Description of Work: The improvements to the garage door rollers are done. However, I was told there is a crack in the suspension of the door and it can't be repaired. I asked why not and was told the garage door would brake but it could happen right now or 2 years from now. What I need to know exactly why it cannot be repaired. It looks to me like it can be done, so I won't have to worry about a major expense. Sounds like every other company trying to scare me into services I might not need or could be repaired right now.

Description of Work: We called them because one of the panels on the garage door was bent. We thought we could just replace the one panel. When the gentleman came out, he told us they no longer make the door that we have, which didnt surprise me since it was installed by the builder. He gave us a great price to replace the door with all the hardwear and springs and to take away the old door. It was a very fair price. Installation was completed and we are very happy with it. Very professional, fast, and well done. I would use this company again.

They never called back to set an appointment.
Description of Work: Received an adverstisement in a mailer for garage door service tuneup for $69.95. Called them and gave all the address and telephone information. I was told the repaiman would call to set up an appointment, but he never did. I was not really surprised because the guy who answered the phhone seemed rather disinterested when I told him what I needed. Pass this company!
