I referenced the monthly Angie's List book to select a provider & selected Upright because of their years of experience listed. When I called they were helpful in offering suggestions, checked their schedule & advised they would be out the same day. They arrived at the promised time, identified the issue and resolved. This is a family owned & run company the responder talked to me about my existing unit and suggested replacement but created no pressure. I was very satisfied with response and resolution.

They are excellent. They are very reasonable and very honest. I've been using them for about 15 years. They are just absolutely fabulous. It's a father, son combination and they are very dedicated. I can't say enough good. They are probably one of the better companies I've worked with in the valley.

The door wouldn't open. Larry replaced the broken piece. He said we would need new rollers in the future. We decided to have them replaced now. He did a great job.

This is the second time I have used this company. The owner is friendly, fast and wonderful. He installed my new opener in just about an hour and we are very happy!

Brian came out for the initial inspection and diagnosis of why the garage door opener would not close the door after I backed my car out the first time each day. Oddly enough the opener would always open the door upon my return home. Once the door had been opened that first time every day, it would continue to operate correctly every time thereafter. I had changed batteries in both remotes and had checked the sensors, but the door still would not respond to the remote first time each and every day. I was baffled and totally frustrated. Brian suspected the circuit board needed replacement and had to order it because he did not have it in stock. He promised he would be able to return in a few days, and true to that promise, he came back the following Friday when I was home and finished the job. It took only a few minutes and the door is now working perfectly every time. I am more than pleased because he offered to return if the problem was not resolved and said he would refund the cost of the circuit board and move on to the next step in correcting the situation. He won't have to come back as the door is working just fine now. Brian was on time both for appointments, was friendly, personable and explained what he was doing in terms that I could understand. I will definitely call him again in the future should I need service on the door and will recommend him to friends, co-workers and family.

The technician and the owner came to help us with a garage door that was opening by itself. They were friendly and very professional, and we recommend them to anyone that needs exceptional garage door expertise!

My parents called to adjust the closing of their garage door. Larry came out, did a great job. He was attentive, courteous, and performed excellent work!

The technician arrived within the time frame promised and was very professional. He took the time to explain the inferior work (installers when our home was new) and set out making the appropriate adjustments. Within 30 minutes he had our garage door repaired and operating efficiently. The pricing was more than fair for the call out. I will most definitely utilize this company again if the need arises. Wonderful. No fuss no muss. Showed up on time. I just bought a house & the top strut of the garage door was bent. they replaced the strut, installed a remote key pad entry system, oiled all the hinges on the door, replaced a bowed bracket - all for the cost of $162. I've already recommend them to friends ... I think of how much I love this company every time by garage door goes up & down so quietly!

My garage door fell off it's railings and looked warped. I was ready to pay for a new door. However, when the provider came, he took a look and told me that he can fix it for $100. I was floored. I was especially impressed watching him do his job. He was very professional and got the job done as he promised.

The tec was friendly, professional and on time!!!!! He advised that my door opener was pretty old and the hardware keeping the door operating could have fallen doen on mr or my car at any time he fixed those issues for free, fixted the handle on the track so the door would open! he spent maybe an hour handling all my issues and cleaned up after himself! hieing these folks was a GREAT choice!

2 guys arrived and I found out that one of them was the owner. They worked fast and answered all the questions I had regarding garage doors. They had a very positive attitude I should add.

Excellent. He showed up as scheduled, explained what he would do and confirmed the cost with me before starting the work. He completed the work and showed me the new opener and it's functions. We tried the remotes and outside pad to make sure all worked. Great experience.

He showed up on time, fixed the spring and it works fine.
