TruGreen Lawn Care - 5128

I had paid for a whole year of service with them and they were supposed to do the treatments and aeration on my yard. I called them because there was an area in the back yard that was looking really bad and I wanted someone to come look at it. They told me they?d have someone come out but no one did so I called back two more times and still no one came out. They refunded my money for the rest of the year and apologized that there had been a miscommunication. They didn?t do what they were supposed to do so I ended the service. It should not have taken three phone calls to get someone to come out and evaluate the problem in my yard. I got a letter saying sorry but I don?t plan on going back to them. I believe in customer service and I expect people to provide service when I pay them to do so. The price was fine and I didn?t have a problem with it. The people on the phone needed help with their professionalism.

I have no issues with them, the work is average. I may switch to someone else because I can get a discount through another company.

They do it regularly as we have a contract with them. They come on Fridays. They treat the yard for fertilizer, bugs, and fungus and it has gone really well so far. They have done a good job. The yard looks good. I recommended my neighbor. They are doing his yard as well and he is really happy. I haven't had a lot of interaction with Trugreen.

They will be coming back for the next fertilization in another month.

They keep to their appointments which is nice. They usually come and assess my lawn and give suggestions and don?t just come out and spray.

They did very good work. The only thing is that you need to watch them because they?ll show up and want to do work that you didn?t schedule. They always knock on the door and ask me but it seems like they are here a lot. We won?t really know how effective they were until the spring but they seemed very knowledgeable and helpful.

We are pretty pleased with them. They usually charge about $60 a month and I think that is not a bad price at all. They give you plenty of notice about when they are coming and always notify of a rescheduling in case it is a weather problem. Since, they just do the lawn and go, they don't bother me at all. I don't have to be here; they just leave the bill on the door handle and don't even interfere with us at all. So, it has been a pretty good experience.

The first year I didn't have to worry about olives. They're prompt.

Overall, the responsiveness has been terrible. Initially all was great, however once the project encountered a small problem I was unable to get a return phone call. At this point I have left at least a half dozen messages and nothing.

True Green Lawn Care did a fine job on our lawn. I was pleased with the work they did. They showed up on time and as scheduled. I have used them annually for 3 or 4 years. They were very trustworthy. They have been here even when I wasn't home and they still did a good job.

Tru Green Chem Lawn did a pretty good job spraying our yard, but it took quite a while to start seeing results. Now everything is starting to look pretty good. We have actually been using this company for about a year now. I feel the prices are reasonable.

True Green Chem Lawn has sprayed my weeds for a few years and they are great to keep the weeds under control. I have a double lot of desert landscaping with lots of rock areas that need to be sprayed monthly. Recently they started to fertilize my pine trees during there regular visits costing only a few dollars more. It's too soon to see much of a difference but I told them I would try it for a year to see how my trees prosper. The service person calls ahead to schedule an appointment and if I am not at home, they leave a marker in the yard after completing their work. The company is professional and has a fair monthly price.

Tru Green Chem Lawn did the spraying that I hired them to do; however, I have not really noticed any change in my lawn. The workers were prompt and professional and got right to work, but I am looking into alternatives for my lawn care.

Tru Green Chem Lawn did a great job fertilizing our lawn. It is quite hot here and the fertilizer really made our grass much more healthy. We could see a difference in about one week, which was nice. We were glad we decided to call them as they were a good service.

True Green Lawn Care communicated with us very well. They were friendly and professional and called the day before they planned to come to our home. When they were finished, they alerted us to any problems that they found.

Tru Green Chem Lawn was very professional while they were at my home. They used a big truck to spray my whole yard and I feel that the fertilizer worked as my yard looks good since they sprayed.

Tru Green Chem Lawn has been keeping my yard looking healthy for a few years now by their monthly fertilization as well as maintenance. My yard consists of grass, shrubs with other plant variations that need regular maintenance to prosper. Everything is doing very well with the regular fertilization by Tru Green. The service people are professional, keep our yard very nicely maintained and have reasonable prices.

True Green Lawn Care did a good job fertilizing our yard and we could really see the difference the fertilizer and aeration was making. They put the little flags in our yard to show they had been here. We appreciated the fact that they took into consideration that we have two small children so they went a bit light on the application. We found their staff to be friendly and professional in all aspects.

Tru Green Chem Lawn made a very noticeable difference in the quantity of bugs and insects on our trees. They explained what needed to be done to cure the problem we were having. To our delight, the spraying has significantly reduced the problem. It's really nice to be able to not have swarms of insects around the trees and yard.

They do a great job, and are very professional. We have had some big problems with our lawn,but Truegreen have helped a lot. You can even get answers on the internet.

Tru Green Chem Lawn used to fertilize our lawn quarterly - up until about 6 months ago. We had stuck with them for a long time hoping that the results would change. After they sprayed our lawn and it kept on dying we decided to try something new. We had to replace our grass numerous times. I felt that they were just taking advantage of us.

Tru Green Chem Lawn didn't stick to their contract at all. They tried to charge me for times when I know they didn't come out and they said that they did. I was not happy with that at all. I know that they did come out sometimes to do the work and when they did my lawn looked great.

I am satisfied. The people are awesome. They are here as scheduled. I have never had any complaints with them. My friends and family use them as well. True Green is highly recommended in the neighborhood. I think the price is great. I never disagreed on the price. I feel that if you want something done right, you will have to pay a pretty penny.

ChemLawn is an average service at best. I did not see any difference in my yard after they sprayed. I also believe they were responsible for some of my grass dying. When I commented on this they first said they had never even come out. I will never use their service again.
