Absolutely Spotless

I would absolutely recommend Absolutely Spotless to anyone in Las Vegas.

They arrived on time and asked if there were any specifics I wanted done with any items in the house or area to focus on. The three women were great, they did better than I had expected. The price was very fair, no up-selling or hidden charges.

Provided an initial deep cleaning of entire house. Did high dusting, moved furniture to clean beneath, wiped down and cleaned oven, microwave and refrigerator. Very careful with fragile items. We were very pleased with the initial cleaning and immediately scheduled regular cleaning on a bi-weekly basis. Since then, each cleaning has been as thorough and detailed as the first deep cleaning. We cannot stress enough the high level of quality and professional customer care of the staff. Having been in facilities management field in medical, industrial and education I am very cognizant of housekeeping cleanliness levels. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am so very impressed by this company! They worked around our schedule completely and made it possible for us to have our house cleaned before we moved in. Their customer service is outstanding... here's our long story. I called them two days before I wanted the house cleaned which I though was short notice. They fit me in for an afternoon appointment which I requested for 4:30 pm. I got a call from our real estate agent a little while later saying that the sellers of the house would be moving out earlier so I could get the house cleaned earlier as we were on a time crunch to get out of the house we were selling. I called Absolutely Spotless (A.S.) back and asked if they had anything for the morning and she switched my appointment to 9:30am. Cleaning day came and I learned that morning that the sellers were not out of the house yet. I called A.S. to ask if they had any appointments for later in the day. I think I spoke with Dave around 8:30am and he said no they were booked so I kept my 9:30 appt and called our agent. He said it was still ok to have it cleaned at 9:30am. The three ladies showed up on time and we found out that the sellers were not informed about the house cleaning and that they would not be out until around 2pm that day. Also, they would not allow them to start cleaning the house until they were completely moved out. I felt really bad that I had to send the cleaning ladies away as they had nothing to do now for the next 2.5 hours that they were supposed to be cleaning our house. I spoke with Daisy from A.S. and I told them I was very sorry and to just charge my credit card because I had to cancel the appointment on the spot. She was very nice but told me she would have to charge my card because they had turned appointments away. Obviously, I was disappointed that I would be paying $200 for a house cleaning that wasn't done (not their fault at all) and I would still have to find somebody else right away to clean the house that afternoon and pay them too. Well, I got a call a little while later from A.S. telling me that they had made a few changes with the schedule (because some clients are flexible) and were able to fit me in at 4pm that day. Really?!? That is amazing customer service right there!! I was extremely grateful and so thankful for what they did. Now onto the actual cleaning... The three ladies arrived again right on time. The house was empty and they got right to work. They started upstairs first and then moved downstairs cleaning everything completely in the house. Wiping and drying baseboards, ceiling fans, and all areas of the bathroom. They cleaned the kitchen cabinets inside and out, all appliances including the fridge, microwave, and stove. We removed the window screens (as previously instructed) and they cleaned the first floor windows inside and out, upstairs windows are only cleaned on the inside. They vacuumed and mopped and had the place sparkling and shining in the 2.5 hours that was estimated. They were friendly and polite and I was very impressed with the job they did and the short amount of time it took them to clean a dirty 2200 sq ft house! I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again in the future!! I believe the lady we were in contact with the whole time was Daisy (from setting up the appointment to everything else that happened in-between) and she was amazing. Great customer service and I couldn't be happier!!

I spoke with Daisy which was great. They were willing to fit me in before my party which was awesome. Dave is the owner. The girls who sent out were awesome, amazing. The problem was with Dave. He set up a time at 11am, even though I wanted 9am. If he had to change something he would just change it, not call you. All of sudden a girls would be out there waiting at 9am. Or 11:30 would come by and he had not called and they were not there. I was told stories on why they were not there on time because they fit another house in or something like that. He always would say he was about to call me. I told him not every time and he could not just have people show up. He had always taken the money on a Wed so we would transfer accordingly. When I told him how unhappy we were he ran the charge on Monday and there was no money. I gave him another card number and told him it was a one time use and he used it again. I called him to tell him we were done and discontinuing service and I asked him to call and confirm he got the message. I never heard back from him. So I had to sit there and wait to make sure they did not come out since he never called me back. He is very unprofessional. I had Rebecca, ADA, and Elizabeth; cleaned the house well, polite and were friendly to the dogs. The initial response was good but the follow up was horrible.

Three ladies came in, greeted me in a friendly and professionally. They gave me a copy of the invoice which included the price I will owe. A sheet showing the job description, name of the workers, all areas to be cleaned. A paragraph about the company and the workers and the customer agreement regarding the payment and the results of unproper payments. The paragraph also tells what is expected of the customer when they wish to cancel.

On time, efficient two man team, quality results with minimal moisture left at a reasonable price

They did a good job. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Let me say they were very good. They came early and cleaned everything. I am looking for a company to come monthly or every other month to maintain my house cleaning and I KNOW I found the right company.

They went right to work upstairs and worked their way down. The kitchen was perfect as was the bathrooms. they used some kind of spray on the carpets that really made look good.

Went very well overall worth the cost, they stayed an extra hour to make sure everything was done properly. One thing to mention is that I have 20 foot ceilings and high shelves combined with a loft area, luckily I had a ladder for them, as they did not have their own that would reach, But they definitely used the ladder and got to every high shelf, window and surface Everyone was very polite, friendly, on time, and most of all professional I would hire again without hesitation,

The company accommodated my schedule and was able to give me an appointment in the next few days. I prefer to leave and let the cleaners do their job, so I had a few errands to run so I left and returned a few hours later. My first impression when I walk into the house determines if I will use their service again or not. I walked into my house and it felt instantly like someone had spent hours taking care of it. I was very happy upon my initial impression. I then started looking at the look things and all were pretty much taken care of. It is obvious they cleaned under almost everything because they were moved. I would prefer them to move to clean them and not put them back then to not clean under them at all. I have scheduled for monthly cleaning service with them.

Overall, their services far outweigh anyone else that I have used. I have been with them for a year now and have no regrets.

There's already an answering service. They could have at least called me back.

I hired this company to do a complete,deep spring cleaning of my companion's parents' home. They are elderly and have not had a house cleaning service in their home for several years. It became apparent that they were not able to take care of their home. I called this company on a Friday and they were able to schedule a cleaning crew to come out on the following Monday. Three young ladies arrived exactly on time. I was there to go over the details of what I wanted done. They were easy to communicate with and seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. They were there for four hours. They did a wonderful job. This house was a mess. They cleaned it from to top to bottom. Every little knickknack was dusted, appliances were cleaned, windows and window sills were washed, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures were cleaned. They worked very hard for four hours. In the end, although they worked very hard, they could not completly clean the baseboards -- that's how bad the house was. I have hired the same crew to come back on a monthly basis. I called several companies from Angie's List before choosing Absolutely Spotless. I am so happy I decided to use this company. I highly recommend them.

Both the maid service and the carpet cleaners arrived on time (the carpet cleaners called and asked if they could come a little earlier!) Everyone was very friendly, professional, and efficients. I thought that I had asked for the windows and doors to be done, but only the inside was cleaned. I think there was a misunderstanding over the phone and was not intentional. The carpet technicians were great and will be coming back to do tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! I was recovering from pneumonia and hired them to help me catch up. Worth every cent! Extremely professional. They worked the entire time. Did not miss a thing. I was so satisfied that I have hired them to come back this year. Trustworthy, locally owned, fast, friendly, efficient and professional. Hire them. You will be glad you did.

They were on time. Two guys came in and knocked out the carpet cleaning. They were fast, knowledgeable, and thorough. Extremely fairly priced. I definitely plan on calling them again in the future.

We are pretty happy with them; we have used them before and we decided we like their job so we hired them again. They come out and just go at it. I will use them again in the future.
