The experience was wonderful. Larry performed the service the next door after having the part overnighted. We talked about the door and he tightened all of the bolts and calibrated the door closing so It wouldn't bend again. I would highly recommend Upright Garage Door Service.

My garage rollup door was popping and cracking and wouldn't close when it touched the floor but would go up again. Even though it has some years on it, Ryan replaced some parts and tightened this and that and saved me the expense of having to replace the automatic garage door opener with a new one. It is opening and closing as quietly as a garage door can and I no longer fear the door will come down on my car when I'm going in and out of the garage. Ryan was a nice young man who knew his stuff and is a credit to this family owned business. He even sent a thank you card for my business. Now how often does that happen? I will definitely use Upright Garage Door Services again and my thanks to you!

They were very prompt about getting here. I had received another estimate previously for twice as much as Upright charged me. He oiled things and got everthing fixed quickly. It is a family owned operation. They were polite and quick.

I'm a DIY kind of person, and even when I hire professionals, I often feel that I can do the same job, and sometimes better. Not so with the job this gentleman did. He took one look at the problem, pronounced it an easy repair, and much to my amazement, had it repaired and "tuned up" in almost no time. He is truly a wizard at his trade. The service was prompt (called at 9, arrived at 1), punctual (they gave me a 1hr window and he arrived within that window), and the price for the repair I thought was quite modest. I would definitely hire him again, should the need arise.

After calling for two different company's for estimates, we decided on Upright Garage Door Services. We appreciated Larry Golay's colorful detailed education regarding garage doors during the estimate call. We definitely knew who we wanted to install our new garage door after the other company came out to our house the next day. Price was not the factor that guided our decision on choosing Upright Garage Door Services. We called Upright Garage Door Services and scheduled a date for installation. My husband and I both knew we wanted Larry and his assistant Rodney to do the job. I now have a quality garage door installed.

They were polite, professional, and on time. The new garage door opener hardly makes any noise compared to the old one.

Larry arrived on time and got right to work. He informed me that the gears were in need of replacement. He also aligned, lubed, and adjusted the door. He did a very good job and left no messes. He is very informative and showed me how to maintain the rollers. I do a great deal of research when selecting contractors to work on my house and I keep a list of people I trust. I can say after my experience working with Larry that I have someone that will fix all of my garage door needs. On a side note I really appreciate Upright's punctuality and the straight forwardness of Larry. When I saw the bill I felt it was very fair and I was not be gouged like other companies have done in the past. Thanks Larry.

They came out and installed my garage door today. I originally intended to replace a couple of sections I backed into (ouch!), and they gave me a price for that. I also asked for a price to replace the door and opener which are very very old and were original to the house. It was only a couple of hundred dollars difference, and if I'd gotten new sections, I still would have had to paint the old ones, so I figured it made sense. I am so happy with my new garage door, and I am very happy with the service. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional, the work was done promptly, when they said they would do it, and I'm secure I hired the people who probably know more about garage doors than anyone in the Vegas valley. Delighted!!!

They are a family-owned company. I called them first and troubleshooted my problem over the phone. They were just so helpful! I was able to lift the door so I could get my car out and to go to work. When they came out to do the repair, they spotted another issue due to improper placement of the garage door opener and fixed that in addition to the broken spring. They oiled everything for me and explained the work they did. I was just so thoroughly impressed by them. On top of that, their estimate was less than any of the other places I called, and they did more work for the price! A few days later I received a thank you card in the mail.

Larry came out to install the garage door opener. He had to do additional work due to the lack of quality on the original install which he explained to me in detail. I had complete trust in him and the end result was a door that opened successfully and quietly in the matter of a couple hours. I would definitely use Upright again!

My husband has been using Upright for over 7 years. He is a property manager and is always needing garage door repairs. Upright is courteous, prompt, fair and professional. We wouldn't use anyone else!

Upright replaced the springs on my two car garage door. They also remounted the chain track to the wall and lubed up the whole thing. The service tech was very pleasant and certainly knew what he was doing. The whole service took about 20 minutes. My garage door now works smoother and quieter than it has since we bought the house.

Larry was very knowledgeable and provide same day service. In future if I have any garage door problem, I will call Larry.

Seems okay. I think I still may have to replace my battery on my touchpad outside the garage.

It is family owned and operated and they did a good job. If anyone has a problem with their garage door, I would recommend this company.

All of my communication was done over the phone with Larry and Juanita. I called on the weekend and he called me promptly Monday morning and he came out on tuesday afternoon to inspect the door. The door was 16 years old and had been repaired a couple times already and after those repairs a family member accidently hit the garage door with there car. I was going to just get the panel replaced but after talking to larry it was better to just get a whole new door. Larry replaced everything and when I came home last night to see the door I was happy that I hired larry. My wife hates people coming over to the house when I am not there and I could not stay home from work to over see the work but I can tell you that Larry made my wife feel comfortable and she had said that Larry was very professional and he worked hard the entire time he was there. I will recommend Larry every chance I get!!!

I had a very old garage door opener that I thought needed to be replaced. Larry took a look and determined that a remote could not be connected to the old opener, so I opted for a whole new one. It was done in just a few hours. While he was there he also offered to lubricate the other garage door and found that the spring had broken. He came back the very next day and made the repair in about an hour. Now both doors work smoothly and quietly. I am very happy with the work done.

Did a fantastic job. It's now a little over a month later and I've had no problems. The motor is a quiet as they promised. I'm a very happy customer.

Went great! Larry will be returning once the garage is cleaned out and accessible.
