Description of Work: The spring broke on my garage door. I called Larry and explained to him what was wrong. He told me that he would be at my residence within the hour!! I can't begin to praise Larry enough for his professionalism and quick response to fix my garage door!!! HIs work was excellent! Description of Work: Brian was on time, and very friendly. I had a door opener that had broken, and originally I had bought a part to fix it but decided to have it replaced instead. So I had purchased a brand new opener and Brian talked me into just fixing my old one, to save me money ! Don't see that everyday. He took time to explain that my old opener, when fixed, was a much better quality one over the one I had purchsed for him to install ( which I returned to Home Depot later ). He had my opener fixed, and the door all tuned up and working perfectly in less than an hour. I plan on having them back for any future needs. I had forgot about my Angies List discount and Brian even reminded me about that ! The customer service provided by Juanita on the phone is extremely friendly and helpful. This is a family based operation that cannot be beat ! I recommend them 100 % for any garage related issues you have.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, had the parts needed right on the truck. Did the work right on the spot, Larry was very professional and really knew his stuff. Gave us a couple options, did the work fast, door went from falling apart to working like new in just a couple hours. We will only use Upright when it comes to future repairs. Good people.

Description of Work: Honest company to deal with. Larry was very helpful. The panel on the garage door was kinda off the hinge. Another company estimated and was told I need to replace all garage door panel for $580 and the hinge cannot be fixed. Thank you Upright Garage door for an honest work.

Description of Work: When worker came out, our remote controlled garage door had a bad hinge that was preventing it from being opened. He removed old hinge and replaced it with a new one.

Shortly after they installed the door it had jammed up and so I called them. They came out and fixed it however they charged me for fixing it again. I thought that they should have stood behind their work however they didn't.

When arriving, they came with all the necessary tools to fix the door. The job was complete in no time at all. I am very satisfied with the repair and I have not had any kind of problems with the garage door since Upright had come to fix it. I am a very satisfied customer and would not mind giving them a call again if needed.
