They still didn't work correctly.

Although David is courteous, prompt and does good work his price is much higher than other contractors?.I had another valve replaced by another contractor at less than 1/2 of what I paid David?..My other complaint is he had me write checks directly to him personally instead of a business entity. Not something you would expect from an Angie's List provider. I will not be using Discount Sprinklers again.

Very happy with the service they provided.

They looked over my irrigation system which I thought needed a complete overhaul and told me only a few minor repairs were necessary. They told me that it would cost $160 and they did the job in about 20 minutes and were on their way.

The provider worked diligently to correct the issues. He was here for about three hours, and the services were above what was needed. We would use Dave again.

It turned out fine. I liked the fact that they were willing to come back and correct any problems that I had. They came out late September or early October to do the work and it costed us a couple hundreds for the service.

He was very nice since he showed up to my home instead of my rental. Quick repair, and worked well with my tenant. The only complaint I have is that he didn't provide me with an invoice, just told me to send him a check for the amount. He was upset that I hadn't sent the money, but without an invoice and hand written instructions by my husband, it seemed very unprofessional.

They were on time and the job was done. However, I had to go around with them checking the drip system and had a feeling they would have missed some had I not been doing the looking myself. They definitely, overcharged me for the timer.

Dave and his son were here and went through the sprinkler system and made adjustments as needed. Did inform me of any potential issues with sprinklers. Also performed some repairs. I was very happy with the service.

Dave then showed me how much my valve control box was leaking, seeing as how the previous owner apparently did the work himself. Dave offered to overhaul the box with new devices for $475, which seems reasonable considering how much water I can save from being wasted.

I felt that the company was over priced and I didn't feel that I received the attention that I was expecting. He constantly tried to sell himself and have me buy more service.

They came out and surveyed the whole thing. They also showed me what was leaking and told me what they were going to do about it. They then went at it, fixing all those leaks. It took them about an hour and half. Three workers came out and scheduling was great. They asked me when and they showed up earlier than they said they would be; and I was okay with that.

I was hugly impressed by the quality and knowledge of Davy the business owner of Discount Sprinklers. He not only repaired and upgraded my whole system, he described in detail what, how and why of each step plus pointing out inefficiencies of the design. His recommendations and service will probably save me quite a lot on the monthly water bill. My system had'nt been upgraded or had any major repairs for almoat 13 years. The cost was well worth the price! Discount Sprinkler also offers a 4 times a year sevice to check the system and reset the sprinkler watering settings for the different seasons of the year.

Came out on the special and complained about me buying the special. They did a little work. Then said they had to come back. Wife was here when they came and they charged an additional 178$. I thought it was a typical get in and then over charge for minor repairs.

It was okay. They did fix my issues with the sprinklers. They did it pretty quickly. I think their price is average. Their punctuality is poor. I remember them coming later than they said they would.

A Discount Sprinklers made repairs to our irrigation system controls including our water main. Several sprinklers were replaced and a drip system was installed to reduce water usage and more efficiency water plants while discouraging weed growth. Everything was thoroughly explained. We were very happy with the quality of workmanship and professionalism and would definitely call them again for our irrigation needs.

The repaired problems that were in addition to the "tune-up" deal on a follow up appointment for the following week. They repaired three leaks, capped off unused sprinkler lines, changed sprinkler heads and reset the system. He came out when he said he would and worked without stopping for several hours until all the issues were fixed. He and his son were polite and professional.

The service turned out great. They were on time and they were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing.

Dave and his two man crew came promptly on the 27th and set to work. Drip systems had been a hodge podge of sprinkler heads that had been improperly placed too close to the trees and shrubs. There were too few in some cases, many had not been working. He and his crew installed a new line as the system in the back yard was insufficient to handle all the plants and trees in that area. The valve in the back yard was replaced as it had been leaking. Before he left he personally checked each plant and tree to make sure all was correct and he double checked the programing. Other than a few minor tweaks all the work that had been done by the crew was successfully completed. Dave and his crew were professionals, obviously took pride in their work and were a joy to have on the property. The plants that were struggling are already doing better and my water bill was much less. Dave will definitely be our sprinkler Person in the future

It went great! He explained how to work the new timer and went through each water station he set up to be sure all worked perfectly. He was professional, neat, quick, and honest. He saved me a lot of money, and didn't even try to sell me anything I didn't need. I also got tons of advice from him on caring for my plants. A really great guy, his son, and another worker, whom I would call again and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Dave and his crew came out within the timeline agreed upon. They did a great job. We were in the process of installing a pool and the contractors had turned off the sprinklers. My husband and I aren't good at checking the sprinkler system. We have never had the sprinkler heads or system checked. They went above and beyond and gave us piece of mind. They offered extra services they would provide when we were ready to landscape around the pool. It is one less thing we have to concern ourselves with. We were happy with their service.

The guy came out as scheduled. He didn't really check anything in the back yard (other than a quick look). He adjusted a few sprinkler heads that we had in the front that were spraying too far and hitting the house. That was the most important thing we had hoped he would do, so we were happy with it.

They were very helpful...told me before-hand what they were doing, would come and get me to explain what was needed and cost. I didn't expect to spend over $100....so the $300 plus bill floored me. But he assured me the work was needed and that he was giving me a break in cost. He was here for four hours, so I think I did get a bargin. He also advised me on lawn work and tree removal.

I was very happy with the overall quality of the extensive work that was planned and performed. Dave is very knowledgeable when it comes to irrigation and landscaping. I don't think I've ever seen anyone work as hard as Carlos. The price was quite fair given the amount of work performed that stretched over about 5 days.
