Tru Green ChemLawn has always been fine. They always let us know when they show up. They are professional and courteous. They do try to get us to get some new things that I don't want and don't need. I have been satisfied with their services. The cost may be a bit high.

Tru Green Chem Lawn used to fertilize our lawn quarterly - up until about 6 months ago. We had stuck with them for a long time hoping that the results would change. After they sprayed our lawn and it kept on dying we decided to try something new. We had to replace our grass numerous times. I felt that they were just taking advantage of us.

Tru Green Chem Lawn didn't stick to their contract at all. They tried to charge me for times when I know they didn't come out and they said that they did. I was not happy with that at all. I know that they did come out sometimes to do the work and when they did my lawn looked great.

I am satisfied. The people are awesome. They are here as scheduled. I have never had any complaints with them. My friends and family use them as well. True Green is highly recommended in the neighborhood. I think the price is great. I never disagreed on the price. I feel that if you want something done right, you will have to pay a pretty penny.

Tru Green Chem Lawn is very dependable in coming out on time and doing the work. We can really tell a difference after they have been here. They do suggest different types of things for my lawn and we appreciate that. The guys are always polite and friendly and we trust what they do. It has been a pleasure working with them. I can't believe how it has improved the look of my lawn.

I have been using this company for several months now. They come quarterly and I don't have to call them and I don't even have to be home. I like the convenience about not having to think about it. They also give me tips to help my lawn.

After the first time our lawn was sprayed, it started to turn brown. Although the lawn was brand new, it was in its adolescence. The technicians said this would not be a problem if they just put a light application on. It got worse every time they sprayed it until we finally told them to stop coming.

They did a superb job of keeping all our trees and bushes sparkling and healthy. We have them come out every two or three months. They are very prompt and professional. The specialist does a great job of getting all the trees and bushes done. Generally it doesn't take very long. The customer service team does a very good job of calling after a visit to make sure we are satisfied. The trees look very good and are always healthy all year around.

I pay per visit and am very happy with everything. I love the people who come to do the work. They are never mean or sassy. True Green does a great job and they are very happy to be doing it. I never hear them complain of anything. Every appointment is kept and every time is kept. They never cancel on me.

I have had bad experiences with my lawn before, as I thought I knew what I was doing, but I totally destroyed my garden. I called the company and their workers came over and helped me fix everything that I messed up. They were very friendly and the price was reasonable. I think that they did a great job, and my garden looks wonderful.

TruGreen took my call quickly & came by to give me an estimate. Their prices were high, but they were good at fertilizing & treating for bugs. They had the experience. They did the job on the spot, & it was a good job, but it's something I could of done myself. For people that can't do their own yard, this is a good company. They were on time & left the yard in great shape.

TRU Green Chem Lawn is here when we expect them to be and get the job done. We have had no problems with them at all. The spraying of the lawn has really kept the grass a true green, and with the little attention we pay our lawn, it s a true gift. The guy who sprays is very nice and even lets us know of some little things we can consider doing to upgrade the lawn. It has been a great experience we've shared with them, and we plan on continuing to count on them for a great looking lawn.

PROVIDES LAWN AND SHRUB SERVICE ON A REGULAR BASIS. SERVICE IS PUNCTUAL AND PRICES ARE REASONABLE. ALWAYS CALLS TO CONFIRM DATE. LAWN AND SHRUBS VERY HEALTHY USING THEIR SERVICE.

ALTHOUGH THEY DID COME ON TIME, AS EXPECTED OUR GRASS DID NOT IMPROVE AS MUCH AS THEY TOLD US IT WOULD. WE CONTINUED TO HAVE WEED PROBLEMS AND AFTER A YEAR CANCELLED THEIR SERVICE.
