Absolutely Spotless

Since this was 2 different appts. they both went very well - everyone was on time and did what they came to do.

Awesome job and I have hired them to continue to keep my house clean and Absolutely Spotless!!! They were hard workers and didn't stop for a second, they were like a well oiled machine. I wouldn't think twice about hiring this company again. Oh wait, I already did!

I really like the crew. Work non stop and very meticulous. They are careful with my appliances which is important to me. Cleaned the fridge. House looks great! I also like that they worked with my schedule on short notice!

Very well. He called first, was on time and knowledgeable and they both looked new when he was done. Did a great job and very easy to deal with.

Overall, the work was completed very well. However, I would think if you wash windows inside and out that the window tracks would have been cleaned. In addition, I would also think that all floor corners would have been cleaned. However, all the corners still have gunk in them.

They sent 3 ladies to clean. They showed up exactly on time. They did a fantastic job. Spent 4 hours for only $230.00. They even pulled out the refrigerator and cleaned behind it. And.. Swept my front porch off. Really 1st class service. I will be using them again at my new home.

I do not use a house cleaning service on a regular basis, always having always preferred to take care of my own home, even before retiring. But age catches up to you, bones and muscles don't move like they used to and treating myself to this service was a Godsend just now. I will use them again and would highly recommend them!

They are excellent. Our crew is personable. The three women who clean our home have a system, they get right to work and they work the entire time. I have been extremely satisfied with every service they have provided.

First, they came early and they started immediately. The ladies that came to my home were very good. I informed them of what I wanted them to concentrate on in my home to clean and they made sure that those things got done. I have tried other cleaners off of Angie's List and they are the only ones I have had the most success with. I have been looking for a company I could use monthly I think I have found that company.

They were fabulous! We used them twice and they are very personable and friendly. We will used them use them again.

Best cleaning service I have ever used !!!!!!!!!!! They cleaned things that I haven't touched in years. House looks the best it ever has. Kitchen shining. Cabinets glowing. Baths pristine. Called this service for build up on kitchen cabinets and hard water scale in baths. Both really clean now. Will certainly use this service regularly.

The one who was doing the vacuum cleaning did not do a good job. It was a horrible job. Their was still dirt on the floor. Owner promised a do over and that did not happen. Their was one girl there that was responsible. However, they wanted to charge me extra to have her do the job over.

Three ladies arrived on time and asked if I had any special requests. I told them I needed all the dust cleaned up ff the floors, blinds and furniture. They did a fantastic job and finished in 3.5 hours. The house looks great and I can breath again! I will definitely use them again.

I called and got an appointment for the very next morning. I had originally bought a Big Deal from another company, but after 3 days and no scheduled appointment, I cancelled and called this company and was happy to get an appointment right away. 3 cleaners arrived exactly on time. They were hardworking and did a very good job on the bathrooms and kitchen--the only problem was the kitchen cabinets (high ones) still had some grease stains on top. Otherwise, I was very pleased and would use them again.

Crew of 3 ladies arrived on time to begin work. Carmen was the young lady in charge and we went over what they would be doing and she introduced the two ladies with her. I asked what furniture polish they use because most furniture today is not real wood and I did not like the residue left behind when wood polish is used. She showed me they use Lemon Pledge - which is perfect! They were very pleasant and started to work in the master bedroom/bath. They did a great job of dusting my dark bedroom furniture and even was able to remove the handprints on the front drawers. They did inside of all the windows and wiped down the vertical blinds, along with a very thorough dusting of book shelves with lots of books. I was most impressed with the kitchen, they cleaned the inside of the oven and fridge, fronts of all the cabinets and used a razor blade to clean all the granite countertops and back splash to remove hardened food. The house smelled so clean and everything was spotless! They were quiet, my cat slept through most of the cleaning until they came to the area of the kitchen where she was sleeping. The tile floors were spotless, no streaks. The stainless steel sink and appliances looked wonderful. I am particular about keeping my home clean and before moving to Henderson I had the same cleaning lady for 12 years. This group of women did a wonderful job and I will definitely have them back!

Excellent Service I have signed on for the monthly deep clean service. The three ladies arrived right on time, and worked for the two hours without stopping. The house made me smile when they were done. Also, it smelled WONDERFUL!!

The service is great. They have a 3 person team which shows up on time and completes their work in a timely and efficient manner with each team member focusing on a specific area of the house. They pay particular attention and emphasis to the kitchen and bathrooms while ensuring every area is cleaned.

They did a great job. Since my home had been freshly painted (top to bottom) there was no need for them to clean walls, baseboards or doorframes so I scheduled inside/outside window cleaning for downstairs and inside window cleaning for upstairs. My only complaint is that they forgot to clean both sides of the window tracks. I didn't notice until a couple of days later so we just cleaned them ourselves - no big deal really considering how much time they saved us doing everything else.

We have been using Absolutely Spotless since May 23, 2013. They started with a deep clean and now they come every two weeks. They do a great job and take care to get everything done to our liking. They are very accommodating if we have a schedule change and we appreciate the advance phone calls if something comes up on their side or there is a need to flex because of holidays. There has no problem with them changing up the duties if we are preparing for guests or if guests have just left, or if there needs to be extra attention on something not usually handled.

They were very prompt. They brought all of their own supplies. Everything was cleaned. They were efficient. I was very pleased.
