have repairs done, they did make an appointment with me, however nobody showed up to do any work. I called again and an installer finally came out and made an assessment but never came back to do the work.

ADT Security Service did a good job of explaining exactly how my system works. They do provide monthly checkups on my system. I am covered under their guarantee if there is ever a problem; they take care of it. I have been completely satisfied with their service and I have not experienced any false alarms up to date.

ADT Security Service did do a good job when I used them. I ended up making them come out and take the system out because I live in a pretty safe neighborhood. I really didn't think that it was worth the money that I was paying. I did think that their price was very expensive.

ADT Security Service explained how everything worked on my alarm system when it was installed. I like that they do provide regular maintenance check ups every couple of months. I have not experienced any false alarms and have been very satisfied for the last four years.

I really liked that they were thorough when explaining the system, how it works, and how to operate it. They have always responded immediately whenever we've accidentally set it off, which happens often, yet they have not complained about our false alarms.

ADT did an adequate job of installing the system and they are also maintaining it now. The initial installation was $600, and now in addition, they charge a monthly fee for service. There have not been any false alarms so far.

If I need them to, they will come out right away and check on our system. I have not experienced any false alarms since I have started using them.

ADT Security Service is a wonderful company. We haven't had any false alarms but we have contacted them many times in the past with questions about our system. They are always polite and very helpful. They explain things so we can understand what they are telling us.

ADT Security Service thoroughly explained how to use our system when they installed it, however no matter how well they explain things, you still forget. They are very patient with us and we can call them with any questions that we have. I think their pricing has gone up and does seem high. I would grade them higher if they would call and check up on our system from time to time. When an alarm does go off they respond through a service and I would like to get an actual check up just for peace of mind.

ADT Security Services Center was very helpful and explained how our alarm system operated when they installed it. We felt they did a good job installing it and have not had any problems whatsoever with our alarm system.

I figure I m wasting my money on a security system. The first time the alarm went off, I called them and it took them forever to get here because they got lost. They went to South Las Vegas and wasn t even in the right town. I figure by the time they got here, if it was a real burglar, he d clean me out and be sailing the Atlantic. They also have me on a two- year contract, but the prices are reasonable. I paid six hundred dollars for the system and thirty- eight dollars a month for the service.

ADT didn't charge for the installation and explained exactly how it works very well to us. They will also provide maintenance and monitoring. We've had no false alarms since the installation and are quite happy with it.

The technician was efficient, and did not damage anything, during the installation. The whole job only took two hours, and he explained how the system worked. The tutorial he gave us, described how to program another code every year or so. We have not had any false alarms, and it makes us sleep better knowing it is there. They come to our house to check the system on an occasional basis.

ADT did a wonderful job with the installation. I was very pleased with everything; however, I did recently switch companies because I had found a cheaper provider. I paid them monthly for my service. There was absolutely nothing wrong with ADT. They were very great people. I was explained in detail everything to expect if there were any problems. They explained what they do if someone were to intrude. They explained how to turn the system off and what to do in a false alarm; I felt very comfortable with them. I would hire them again if there pricing would go down lower than what I have now.

The installation was quick and easy, and we were giving a short tutorial, in case any problems arose. We have been with ADT for three years, and have no plans to switch. They have given us excellent service, and my wife feels much safer with the system in place. We can change the pass code any time, and we receive an occasional call form them, to make sure it is operating properly.

The technician was very informative, about the workings of the system, explaining everything in detail. He did not have any problems with the installation, which lasted a little over an hour. Up to this point we have not had any false alarms, and we reserve the right to call them for repairs, or a check up any time we want.

ADT Security Services did a good job installing our alarm system as they hid everything well. They thoroughly explained how to operate it, and told us that if we weren't sure of something to take our time and make sure we understood it completely. They installed the sensors high enough so that our pets wouldn't set it off which was very nice. They seemed to be very patient with us.

I have been with ADT for many years. I have never had any problems with them or the system. Recently my system was going on and off for no reason at all. ADT came the very same day and repaired it for me at no charge, I think it was just a minor wiring problem. They were not here very long and I have not had the problem since. I feel safe with ADT; they tend to come very quickly when there is a problem. This is a very great thing to know about them.
