Wonderful. Came on time. Oven spotless, house really clean. They even removed mold from shower.

Absolutely Spotless cleaning service is the absolute worse! The crew arrived two hours early. We asked them to return at the scheduled time. I called the office to explain the situation and confirm the new arrival time. Guess what? The crew did not show up! The owner, Dave, was very rude and totally unprofessional. He took no responsibility for his employees errors. Do not use this service!

Crew #1 has been cleaning my home on alternate Tuesdays for more than 7 years now, 5.5 years at my current home and 2 years at my previous home. The ladies are very methodical and follow their same routine on each visit. They are friendly, thorough, and do an excellent job. During some recent remodeling, I temporarily suspended the maid service and was concerned we might be assigned a different crew when service was restarted. I was excited to see Crew #1 return that first Tuesday after construction was completed. Office staff that handles my occasional calls to reschedule around travel dates is also very accommodating. I can honestly say I have NEVER had an issue with the quality of service provided by Crew #1 and the rest of the folks at Absolutely Spotless in Las Vegas in the 7 plus years they have provided maid service in my home. I strongly recommend them to clean your home too.

Sandra and Group 6 have been cleaning our office for almost 2 years now. The also clean the owner of the company's home as well. These ladies are very polite as well as excellent at what they do! They are always on time, and very efficient! Everyone in the office likes them very much! This company's employees were very professional and cleaned way beyond my expectations. They arrived on time, went right to work, and finished on time. I noticed that their work was exceptional. They cleaned items that haven't been truly clean in years, and I still marvel what they were able to do. For instance, the floor of my shower has been spotted and stained for 15 years. I have asked other cleaners to try to remove the stains, but they have been unable to do so. I didn't even mention this stain to the employees of Absolutely Spotless, and behold, the stains are gone! My mirrors sparkle, and my knick-knacks gleam, What a delight to live in a clean house again! I plan on using this service on a regular basis. Thank-you!

I currently use Absolutely Spotless for monthly housecleaning and they are great. I knew they offered carpet cleaning as well, so I called on a whim on a Wednesday and asked if they could come out on Friday, and they said yes! They booked me for noon and asked if I needed any upholstery at a discount, so I added my sofa. I have approx 1000 sq ft of carpet including stairs, and with the add-on of the sofa, in total I paid $188. Nic arrived right on time and we walked through the house and I showed him spots (I did not have any stains, but a couple old pet pee areas), and he got right to work. Overall it took 2 hours for both carpet and sofa. It was a great experience. The steam cleaning left no smell (no bad, nor good - just nothing), and it dried in 4-6 hours. Nic said the sofa would take longer than the carpet to dry, but it ended up being the opposite.

It went ok. I would have liked them to concentrate more on detail cleaning, counter underneath edges, cabinets inside & out , refrigerator inside, corners etc & I did ask them for that but they did a good job for what they did clean

I very much like to use this company. I have a favorite crew and they don't disappoint. Very mindful of not scratching surfaces, clean thoroughly and very friendly. Also they work with my odd schedule and short notices!

Exceeded all my expectations! Three ladies for hour and a half. The house is now Absolutely Spotless!!! (pun intended) They were able to clean areas I have struggled with. Bought every product on the market trying to remove mineral buildup in the toilet tank and glass shower door and these ladies were able to remove all the buildup and the shower door is sparkling!!! They cleaned areas I was even expecting including my oven, fridge and sliding glass door. Fantastic! Highly recommend and the price was far below any other quote I had received.

Three ladies for two hours of cleaning. It's a bit more expensive, but well worth it for the quality of cleaning. Very pleased with my service!

Carpets great, tile grout very good but left dirty residue on floor. Mgr offered to sent maid service to clean. Stay tuned for results.

The quality of cleaning that these ladies do is well worth the money! I had 3 ladies for 2 hours of cleaning, and then my carpets cleaned by a gentleman. I am very pleased with the results, and will continue to use this company on a monthly basis.

And yes they left my home absolutely spotless!! Even areas I had not asked them to clean - they cleaned! Meticulous professional crew of 3 maids arrived and after 90 minutes or so I could not have been happier.

Three women came and cleaned from top to bottom, including ceiling fans, stove, microwave, kitchen, bath, etc. They completed the cleaning in 2 1/2 hours and then had me inspect everything. I found dust on the furniture in the bedroom and I asked them to dust the front of furniture (for example, the tops of the drawers were dusty), so they went back and did that. Everything else looked great. There had been hard water stains in my bathtub, which they were able to completely remove. We are having them come in every 2 weeks (1 1/2 hours each time). They just completed the first bi-weekly cleaning and they even cleaned the sliding glass door.

I was pleased with their work and they exceeded my expectations. Having never hired a cleaner before, I was not expecting some of the little things that rounded out the service. When the crew arrived they came in, introduced themselves, and asked if they could start upstairs first. I showed them around, explained that out of the 4 bedrooms, they would only need to work in 3. The master needed the most work, and then the guest bedroom and sewing room would only need light dusting and vacuuming. The office was a disaster that was not something I could subject them to on this visit. The master bath was in order and not too gross, but I knew they would need to concentrate to get the glass of the shower soap-scum-free, and to clean the gunk in the door. Plus, there were many dust bunnies all around the bathroom, hiding in corners and so on. They did an awesome job! My vanity sinks are older and have stains in the surface that I have never been able to get out, and guess what! They are gleaming now. The chrome around the drains are shiny. The floors are clean and dust free, and oooooh the glass and all the sink fixtures are gleaming. Plus, (here are those little touches I had no idea about), they cleaned the little dishes I had on the vanity, wiped down all the soap dispensers, and then organized the few items (mouthwash, hair spray, lotion bottle) sitting out on the counter. In the master bedroom the dust had taken over. I knew it was a big job, but I had no idea they would tackle it and even do some of the clutter. For example, I have a short bookcase with a lot of glasses cases, some ceramic knick knacks, and a pile of old letters- it is all just a jumble of dusty junk. THEY DUSTED IT ALL AND EVEN ORGANIZED IT! AND, they dusted the ceiling fan. Then on our side tables, they dusted everything, bu then also organized ans lined stuff up neatly. I was so surprised. Downstairs was a dust bunny resort (thanks to the dog), and we had dirty floors (again, thanks, dog). The appliances were done inside and out, and they were able to work some pro magic on getting stains out of the sink and removed a lot of the metal marks on the white porcelain. Another little touch was that they cleaned the glass on all our pictures and decorative mirrors. They dusted all the blinds and were able to clean all the windowsills. I think my favorite part is how clean the floors are. We have hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. Everything was clean, but especially in the downstairs area, the sweeping and mopping jobs were superb. We have a bird cage in one corner and there is always seed on the floor, even with an area rug. They vacuumed very thoroughly and got everything. The mop job is so good and they were able to erase the doggy slobbers and footprints. Everything is so fresh. AND, the house smells clean! I would recommend them to anyone. I am considering signing up for on-going, regular service, but will have to consider my budget. The ladies said they think it would run 1.75 hrs , and if I wanted to do every other week, the cost would likely run $135. I will have to call the office to confirm, but that gives me a baseline.
